Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa Review

Attending a 3-day labour law conference at the Hilton. Great hospitality as always!

Little old property ; but neatly maintained ; a nice and apt place for family vacation all amenities and entertainments are there

I recommend it. Clean place, nice beach , friendly staff. Break fast was limited but good.only thing little bit pricey.

The hotel is beautifully crafted into nature facing the beach of the serene Mauritius Island. What a beauty to behold.

Everything you can think of is brilliant. Staff and especially Maria are so honestly nice that you probably won't experience such a service anywhere on the world.Food delicious in all 3 restaurants and plenty of options each day.Location is good, not too busy like north of the country but close to everything interesting. Hotel itself is clean, beach is well looked after and everywhere you look there is enough people to look after you. View from every room is brilliant. There is so much to comment but its better to go and see it. We loved everything and we hope to see you all again. Well done.

Hotel is well situated, rooms are ok but need some renovation as room are old. Poor dinner and breakfast even if it was buffet very limited choices. Need some improvement.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good buffet. Free snorkeling. Had an issue with my room phone but that was quickly sorted out. WiFi can be sketchy in areas, they need to boost the signal

Nice resort in a stunning part of the island. First class service. Starting to show its age a bit, but maybe that's due to lockdown and maintenance is behind. Nice facilities, and a drive around the area is enjoyable, with a few interesting eateries around as well. Truth be told it is worth going just to eat at Ginger Thai, the chef is incredible. Try the lobster and duck dishes, incredible flavours! Beware of package deals though, supposed to get discounted local beverages with the package purchased, never happened.

Very charming hotel however the service does not meet the expectations for such an establishment.
The complex has 3 bars - including one at the adult pool level - however it is not possible to have a drink after 11:00 p.m. maximum ...
The pool bar lowers the shutters at 7:30 p.m. when it is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. ...
To be totally honest, it is better to rent a villa at this price given the restriction of service in high season !!

The hotel is really up to a 5 Star hotel standard with a beautiful environment, delicious food and really friendly & warm staff to pamper you during your stay!!!

The hotel only has one restaurant open for lunch. Not quite close enough to walk to town.
Warning - some of the hotel transfer vehicles / taxis are deathtraps. You would be better off booking your own local taxi via tripadvisor. Or rent a car

Stayed a few times during work trips. Always a pleasant stay. However was disappointed with having to pay for wifi.

For the third time at the Hilton in Mauritius, always gladly again anytime. We look forward to a new stay. The hotel complex and the beach are to die for, the food, cleanliness and the staff are exemplary. Service makes the difference

We travel now for 10 years often in 5 star hotels. This hotel is the best for us at the moment !!!!

With the upgrade from half board to full board, it was value for money. The buffet did not have an extensive variety but it all tasted good. Good service too.

The Hilton Resort .. 5-day accommodation in general, once nice and clean, beautiful reception and attention to cleanliness. The beach is a big right .. Breakfast is varied
My notes .. The lighting and cooling are poor

The resort is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent especially the Ginger Thai restaurant .. The resort is located in the western part of Mauritius and is a favorite part of tourists ..
The hotel has many free marine activities such as diving trips, glass boat trip, dolphin trip, sailing, small boats, bicycle boats and so on.

Excellent like my favorite in front of me in the comments and also in the bathrooms in the bathrooms but be careful if you love the privacy of the ground floor in front of the sea or look no privacy

This place is beautiful and there is very good food. The rooms are very comfortable and nice. Besides that, water sports are included and the beach is beautiful!

Very average service and basic food.
No vegan options, I had to look for vegan options among vegetarian food. Basically rice, beans, salad and a few others.
To make up for it, I was treated with a vegan dessert that was very nice.
This hotel could use a makeover and more up to date service/food. We are in 2020 and you can't call yourself a good hotel with vegan food.

The reception staff was very amiable but slow and inefficient, so this was leveled out. The buffet price is too high, not in line with the dishes, and the other two restaurants are also expensive, which deducts points. In fact, take a drop to go outside to eat, the car back and forth seven hundred (the price of the hotel booking, you call four or five hundred is enough) you can eat delicious Chinese food, steak and so on for one-third of the price. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and the temperature was not controlled, which was deducted.

Nice place..hv a great variety of food and desserts were delicious..toilets were clean and animation were superb...zey sang very well and made us dance till late

Just wonderful, the staff is too forthcoming. The food and the weather was mega.

Bad service. Annoying environment. The quality of the food was terrible, we ordered dinner from the in room service and the food was cold. The prices are high but the quality is bad don't recommend. waist of money. The only two good things were the bed and the weather. I gave it a star because I had to.

Best hotel I stayed in so far. Best food. Free daily activities. Beautiful beach access.
