Enjoyable stay with friendly staff that was helpful even on busy days.
Great breakfast with plenty to choose from and even for the selected palette such as glutton free.

Good facilities, easy to navigate. Helpful staff. Several conferences running at once without issues.
This hotel has all the conveniences that can be expected of a hotel of this class, and is nicely appointed. However the room we stayed in didn't have adequate glazing and the road noise was noticeable.
Worst hotel i ve Ever stayed in.There are 23 floors on the property,at the same time having very limited staff to manage a property of 23 floors.Service is really very bad.No air conditioning.
Because very peaceful place and services are very good
Good service treated a sophisticated old hotel has not been renovated
Very nice room and great staff. Loved the breakfast in the morning
Great location. The renovated rooms are just perfect however the old rooms are too outdated. Breakfast restaurant is always busy and services are generally poor as it looks short staffed.
Good location and a good level of service as expected.
Its on good location near food street and shopping street its called near oxford street
This Hotel is excellent for Business Meeting though being black Asian you might get discrimination treatment by Hotel staad.
A bit old building, checkin took some time, good service as always. Convenient location. But don't expect a large fancy room with its best available rate.
Near oxford street. Perfect location. Budget friendly rooms too.
So the price for the hotel was just short of $500 - not cheap but typical of a 5 star London Hotel. Except this is barely a 3 star hotel.
When I arrived they told me the room I had booked was no longer available and I would have to go to a smaller room (which was tiny - see the picture).
As soon as I opened the door it was obvious this was an old run down hotel;
- the carpets were stained
- badly chipped woodwork
- only 2 powerpoints and no USB points
- the iron was filthy as a direct result stained my shirt when I ironed it
- the "free" internet was so slow as to be unusable. Obviously they intend for you to upgrade - interesting for a $500/night hotel
- there was graffiti inside of the wardrobe
When I finally lay down to go to sleep I thought the bed was rather hard...and then discovered it was unsprung - simply a mattress on top of a hard wood frame
The only things going for this place are the location and the breakfast.
The room was dated, with stained carpeting and the bathroom was definitely in need of sorting out - the shower controls were worn out. The "air conditioning" was pathetic and the control was very unreliable/unusable.
The bed....I woke up on the first morning with a terrible back ache. The mattress was completely sunk in the middle, but I tried to make do with it for the first night.
I reported the state of the mattress to the reception the next morning, but nothing was done to sort it out during that day.
A call to reception at nearly 11pm on the second night (after I had just found the disgusting state of the mattress when I stripped it back to see if I could sort it myself) ALSO did nothing. A phone call promised back from the duty manager, no call came.
The bar beside the restaurant has haphazard timings, I walked in at 10.05pm 25mins before they closed at 10.30pm...with folk still sat drinking in there...and I was refused service because they had stopped serving.
This is a 4 star central London hotel, a HILTON! I would never pay to stay here again.
Meetings manager forgot my name during meeting, got the dates wrong for my meeting... Venue looked ok
Rooms were great with one quirk, unless you brought the longest possible lead it did not seem possible to charge any devices beside the bed.
Biggest downfall was the length of time it took to check in.
Excellent conference facilities. Has a number of options in house for food & drink.
80's style, dirty, dubious air conditioning, exploded paint, bathroom of another age, seems abandoned for years. Unworthy. No free wifi, dismal.
Perfect for shopping fans as it's located near the best shopping area in London.
Staff are friendly.
Tired and old looking hotel. The staff are uninterested and rude. The food is expensive and low quality. There are far better hotels for a lower price in the same area. The most annoying thing is the slow speed of the reception staff - they seem to be wholly not aware that a long queue of people has formed while in some cases just chating among themselves. There are some positive like the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom and at least the breakfast was a good standard if a bit expensive.
Great hotel! Insanity service! Rooms are clean! Nice service and they are on the ball! The hotel's own restaurants are recommended! Top! Breakfast buffet amazing!
Hotel is in a great location but the rooms in the main tower block need to be refurbished. However, it is well suited for a weekend away in London.
Right next to Underground stop, workers were very helpful, room very clean and up to date.
Huge. In the process of renewal. Very good location
Really good hotel, impressively big structure. An internal bar, a kiosk, a green car rental service, a restaurant are examples of services hosted or provided within the hotel.
Very bad experience in Sky23 restaurant and bar. The service is very slow and staff is so unprofessional. We were waiting for so long without any apologies until we asked for. The manager gave apologies eventually but not really sincere and sounded like forceful ones. Thankfully, the food is good.
Great place to stay, has a great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff
As a venue for a conference, Hilton Metropole is great. Huge halls and numerous meeting rooms. As a place to stay, this is not at par to the other Hilton Hotels. The breakfast buffet was good though.
Nice 1 day, Andy Harrington, convention place. It was a free convention. Clean toilets.
Very near, Underground station. 2nd time, going there.
Good location.
Best Food Restaurant nearby.
Oxford street is just around the corner.
Shopping district short walk away.
Good staff.
Depend on you if you good deal.
Super recommended if you are visiting London for the first time. Hotel really huge, nice and clean. Praise goes to the friendly and helpful staff.
You can find all types of services within it, even a gift shop.
I had an awful stay here... I had to change rooms 4 times before finding a clean room that didn't smell or have stains, and where something wasn't broken. The management staff couldn't even believe me when I approached them. After all that, they handed me a drink voucher for the bar "to make up for the trouble"... wow....
The hotel is clean, excellent breakfast and close to Edward Road Metro Station. But located in a Muslim neighborhood and in the hotel a lot of Muslim guests and this deterred.
Its ok But i guess the lifed kinda Scared me bc i dont really like lifts were i carnt see where am going i loved the room tho
Wasn't really impressed with this hotel. Being the hilton we were expecting a more plush venue but the rooms were small basic and tired looking and we only had a wall to look at from.our window. The lighting in the room was very poor. Beds wee comfortable and plenty of choice at breakfast.
Service was pretty good but the rooms were not very clean and had a smell of mildew / extreme staleness. Had multiple towels that were stained prior to use as well. The bed was the least comfortable bed I ve ever had at a hotel and was like a bowl with the middle part sunk 3-4 inches below the top. Good location to get to Heathrow and out West of London easily however.
I attended the SWPP 2018 event. Absolutely nothing to complain about, good venue in an easy to reach location. Bottled water on tap in all the meeting rooms.
What a wonderful place to be!!, went here for a weekend away with few friends and you know what? This place is amazing, wow, had everything you could dream of, Sauna, GYM, swimming pool, food, friendly staffs, friendly environment and many more, Staffs in the Executive Lounge was absolutely amazing, they approach you as if they are the one seeking for assistance, polite and eager to help, plus they smile.
If you thinking of coming to London, for a wedding, weekend out, business, etc, these is a place to be,and it's affordable, the only downside is that, the parking is a bit expensive, if you can avoid driving, the better.
Rooms dated, shower hose had leak, didn't have time to complain
Very old room, bad shower, uncomfortable bed, old tv,.. dirty carpet. Bad and expensive breakfast. Two stars hotel. Lots of better places in central London.
Excellent location. The price is overpriced and breakfast is what Pessoa is. Because the restaurants are excellent around it. The Stables. Bad
Location was great, has parking space underneath the building. Staff were polite and helpful. The actual inside of the building was clean. Multiple elevators, massive clean toilets. Chilling area, and the hall itself that I was in on Floor 3 was amazing. Great venue for events.
Friendly and attentative staff in a massive hotel. Rooms are a bit old, but fully functional and very comfortable.
Great accommodations, breakfast buffet is amazing, and the staff was great. For the cost some of the rooms are a bit on the small side (but this seems to be the case at most places in London). Good location that is a short walk from Paddington Station (perfect for catching the Heathrow Express to and from the airport). It also has a "hop on hop off" bus terminal right outside the door.
Disgraceful aside from an international hotel chain !! At check-in only ENGLISH !! No PRETENDING Italian ... but Spanish ... we speak of the second or third most spoken language in the world
Stayed in room 615 on the weekend. Horrible room! I was absolutely frozen throughout, and there was literally no way you could turn the air conditioning off! The best you could do was either turn it to low (which I did and still got what felt like gale force winds in my face as I slept) or turning the temperature up. But there was nothing to tell you how how it would go, and then there was the risk of the room becoming too hot!
The quality of the furnishings is not something you would expect from a hotel that charges so much, in addition they are just so outdated. This hotel is basically just a cash cow. Hilton knows it can absolutely milk it, without having to do it up.
HILTON, sort this rubbish out!!
Went for the SWPP Photography Show. The show was over three floors and packed with suppliers of camera equipment, albums and wedding supplies, print supplies and pretty much anything you can think you'll need to start or enhance your photography business.
The hotel was convenient to the airport, especially the airport
Somewhat old but satisfied
Room not clean, heating stuck on 25c, bathroom dreadful and dirty, TV only had bbc1 and bbc2 as English channels and not tuned properly. Sports bar staff the only saving grace.
Amazing stay with family, great friendly staff, very good people , very friendly central location, home away from home, perfect destination for London stay and above all great concierge desk, highly recommendable!
Large scale Hilton hotel. With many bars and conference room
Even if the pool is closed because of the Covid. The hotel is good.
Pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere. Decent location
Average Hilton, needs renovation now.. Room too warm, temperature control not working well.
Hilton the name has a charm of its own.. a comfortable place to stay.. safe and all accessible.. situated in the most central place of London, it is connected by tube on edgeware road and bus stop just outside..
Pleasant service and warm place of stay..
My rating 4 on 5
Looks like a lovely hotel. Attends where very helpful
FRAUDSTERS, i am in kenya, you said my card was invalid and emailed me to update a different card, i do and 3days later you go back to the records get money from the invalid card? Without consent yet another card was updated and money taken too. I called wad told to email. I emailed no response... I am now pursuing this as a legal matter and sueing.
Very poor experience.... the air conditioning is not working....the refrigerator is literally hot....overall very poor...
Very large hotel located on several adjacent structures and in a very convenient location near communication and underground routes. Positive experience with modern, large and clean room. Rich and very varied breakfast, for all tastes and cultures, with the only drawback the line that can be long at certain times.
The disadvantage is that it is at the end of the street
I went to the Hilton London Metropole for a music concert. The venue was very well organised with clear directions to the bar and washroom facilities. The only disappointing thing was no drinks were allowed inside the concert venue.
Thr hotel is great and the room is perfect.
It s just that thing that ruined our vacation, one week before we -me and my husband- check in I emailed a guest relation officer to help me plan my husbands birthday surprise, but sadly when we arrived after a 7 hours flight our room wasn t ready! Not just that, Everything that I asked for WAS NOT THERE !!! even the cake that I ordered wasn t in the room !! They just delivered the cake to the room with our luggage!! And they just handed the box to my shocked husband who was soo confused with the situation!! And that wasn t enough!! Every 30 minuets or so they kept knocking on the door when we were sleeping !! The first time they brought the balloons that were supposed to be in the room before we check in, the s time the second time there was bottles of water and some pastries, the third time there was a cake !!! We didn t get enough sleep and it was so uncomfortable with all the knocking. I really liked the hotel but the service wasn t so good.
