From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the hotel looked and smelled brand new! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, complimentary breakfast was nice and plentiful and everyone we met was eager to help...
We defiantly recommend if traveling to the Hill Country!

Nice Holiday Inn Express with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast consisted of yogurts, toast, bagels, turkey sausage, some eggs, and biscuits. Room was clean and within expectations. Exercise room equipment was not as expected; treadmill needed maintenance and there was no lifting bench to accompany the free weights. Overall, met expectations. Note: this location charges $30 plus taxes (about $7 extra) for free nights based on credit card point stays.

Excellent hotel, wonderful service, above & beyond! The Front desk staff were so kind to cater to what we needed regarding rooms. We were in town with family and needed adjacent rooms so the grandparents could put kids to bed while we were at a wedding. The front desk worked hard to make it happen on a short time crunch, and the cleaning staff even jumped in to clean a room for us. So wonderful! We got the extra sheets we needed right away, and the room is very large and clean. Great experience, we will return!

Beautiful hotels, spacious rooms!! Only complaint is the keep their dinning area closed in the evenings?? First night we brought dinner all ok following night the dinning area was closed!! With no reason.

The hotel was ok, the personnel and manager were NOT. This is the ONLY hotel in my 60 years that refused to give me an invoice / bill when I checked out. I was told the manager sent out instructions to refuse to give customers bills when they check out if they book through ANYONE other than Holiday Inn, no exceptions! This is illegal. Every hotel I have ever booked through ANY 3rd party has ALWAYS provided a bill at checkout, even the next three hotels on this same trip, booked through the SAME 3rd party. The management of this hotel is not logical, beware, they are up to something no good. This hotel location cannot see the mighty Colorado River from any room.

Dark, dingy feeling rooms. Sticky & smelly carpet. It is in a good location, as far as close to CVS and restaurants, but so are the other 2 hotels. If you are looking to stay more than 2 nights, I don't recommend. Giving 3 stars because The front desk clerk had good customer service, but i personally will not stay here again. I don't feel the value for price paid is fair.

Typical IHG experience good and clean room, good breakfast w/ hot and cold options. Service was very helpful and friendly.

The sweet girl at the front desk was very helpful. Check-in was easy. My room is lovely and very comfortable.

They have good breakfast but one morning the pancake machine was out of order. Great cereal and cinnamon buns. The toiletries are nice too bath and body works!

The room was nice, I was staying overnight to attend my grandmother's rosary and funeral along with most of my family. The staff was very accommodating. There was a stain on one of the bath towels, and the pool badly needed to be skimmed, but otherwise my stay was as pleasant as to be expected.

Awesome room! Nice, roomy, comes with a sofa bed, great price, comfy king beds, quiet place, free breakfast and wifi. Go see the walkway of lights and eat at Francesco's Italian food, awesome restaurant. I always stay at Holiday Inn Express all over the state of Texas and this one is no different, awesome stay, definitely will continue to give them my business.

The rom was decent and bed comfy, that's all I can say positive. Odd there was only a midsize tv across from the bed but not viewable from desk etc. They tried to accommodate an early check-in and then inadvertently gave us someone else's paperwork which is a poor privacy practice although innocent enough mistake. Maintenance in general is sporadic. It appears they refill the 5 gallon water jug in the fitness room with tap water at best, seriously don't drink it. Hand sanitizer in there, but no wipes for the equipment, and no towels in there for the duration of my stay. The pool is only kept when it gets to be really aesthetically unpleaseing. While the water levels are probably fine, lots of sediment and floaties. The pantry barely stocked. I saw three bottles in the fridge during my stay. Breakfast was either on or off. Just inconsistent. It's obvious that this place is more concerned with the leisure guest staying for a weekend than anyone else, and that's benefit of the doubt.

Nice place. Room was very clean and nice. Dropped the ball a little on room cleaning and having coffee and packaged food in the lobby for breakfast.

Had some electrical issues while we were there in the breakfast area. But the rooms were the standard clean Holiday Inn Express

Stayed there for the MotoGP race in April 2013. Very good facility, and would stay there again.

The front desk service was quick and friendly. Breakfast was good as usual and the rooms were in great condition. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Place was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly would recommend.

Room was nice. Well apportioned. I slept on the pull out sofa bed which was about as comfortable one would expect a sofa bed to be. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall average experience.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you want to get double or triple charged by them. I probably spent over 8 hours trying to resolve this issue and 3 months later I got charged AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Extremely clean, professional staff and awesome rooms

Should have been a 5 Star but we came back at 11:30 pm, no one had cleaned our room, no towels, trash baskets full, etc,. but biggest problem, NO ONE at the desk so no way to correct problems. Also, a little concerning to arrive at Hotel with NO Security nor Staff on Duty. Shame on them. After we had breakfast we went to our room only to find our keys no longer worked. Here for three more days, hope it gets better. Attitude no so great either. Wish they had A ZERO STAR Rating.

Good hotel but the check in service needs some work and every time we went to our room the room key died.

This hotel is garbage. Go out of your way to book somewhere else. They gave my room to some one else without attempting to contact me. If you value your safety and actually want to have a place to sleep when you arrive, do not use this hotel.

Was told one rate when arrived 5 hrs from home . And no where to go charged almost 250.00 dollars more staff don't care about or even try to help with problem wrist experience ever and last

We stayed here coming from Houston to Austin and it was a great hotel to stay in. Great service and friendly staff. The rooms with two full beds are very spacious and big. The beds are remarkably comfortable along with the pillows. Everything smells super clean I would recomend this place for sure.

Very nice and clean. We should have stayed at the La Quinta, the sunset from there was beautiful.

Over priced rooms. Breakfast is served late. Items not all put out till 6:40 when its suppose to start at 6am

We stayed there this weekend for a wedding. We were probably the worst, most demanding guests this hotel had ever seen. Regardless- this hotel treated us like the divas we were acting like and went above and beyond to take care of our "needs." Janice and (I forgot his name) the young gentleman who works in the evening made this one of the best hotel experiences ever. Super clean, great price, and service that other hoteliers can learn a lesson from. Thanks for everything from the hot messes in room 222.

The service is WONDERFUL at this hotel! I left my purse in the hotel room and didn't realize untill I had made it home! I called immediately and was told that the manager had locked up my purse. I called her the next day and let her know we would be sending a ups label. They boxed up purse for me and sent it back to me! Had my purse back by Wednesday night! At many other hotels my purse would have been long gone, defiantly some good people working here! Thanks again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome. Friendly staff and great location. I would stay here again.

Very nice. 2 queens and a fold out couch. Comfortable for 3 kids and 2 adults good price.

I stayed at this hotel for a work conference and after hours we would meet downstairs to watch the World Series. The manager (Pam) stopped me one day and asked if I would empty the trash each night! I spent over $750 that week on the room and couldn t believe they asked that. The staff was not friendly and seamed to be bothered anytime you asked for something. Multiple days my room key would not work and had to be reset, the staff blamed it on me. I am a spire elite member with IHG and will not stay at this hotel again.

Nice rooms, but the bathrooms could use brighter lights

I usually stay at LaQuinta because it s usually no hassle with a pet. But due to some of the negative reviews I decided to look elsewhere for accommodations and They have a 30lb pet limit and my dog is a very well behaved 100 lb lab. Holiday Inn does charge a cleaning fee for your pet, but it was worth it! The bed and room was comfortable, front desk was friendly, It was quiet in my room, and the hotel looks nice but also included the little things to make your stay more comfortable.
For example: the travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shoe shine, etc., kuerig coffee maker, different pillows (soft & firm), extra shelves in the shower for hygiene products, microwave, fridge, etc. I got the double queen executive suite. Very nice!
Other amenities in the hotel: vending machines (drinks), and snacks and drinks are also available near the front desk. Also a bench at the covered loading and unloading area and coffee was available before 6 am in the breakfast room!
Only cons: some of the bulbs in the lamps were burned out in my room and issues with the tv remote. You could change the channel, but no powers or volume control. You have to do it manually on the tv. They said the remotes may need to be reconfigured.
Overall it was good- The Hotel is 35 min. From Inks Lake hiking and swimming, and 1.5 hrs to San Marcus River for tubing. On my next trip out here, I plan on staying here again!

After being price gouged $250 dollars a night, we reluctantly agreed because it was a family emergency and the Holiday Inn has the only open room. No hot breakfast, beds were uncomfortable and bathroom was dirty. Ended up booking a hotel room at the Hilton with a LAKE VIEW ROOM FOR HALF OF WHAT QUALITY INN CHARGED. Needless to say there is a reason I don't stay at this chain of hotels and I just reinforced this.

The hotel and staff are awesome, the room was very clean beyond my expectation. Also the location of the hotel is comforting, even though I am not on vacation it gave me a sense of vacation with the view I have. The beds a comfortable and the bathroom has amenities to compliment your comfort. The ladys that checked me are very welcoming and thorough when answering my questions. The dining area has plenty of space to so everyone isn't on top of each other. I am enjoying my stay here and will definitely return whenever I am in marble falls for sure. Great work on the up keep of the establishment and thank you for the outstanding service. There aren't enough stars to give for my stay!!

Nice staff, room was clean and quiet. Close to downtown Marble Falls and several parks.

Bestt clean rooms and the breakfast room is perfect but the biscuits and gravy I enjoy most
