The first hilton I reserved to stay and it is the last Time

The staff wasn t friendly and Collaborator at all
They do not care about your situation
We have call them directly to reserved a room for our family
They just offer us two rooms for each room that it capacity for 4
So we reserved 2 of them and we ordered that it must be connect because we have 3 kids
And they told us it will be connect don t worry

When we arrived at 1 pm they told us we have to wait until 4pm because the cleaning room didn t clean the rooms and the costumers didn t leave there rooms

While we discussed our reserved they told us there we can upgrade one of your room to family room and it capacity is 6 people and this room only can takes all of us
So we told them cancel our reservation and give us this room only
They told us we cannot do that
And we ask another solution give us this room and downgrade the other room
Also they repeat what they say we cant
Cancel your reservation

*They don t want to do that because the cost of our reserved will get lower by 1900 pounds *

They aim how to get the maximum cost for our costumes not how to satisfy them

So in the end upgrade your room and pay more or stay like that

After hour and maybe more talking to them they don t want to give us
So we retain to our reserved and paid the full price around 4100 pounds for 7 nights

And they told us it is a connected room as they said when we reserved

We left the hotel and come back at 6 pm when we arrived

They give us the rooms one in 11 floor and the other in floor 4th floor

And then we had arguments with them because we reserved another thing
They change it again to 6 and 7th floor and again and again they act like stupid and they dont want to do anything to us

And then they told us we can downgrade one of your rooms and give you connect

WTF now you can do these things after we pay we told them if we accept you will refund us
They say no we cant not on our ability

In the end they give us two rooms in same floor but they between them a distance (about 7 rooms )

And told is tomorrow there will be available connect rooms today we don t have

We accept we went to them the next day and they refused to give us anything

Additionally the rooms are not cleaned will the and the beds are dirty

For cleaning they just make the bed if the blankets are dirty they don t care for anything

In addition the rooms are small as 4 stay in one room

An amazing experience with some of the most hospitable staff I have ever come across...customer service is platinum service. Received a good price and upgrade to King Suite in East Wing from Pravina in reservations...such wonderful customer service from her and speedy resolution .upon reaching hotel all staff were attentive...room could've been more updated but the comforts and staff superseded this. ..Tariq was such an amazing waiter ....the best I have ever experienced at a hotel ....so attentive and went over and above to ensure our needs were met...final thank you to Kris who has such remarkable people skills and again a hospitable welcome....i will definately return here...excellent facilities ...general good all rounder

Stayed here for 4 nights, staff were pleasant. I had an issue with dry cleaning, though it was their fault (external company) they wouldn't compensate for the damage but the hotel stepped in. Kasen, the assistant manager handled the issue kindly and professionally. The rooms have been updated but strong old smell lingers.
I was impressed with housekeeping, when they made my room it was like I when I first arrived.
The quality of the breakfast was ok, juice wasn't fresh unfortunately but there's a wide spread.
It's a big hotel which spans across two towers if I can say and situated across an underground. Takes about 20mins to walk to Selfridges.

The design is rather outdated despite the comfy and modern looking lobby. Requested for upgrade, the room was still the same type of room before the upgrade. Furthermore, the room re-assigned was wrong there was already someone else living inside! Can't deal with the arrangement and service. I personally will not recommend. But if this place is within your budget, you could consider it as the pros is.. its really near the tube.

Gym specific - don't bother with this on a local membership, it's a single room jammed with weights machines, very little space + no barbells. Not even a chin up bar.

Pool is small, warm and full of baby poop.

the worst hotel I ever stayed. The room is quite old, small and smelly, I am always asked to login WIFI. They dont lend micro-wave to heat our food left from a restaurant yesterday night , unless the food is bought from the hotel. Their excuse is that they dont know what the food is. Absurd. All in one word, not recommended hotel. i will not book this hotel again.

I attended a two-day seminar there, did not take a room. Beautiful large spaces, I got the idea that a lot is possible in terms of sound and technology. What I thought was a bit of a let-down, the dust clouds flew around my ears, the toilets were not always clean and some toilets had no locks. My expectations were different. Otherwise great entrance, plenty of bling bling and extremely friendly staff

Too expensive and very little else to offer for it apart from clean well appointed rooms. At over 300pounds a pop, they didn't even give you water in the room. Not good value for money... but others must have thought different... Place was very busy!

We were given a room which was very old. The walls are thin we could hear the others in the neighboring room again and again. The sink was blown up, mold in the bathroom and the water did not run off when showering. You cannot make a reception call from the room and if you have any questions you could call the concierge, but no one picks up even if you ring the bell for 5 minutes. Breakfast was OK, extremely many people.

Just arrived from Australia off the back of about 30hours travel. Checked in and went to my room. The whole floor (7) stinks and the room is no better. I had purchased some water and fruits and a smoothie from a grocery store down the street but came to the room to find the fridge is not working at all. I went back down to reception to ask if they could replace the fridge in my room with a working one or if I could move rooms, as I hadn't even unpacked my bag yet. The answer was that they did not have a room in the entire hotel that they could move me too with a working fridge and that I was on the "list" as if there were many others waiting for fridges?? This place is an absolute dump. Avoid at all costs. Old tissues in the room. Dirty bath. Fixtures literally smashed off the walls. (See pics) a disgrace to the Hilton hotel group.

The staff from check-in to departure were wonderful! The restaurants have great food and fantastic service. It s also in a great location and super close to the hop-on hop off bus tours if you re looking to do that in London as well. Only about a 10 minute walk to Paddington station. The rooms are comfortable and fully stocked. The housekeeping team was amazing as well. If you re coming to London and you love Hilton, this is a must stay.

As Metro Station and Paddington Station are near, it is convenient as base during stay. There is a river behind the hotel, narrow boats are moored, a well-maintained park, and walks are also recommended.

The hotel has 3 "wings" I stayed in the West wing so I can only comment on the room I had there. The room was nice, more modern than I had expected after doing some research online. The staff on the front desk were really good and the hotel benefits from a great location, 10 minutes walk from Oxford Street. Some of the public areas could do with a bit of a refresh but it seems that is already under way which is nice. The executive lounge is ok. They have the usual offering, they do have a really nice Nespresso coffee machine well which is a plus. The lounge is on the smaller side and does get quite busy. They have a larger gym than most hotels I have visited and benefit from a swimming pool also. Overall it's a nice hotel, it is massive and I think rooms can be hit and miss.

A pretty decent conference hotel. Capable of hosting large scale events. Rooms are a good size and in decent condition. Gym is fairly small and basic but there is also a small swimming pool.

On the 2nd day we change rooms because in the current one there was a leak, which flooded much of the room;
On the 3rd day we return in the afternoon and lock us out of the new room, forcing us to go back downstairs to turn to someone.
Poor service

Nice, clean and friendly hotel, only issue we really had was that building work was going on and we we're never told, so 2 lifts we're out of use making social distancing a bit awkward at times,as to use the lifts you had to pass a narrow walkway! Which got very busy at times,Also with tea and coffee facilities an alternative would have been nice like hot chocolate for the kids. The kids also really wanted to swim but every day we went to ask, it was full, I understand it at these funny times but every time we went hardly anyone was in the pool.overall a great hotel in an ideal location.

Great location and massive place. Had a weird moment when trying to get coffee where a worker was yelling to remove all the coffee urns (even though there were a few people still trying to get a drink). But was ok venue and service.

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
Great rooms only thing preventing me from 5 stars is the service you are not granted with a good room at first. I have been here many times it is either the AC broken or the room is facing a building so you can not open the curtains or the heater is broken or the separate room doors are not secure. But when you go back down to the resection you get a better room. So all of that was -1 star.

Then check in timing they don't care if you had a 13 hour flight or a 7 hour train if you arrive before 3 pm you will need to wait. I tried to call and let them know ahead of time but it was no use. So for that inconvenience -1 star.

Everything else was good.
