Had a wonderful stay. Nice food and specially I appreciated the staff members. All of them gave us a warm welcome.

Booked 2 rooms. Great customer service especially from the front office manager.
Food was also great.
Only issue i would say is sometimes you notice the infrastructure is old and needs renovations. Apart from that, it was great.
Will come back again if the price is right

Every time we call for something they didn't put all stuff in room like daily uses

I enjoyed my stay here and the horse riding on the beach was a fantastic highlight for me. The food and service was really nice with freshly made pancakes for breakfast being something really special, my favourite ever I think! The hotel and surrounding hotels were all lovely with nice swimming pools and nature.

The hotel staff, after providing impeccable service despite the storm Berghitta, has already rehabilitated the day after its passage.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the service was very good..spa and fitness room were excellent. Only inconvenience was that during my stay there was heavy rainfall and a river nearby dropped lot of mud in the sea..and we could barely swim..

A fairly large hotel (Hilton format) on the edge of a nice beach ... nothing more.
I was not disappointed neither by the hotel, nor by the food, but more by the beach, which really lacks the postcard that you would expect when visiting this type of place.
There is sand ... but the bottoms are some, while in other places on the island there are beautiful beaches.
On the other hand side home and catering .... nothing to say: Restaurants, buffets, .... everything is perfect.
The staff is lovely.

.. wonderful extensive area with wonderful pools, more than ample loungers, some boat tours are included; super nice welcome, wonderful location right on the flic-en flac beach. ..and the bartender in the Vista Bar is a little magician who can create super delicious drinks and which also taste super delicious !! Thank you very much

We had a perfect stay. The area is very well maintained. The reception, the way they looked after us during the entire stay and the cleanliness were particularly outstanding.
The reception couldn't have been improved - we were impressed. Housekeeping is impeccable and the rooms are cleaned twice a day.
We were also impressed by how hard they tried at all times to ensure that we lacked nothing.
The restaurant is very good, you sit right in the sand and the manager James even served us food even though the kitchen was closed.
The attentiveness of the employees sets the standard for the entire Hilton Group!

All in all, this hotel corresponds to a good 5 star hotel. Absolutely friendly, well-trained staff who enjoyed their work. Whether in the restaurant or at the bars, always in a good mood, a friendly joke and courteous service. Food and drinks were great. The rooms were very clean, were checked twice a day. I will come back with pleasure.
The condition of the pool is in need of improvement, the paint is crumbling there, it just doesn't look nice. The infinity pool was perfect.

Had my Graduation Ceremony there. Fantastic moments. Very beautiful events place however, service is okay.

Great place to relax and work. Quiet, clean with excellent quality of service. Want to go back to my next stay

Towel race start 0800..on arrival no way you can have dinner in a restaurant as all are prebooking at least 2 days in advance. so only buffet. Air-condition 3 x per night off as powercuts happen...however air-condition does not start after power-up...room to small compare to price..

Great Resort, the accommodation was fantastic and the staff and service was amazing.

I am very pleased. The staff and service correspond to the . The location and the water in the pool and on the beach impeccable. Gorgeous palms everywhere. Breakfast. ... everything just fantastic.

Superb welcome with the welcome gong. Very large room with a good bed.

Fairly average experience here really. Room smelt of cigarette smoke, best they could do was spray some fragrance from the spa in the AC unit. The dive shop is just a recruiting centre, the women doesn't know what dives are being done and it isn't possible to request a particular spot (I wanted a wreck), all they do is arrange for you to be transported down the road to La Pirogue hotel where the diving is run. Even when it's 30 degrees the resturants insist on men wearing long trousers to dinner. Food costs about 3-4x what it does down the road in the township. Taxis they call cost about 30% more than if you book it yourself.

That said, pool was nice, staff pleasant if somewhat unhelpful with the cigarette smell issue. Food tasty if expensive.

Overall there are better 5 star options out there, I would recommend a villa. We had a private chef and a better experience for cheaper than the Hilton

Excellent stay, despite a capricious weather, we loved it, the magnificent setting and the staff always very attentive, our thanks again to Mrs. Rajinnee Jalim for her kindness and her pretty table which made us very happy.

It was just an amazing place for holidays a place when you forgot everything a place when fun meet relaxation they have an amazing entertainment team that will take.great care of you the restaurants was delicious too the.fitness centre was well equipped with brain new equipment and the spa was very good too

We took a room with three (2 adults and one child). The adult bed was about 3 meters away and not even the child's bed was installed otherwise the hotel is perfect.

When you have been to 5-star resorts around the world, this one definitely does not look or feel like one.
- Average room with okay-ish amenities and old appliances.
- Main pool has floating leaves and looks dirty most of the time.
- The open-air jacuzzi is most of the time out of service.
- The adult infinity pool is small and not with a lot of lounge chairs around; we witnessed people fighting for a spot. People tend to "reserve" their spots at daybreak until night-time. You'll be lucky if you manage to enjoy the adult pool during your stay.
- Gym is tiny!
- Food is good but not great; avoid the boring and tasteless French buffet!

The only outstanding thing is that the staff is amazing. All of them are very friendly and helpful.
Azaria Rose is the best bartender ever; he knows how to maintain a conversation, and how to keep his guests entertained and happy!

We had a 12 night stay at this hotel which is wonderful we had no problem whatsoever on the reception, the cleanliness, the food all was perfect. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained, the restaurants are very good (you must eat Thai and shellfish) and the strong point is the staff are people who are listening to their client and very pleasant. Thank you for making us live a dream holiday.

The main hotel restaurant is an open buffet for every day a different kitchen
And a Thai restaurant
And the last restaurant is French

The location is exceptional, the beach is quiet, you have miles to walk on white sand. The coral reef and the marine fauna is incredible. The hotel has free water activities for guests such as diving, glass bottom boat, etc.
Nearby you can go swimming with dolphins, at 6 am !! (That's paid and there are many companies that offer it)
The buffet is very good, varied and thematic different depending on the day. The half board comes to mind.
There are also 2 more restaurants where if they ask for the menu there is no supplement. If you ask other dishes yes.
Alcoholic beverages are very expensive (compared to Spain). If you want you can order a bottle of wine and they will keep it for the next day.
The hotel has Spa (which I did not try) and daycare (which I do not either).
The hotel is near the town (20 min walk). You can go to the capital by bus or taxi. The bus costs 2 euros and the taxi, round trip, 3 hours to visit Port Luis (only the bazaar and the port are nice) with a visit to the Ciudadela, we got it for 2,000 rupees (72 eur).
Go to town 230 round trip, 400 rupees.
There are different excursions and activities, I recommend you hire them before you go as the Spanish guides are scarce!

The staff as well as the food are excellent. We already miss the hotel. We can't wait to come back.

Staff is smiling at all times. One of the best hotels i have ever been to. Best recommended for couples or family. Quality time and moments guaranteed. The views were stunning to walk around. Diksha was ever smiling and so welcoming. Had a fabulous stay. Ginger Thai restaurant was okay due to very few varieties of thai food; which took a while to be served, however la pomme d'amour was awesome. Buffet had awesome varieties. This hotel is full of activities and keep the fun going no matter your age. Customer Service - excellent.

This 5 star resort needs a bit of updating, no USB ports in the bedrooms. Despite being ideally located and right on the beach meals and drinks are very expensive. And they did not have a a seafood buffet during the time I stayed there.

It was in this hotel that I understood why the main currency in Mauritius is rupee. The main population here - immigrants - Indians. They are very polite and pleasant, very helpful. In the evening program we were presented with an Indian fire show and Indian dances. Several pools, ocean beach and beckon to him

I had a unforgettable stay in this luxurious resort. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, romantic atmosphere and beautiful seaview. You can't miss the exciting water sports like kayaking, surfing and motorboating.

I was there for a seminar that I organized and everything was impeccable: coffee breaks, lunch, room (which was actually the Thai restaurant of the hotel)

Everything was perfect! The staff are friendly and attentive! We will definitely be back!

Staff are really friendly. But the room i was in is starting to show its age. The AC needed a service as well, but all in all had a really good time.

Amazing place. Went for a friend's wedding there. Had to work with the staff for decoration stuff and have to say that the staff need to act more professionally and listen to the needs of their client.

Great hotel, older but great atmosphere, beautiful gardens, super long sandy beach with enough loungers and also great for walking. Water sports included, good gym and spa.
Breakfast and evening buffet really TOP .... spacious restaurant as well as 2 themed restaurants .... heart what more could you want?

In my travelling experience, it was the top hotel of all Hilton's, having a big Area occupied and personal beach, top views, also you have all the activities which you are willing to do in our tour, liking boat tours including all sea activities and specially the night open air music programme and the best staff

I stayed in this hotel from September 6 to 11, 2019, a hotel just deserving a 4 star and certainly not 5. Having already stayed in several 5 stars I do not understand that we charge for a bottle of water. filtered. While in the other 5 stars the water is free and it is closed bottled water. The evening dinner buffet is not up to the same things that come up every day. Welcome drink in the evening for a certain category of clients at sunset that we do not mix with others. Sewer smell that goes up near the rooms. Horribly expensive lobster supplement 1980 rupees or about 50 who are you kidding? Choose another hotel.

Multiple choice restaurants. Every day is scheduled to have one of the world's kitchens containing its meals, and Friday, as far as I remember, was an international kitchen ..
The treatment of the staff is very nice and regular cleaning is available. The stay date is May and the weather is very special and the night is very soft ..
There are many public and private swimming pools, as well as the ocean directly overlooking, and you can practice all marine activities for free.

The price is approximately 900 riyals per night.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Very well maintained, great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and very attentive staff. Many free highlights, such as snorkeling trips, dolphin watching, SUP, water skiing etc. unfortunately have to travel in five days.

We stayed there on an all-inclusive package from 17th to 18th October. It was simply all we could dream of. Great food, fully co-operative and more than helpful staff, nice pools ... Absolutely everything you could expect from a 5-star hotel. Can't wait to go there again. Hats off!
