Horrible customer Service and accommodations. FYI don t think what you book the room type size and accommodations will be what you get or they provide. The booking you made and paid for may not even be available when you get there as in my case. After 4 hrs of driving which has me arriving just after midnight they not only tell me the room I booked and paid for is not available nor are any of the other 5-6 additional rooms with the same Accommodations. Even though those additional rooms are available online and anybody could book them at that time. They told me even though you could book them they will not be available reason being they are not occupied they re being aired out. AIRED OUT ALL OF THEM. They offered a refund my response was ok but what am I suppose to do sleep in my car in your parking garage. Honest to god his answer was if that s what you wanna do you can no charge. For a minute I was looking around thinking I must be getting pranked or something. But no not the case at all believe it or not. They said regardless of what you book online when you get there they accommodate you with what they have not with what you booked unless that s available.
