Lots of shopping options with good prices. The number of parking spaces is small and we chose to park in a paid parking area.

Condominium well located in Barra da Tijuca and has excellent leisure, safety and food infrastructure. There are 7 ballrooms, being a Gourmet, 5 barbecues, 2 playrooms, hot tub, swimming pools, sand and multisport courts, study rooms, 3 gyms, Pub, sauna and large area for children to play in the outdoor playground Game rooms equipped with electronic games and other toys. It has a beauty salon and a pool bar.

Well maintained, beautiful location and perfect management's attention.

Condo is very good, pool good, gym with air pumping, has plenty of play space for children, a nice place to live.

Great place and condominium in Barra to live, especially in times of pandemic and home-office. Huge and complete leisure area including restaurant and bar q serves breakfast and lunch. Well located and close to the beach.

It is close to transolimpica. Where rock in Rio will be held.

I stayed to participate in an event in Rio Centro and was delighted because it was just across the street and was inside Rio downtown !! Perfect!!

About this comment copied below, I have to say that few condominiums in the region have so many parking spaces for both residents and visitors, parking here is far from being a problem.

Condominium with excellent leisure facilities: large swimming pool, sauna, multi-sports court, sand volleyball court, 5 barbecues, gym, pub, cinema, playrooms, various adult and children's party rooms.
Has a beauty salon in the back of the Ocean block, a laundry in the Garden block and a canteen next to the pool that serves meals and snacks and delivers to the apartments ... super practical!

Has many car spaces, and it is allowed to park 2 vehicles per apartment, even if the deed only contains 1 parking space. It has a place for visitors.

A couple of friends live there. I found the place extremely cozy and quiet. Great leisure area!

I am a resident and I love the whole structure and organization of the condominium. The superintendent Paula is super good people.
