The location was nice and convenient. The hotel was nice especially the pool and lounge area. Parking was a little tight but we were able to find spots even though it was busy all weekend.

SHUTTLE IS NOT OPERATED RELIABLY!! After arriving to the airport, the shuttle schedule is posted by the ground transportation area. It says every 30 mins from 5pm till 10:45 pm, except 9:15 pm till 10:15pm there is only one. I even called to confirm. The woman at the front desk informed me (at 9:30pm) that the next shuttle would be at 10:15, as posted. So I took an uber only to arrive at the same time as the shuttle from the airport! When I went to ask the woman who told me there would be no shuttle, she was unapologetic made up so many excuses instead of taking accountability!!! So frustrating!! Please be more competent for tired travelers who are relying on your shuttle!!!

The air was fresh and crisp. My classmates are polite and supportive. It's a lot of fun, and I think it's best suited to tourists. Because of its proximity to the capital, the hotel's position is advantageous. It's a beautiful sentence. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I was ecstatic at the thought of spending more time with my loved ones. It is an utter necessity!!

The Hilton is a nice place to stay but at this Hilton's we had rude people I drive bus and they were not courteous to the people that I took they went and did rooms when they didn't want service and they had do not disturb signs out there if I were you I would be weary of people who enter your room when you ask them not to

Across the street from the airport, but airplane noise is not an issue at night.

They're happy to accept your payment. They might say they're sorry for an inconvenience but don't do much to fix the problems. Even the easy problems aren't resolved. I'm still waiting for a pillow.

Just a regular Hilton. A little out of date looking. The hallway we had to walk through to our room had a strong body odor smell. Rooms were clean bed was comfy. Just a little dissapointed

The food service was poor, no labels on any of the items and very limited selection. The drinks offered were not cold. Parking was good and the overall layout of the banquet halls was nice

I dropped a client off here to spend two nights. I literally walked into the lobby and dropped him off and then came back and pick them up. So what I can tell you is the lobby looked great, the staff was super friendly and even though parking in that area is usually a bear, they let me leave my car there and help him get checked in. My client loved the room said it was super comfortable. I will definitely use this hotel again. I would think anybody who wants to have somebody stay close to the Orange County airport this would be an ideal location.

The one night I stayed here has changed my point of view on hillton. You have to pay like $25 to park, even if you stay as a guest. There are hotels like the whyndom (how ever it's spelled) less then a mile from the airport that are 10 times better. The rooms are fine the walls are thin! *awkward! The front destination is slow! Very very very slow. Two people were working and it took more then 30 mins to get help. They were very loud with the people they helped out. When I was in line with 2 party's in front of me and 2 party's being helped. I could here the conversations at the desks. When someone's card didn't work, they were not professional,calm or respectful. When I called corporate to inform them, one of 2 things happened. Either she hung up or the call dropped. I gave my number to them 3 times in the 45 mins on the phone, no one called me back.
So I won't be back.

The location is great if you are comi g from John Wayne. Excellent staff. The hotel itself is getting old.

Location was next to airport, which was convenient. Room was nice and spacious, but plumbing was a little slow. Didn't do any room service, but front desk staff was kind and friendly.

Clean room and very pleasant environment. Close to airport and lots of great Asian restaurants.

Rooms are fine and the bed was comfortable however the WiFi was terrible on the 7th floor and parking is ridiculously priced at $24/day. I needed to get a lot of work done and had to go out and buy a $54 wifi booster to make it workable. Even after that, it still cut out periodically.

Worked for us, but just barely. Early morning flight meant absolutely no spaces open in the lot save handicapped, which we were able to use. Between sleeping guests and airport parking we were nearly edged out.

I do not recommend this hotel. My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Orange County for a conference. The experience was one of the worst I have had at a hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was dark, the windows do not open so for 5 days we breathed recycled air. The heating / cooling system was on all the time, which was very noise. Towels were dirty. When I asked the main desk for help to access the internet the man I spoke with (3 times) was very rude.

This is my 3rd stay here. Rooms are clean. Hotel well cared for. Very friendly staff. Very dog friendly. Good food. Will definitely stay again.

Room was a good size and clean, staff were helpful. Walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear the neighbors quite clearly.

Had a business meeting at this location. The gentleman who served us lunch went above and beyond for us.

Hotel room was incomplete. Missing basic comfort items. The valet staff didn't ask if we wanted to self park or valet which made things confusing. We were just being shuttled off to self parking. When we clarified, they acted as if the price of valet would be a problem for us. Large amount of judgement. The rooms were lack luster. The basic differences between basic, executive, and deluxe were negligible, but the prices were outrageous for having such little difference. All in all, I was really disappointed.

Very helpful staff and clean hotel. Location near the airport is great when you need to catch an early morning flight and their free shuttle to and from the airport is very handy. Also not too far from some cool bars, restaurants, and dispensaries.

We are in our fourth night of an eight night stay. There have been two events scheduled already and both events there has been no parking for the actual guests of the hotel, which I am being charged 30 dollars a day for parking. The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff is very efficient, but get control of the parking when you have events scheduled.

It's good for what it is, a decent hotel near an airport. Rooms are basic, staff was friendly. Digital key is a cool concept, but sometimes took too long to unlock the door.

I ended up staying at this hotel because of a cancelled flight. Despite the late hour and the general frazzled nature of it all, the staff was very courteous and kind.They offered a glass of wine at check-in (in addition to the bottled waters you get as a Hilton Honors member), which certainly helped destress.

My actual stay was short (9pm-6am), but it was comfortable, the room was clean, and it wasn't terribly loud despite my window overlooking John Wayne Airport (SNA). Room service was delivered promptly and cheerfully, and the food was pretty good.

The airport shuttle in the morning was also very convenient a short 5 minute drive down the street essentially. This, in addition to the shorter TSA lines at SNA, made for a pretty easy turnaround, despite the cancellations/delays that put me in this position.

Clean, modern, and friendly. Every stay here has been exceptional. My company's corporate office is in the area. They have a preferred relationship with a competitive hotel, but I chose this one every time. Highly recommend staying here

one of my favorite things is that I can walk right there from the airport drop off my bag and then make calls all day without needing a car.

The conference rooms were bright and welcoming. But the parking was too expensive for a 2.5 hour meeting.

Had to pay for parking because all of the self parking was full. There was no other option and would have ended up costing us something like $20 I believe for an hour! Unfortunate I guess, but it's be nice if they gave us some option instead of forcing us to pay

We love saying here it was clean the Price is Right the stuff was always pleasant. The interior decor in the lobby is upscale and aesthetically pleasing. we also appreciated the room service they were very attentive.
