I just attended a conference, so in reality didn't use much of their services. Facilities are quite good and most of the meeting rooms are fine, but there are one or two meeting rooms with a damp smell, nothing terrible but they need to look into it.

Didn't stay but paid and had an issue which was resolved extremely well. My guest client spoke very highly of the room, but in terms of billing issues, this Hotel and I imagine the Hilton Group have extremely efficient and well managed incident resolution. My query received a reply within 12 hours and the whole incident was resolved within 48 hours. This says a lot about the brand and the staff behind the scenes. Should also mention that my client was given complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade.

Superb

Visited for a conference but didn't stay
Conference facilities excellent. Food good
Colleagues that did stay there thought the rooms were not worth the price paid

Good size beds and really comfy too and room size was also adequate for 4 adults sharing 2 queen size double beds. Rooms were clean and provided an iron and hairdryer and there was also a small fridge which we could use . The bathroom was modern and clean and provided the essentials. The breakfast at this hotel is fantastic and caters for everyone and there is so much choice. It has to be the best buffet breakfast in London!

Pros:

Pros:
Hotel is in Central London, which means that most London attractions are only a few minutes away.
Plenty of restaurants around
Very lively area

Cons:
The hotel itself is strictly all right.
Rooms are decently sized but the hotel feels a little antiquated

All in all, not the best I've stayed in, but certainly not the worst. It might be actually worth not staying Central London and you might be able to get more bang for the buck somewhere else.

That is a sad sad 4 star hotel. Even sadder for a Hilton.
Furniture is old and dismantling.
Carpet stained as!
Size of room is so small you cannot walk between bed and mini bar.
Mini bar fully empty... easy maintenance
No glass in bathroom. But ok can use the mini bar ones as you don t have anything to poor into.
Wifi isn t indicated as Hilton but some weird name
Welcome desk very banal
Won t come back!

It's just a little walk away from Edgware Road underground station. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic and it has a swimming pool and fitness centre to burn all that calories. We've been there twice and we will probably book again at this property.

The worst hotel I ve ever stayed for business. Room is very depressing as it is still displays late 90s, AC system is so noisy and old, that I had to choose between comfortable temperature or sleep, room is not equipped with modern control system, so switch off all lights before you leave. 21 century is not in London Hilton metropole yet, they literally stick to traditions. No way to put phone on night table and charge. I had to keep it on working desk. Facility claims to host big conference which is only half true. Yes, they have big conference rooms, but in between due to lack of space they make people to crowd all over the place, stay in lines for food and coffee, and stress out about that. During check out it s not hotel staff s job to aware you about certain things, it s totally up to you to read their minds. I wasn t given check when I paid with credit card. I was only given piece of paper which they call invoice, no signature no stamp no check. When I claimed my check, so called Management people repeated over and over again that in the UK it s enough to have that invoice. To my question I am not going to report this expense in UK, what do I do? You guessed it, manager replied for 11th time this is how it is in UK. To say I am not satisfied is underestimation, i m shocked by disbalance of high price vs old facility and ignorance towards clients. Message to shareholders: it s enough to exploit the facility, invest money in Reinovation. I feel robbed after paying so much money for so low quality.

Great hotel and wedding venue. Shame about the poor service from the Indian caterer who didn't even know what allergens are in the food. They simply avoided me all night rather than provide me the nut allergen information I had requested.

Good

Advantages:

Advantages:
Worth the value of money.
Location is great and near an underground station.
Very clean and comfortable.
Our room was in a high floor with a great view.
The staff were very nice and helpful.

Disadvantages:
Check in process was a bit slow (busy reception).
There isn t a refrigerator inside the rooms and they don t provide free water bottles.
I booked to different types of rooms. Each was in a different tower, so you had to go to the ground floor first then change the elevator over there.

Clean and professional staff but hideously overcrowded during holiday season. Long wait to get our room....hours past checkin. Local neighborhood a bit sketchy, but a close subway ride to nice shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location, very close to 2 metro stations i..e Edgware , Edgware Road station. Staff at reception were very friendly. Rooms were spacious with good a selection of toiletries. Has a kettle and a choice of flavored tea bags. Has a tub bath. The Fiama restaurant has a huge variety of breakfast dishes n juices. The service at the bar as well is superb, serving complimentary dryfruits .

Hilton Honors Diamond member and they allocated me a room with peeling wallpaper, a broken shower and a plug socket with a broken plug pin wedged in it. Apparently I should have asked for a refurbished room. Who knew they had them and hardly how I expect to be looked after as a honors member.

"Not habitable hotel"

"Not habitable hotel"
"Think again before considering this hotel:
1. The hotel is not habitable
2. The worst hotel in the hilton brand!
3. The AIRCONS do not work;
4. The hotel staff are rude as hell; VERY INSINCERE
5. Cheap breakfast with regular menu that only is nutritiousness.

Do not waste your money on this particular hilton brand tag as 4-Star; it should be at least 1-Star!!!"
