Place is relatively clean and they have a nice lobby, but they didn't even bother to give my family a room with two beds despite having 4 people...wifi also didn't work and seems that it is not free.

Excellent location and great staff! I stay here every trip into Orange county!

We celebrated our 8 year anniversary here. When we checked in, we had the pleasure to be served by Matthew. He was so helpful. Matthew was so attentive to our needs and helped make it a memorable occasion. He should considered a valued employee in the Hilton chain. The hotel has a convenient location, is well maintained, and offered us everything we needed to make it a great weekend. I highly recommend it!

We spent this past three day weekend at the Hilton Irvine Airport Hotel. It seemed like a good deal initially until we realized they charge $35/day for parking which is an absurd amount for a guest of a hotel to pay. Beyond that annoyance the weekend was less than ideal. When we arrived on Thursday the cable tv was out. Not a big deal if that was it. The next day the power was out for the entire evening until late into the night. Still we thought we would make the best of it and sit on the patio by the fires. Despite repeated requests by myself and others it took an hour to have them turned on. The best part is within 15 minutes the pit was out of gas and it took another hour to get the tank replaced. The nail in the coffin was when we arrived home and reviewed our receipt, we had additional charges from the bar that were not ours. We ve been transferred three times to have them removed and were told if we were unhappy with the power outage we could call the City of Irvine. We stay in the area quite often for youth sports and this is the only time we felt the need to express the poor experience.

Clean and comfy. Room service was great. Little bit of airport noise but would stay again

I needed to rent a car, and Allied Rentals (located inside the Hotel lobby) had the best rates. The girls at the counter were friendly, and explained everything to me. The one item that wasn't explained online, was an 8.50$ a day charge for using a debit card instead of a credit card. So, an extra 17$ added onto the rental car. Along with the 400$ deposit, I wasnt very thrilled about that.

Not much interactions with staffs. Parking is expensive.

They take dogs. The lack of service in all hotels is beyond ridiculous. They all use the excuse, Covid.

When you walk into the lobby there s a big sign 7 feet tall that says if you re not 100% happy or they don t get a perfect 10 they ll make it right.
In My room air conditioner was extremely noisy didn t sleep
the bathroom was not 100% clean
I brought it to the attention of the gentleman at checking out the next morning and he did not offer to do anything until I asked him and about the sign very disappointed I don t think this hotel represent Hilton standard... The hotel should remove that sign in the lobby.
Management said sorry come back and try again! They ignored the opportunities again to make it right!

Fine area to have some drinks, a bit pricey but not unexpected. Took about 15 minutes for someone to come to our table.

The team at the Hilton, were here responsive to our needs, and treated all the attendees with courtesy and respect

Poor seating in the seminar room, only chairs and no tables on which to write notes. Parking ticket did not give me the discount to which I was entitled and for which I entered the discount ticket. I did not receive my discount, was charged full price, and I went and complained. I was supposed to get a call from the mgmt., but never did, nor did i get the discount for which i had properly entered that ticket along with my entry ticket. Poor machines, poor mgmt., poor facilities

I went to this Hilton to look at their venue for my wedding. Dana was so helpful and answered all of questions. She showed me all the different options we had to choose from and made the experience fun and not feel so overwhelming.

Very nice location. I've stayed here a handful of times and has always been great

Everything about the event was great, however the food was box lunch and slightly overpriced... underwhelmed of the food everything else is amazing

My hotel bar was closed on Easter Sunday, and this was the next closest place. I got the pretzel with beer cheese. Was super good. The bartender was nice, the place wasn't super crowded, clean, quiet, average priced (for southern California).

Pretty hotel. Very quiet. Had to pay a lot of money for self parking though.

I recently stayed at this Hilton on business and had excellent service. I forgot AAA batteries and called the front desk to see if they sold them at gift shop. They were out of stock. I asked if engineering had any, and they brought them in less than five minutes! It was a lifesaver! Avoid the restaurant, though food is average at best.

Parked my car there. Prepaid parking has to see the attendant before they can leave.

Honestly, a pretty typical Hilton airport hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable. Long and narrow. Service was friendly. You can definitely hear the airport traffic but it's not bad at night. Would stay here again.

I just want to say this has to be the friendliest staff I've ever encounter at a hotel and that's coming from someone that is in a hotel at least 3 times out of the week. The front desk gentleman William Johnson was wonderful, not only courteous and friendly but such a wonderful human being. He exceeded every star in the customer service experience. The only thing left for me to say is that they will make you feel welcome, safe and at home and recommend your stay here.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at - Oct 2015
They placed me in a handicap room - normally I wouldn't mind but this setup looked like a prison cell. There is only a plastic curtain that separates the open shower from rest of bathroom and floor is slanted so water leaks into room. Room smelled - it was so bad on one bed that I had to switch to the other double bed. Called downstairs, they said they were sold out. Booked 4nts through Amex travel - Amex called hotel and spoke to Miguel (stated he was front desk supervisor). He would not give a refund for rest of the days - not even partial. Even though I was told that hotel was sold out, he was offering an upgrade. I don't want a larger smelly room. It's not about the money but experience - just want to be treated fairly, reasonably. This was for corporate travel and would not recommend to anyone. Stay far away from this hotel. I saw 4-stars for this hotel - not sure it qualifies for 3-stars.

Service, foyer, breakfast was all awesome! Staff are wonderful!
I have a non-smoking room but it must be across from a smoking room as I went to bed with the smell of smoke... and my room phone didn't work to call reception.

Clean room! But small beds, room,and bathroom! No complementary Coffee or Coffee machine in the room, they charge you extra 30 dollars for parking!

The rooms were clean and nice. Employees were super friendly and helpful close to the fwy, airport and restaurants. The only main downside was they charge for parking.

Professional service, can't complain. Decent age of the hotel, ballroom and floor seemed moderately grand. Staff appeared courteous and polite. Lobby restrooms well kept. Only complaint was one of the smaller rooms didn't have adequate AC.

For the price of this room, it didn't have all amenities that you would expect. For example, there was no fridge in the room. Secondly, the parking was ridiculous, only the first 30 min are free, then it's $20 for a half hour to about two hours. The max is $28 per night.

I ve been to many Hilton hotels(and those of brands under Hilton), and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The mattress they have is so soft that it will hurt your back. Just don t stay here. You can find a lot much better hotels with similar price in the greater LA area.

Hotel needs updating but staff are amazing and new outside area is awesome

Great location near Orange County airport. Convenient to major freeways. Not huge but comfortable. Great for small conferences and near most attractions.

We were checked in by Heather. Wonderful smile and a very happy attitude. Makes all the difference in the world after a long flight. The customer service alone makes this a place worth coming.

The hotel is beatiful, modern, and clean. The banquet room was spacious and the catered food was very good. The wedding receprion was able to run late (12pm) without worry of noise complaints. Budget parking which will run you 34 bucks per night into your total costs of stay.

The room was clean, the restaurant was good and the customer service was good as a whole. It was a relatively small Hilton. I got along with the shuttle bus man who connects the airport and the hotel, and I was taken to a designated place several times (of course, I passed the tip)

Rude customer service. Exiting the parking lot requires a room key. I checked out and the front desk didn't mention it, so I sat in the parking lot in my car for 20 minutes waiting for them to send someone out to open the gate.

The service has been very good and all though there is nothing specifically wrong with the room it's just not the type of room I have become accustomed to from a Hilton. It honestly felt like a super 8 once I was in the room. Very basic, and nothing that makes feel like you are staying in a high end hotel. If I had paid full price for this room I would have been extremely disappointed.

I was at the Hilton for a social event at the ballroom. The place was wonderful and the facilities we're suitable to our event. The food provided was delicious and the staff courteous.

Great place to park for flying out of OC Airport. Right across the street with shuttle service on the half hour starting at 5am.

Friendly staff, good and safe location, pool rather small but adequate. Parking $ 30 per night and no alternative parking within 3km. Huntington beach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Room clean, small and older. Overall, rather higher price / performance level.

Clean rooms and convenient location to airport. Front desk personnel were nice.

Was very clean, organized, the one thing I didn't like was the parking, the first 15 minutes free and if it's over until 1 hour jumps to 25 or 30 dollars and keeps going up, not sure when it stops and it's the max per day.
That makes it hard to visit somebody staying there, the better action is to pick up the person and go to eat to another place, probably a lot cheaper than stay there and besides the food you have to pay for "parking"

For starters upset that parking was $35 a night and the front desk didn t disclose that info. Second the breakfast is not free so that s bs. They constantly messed up charges with my card charging it putting money back charging it again which is how I found out $35 a night parking after the fact. The room on the other hand was very nice but nobody ever came to tidy up or bring us new towels or anything which would have bothered us if we didn t bring our own but I ask myself what am I paying for when I stay at a hotel? Stay was decent but I won t be coming back that s for sure.

Great location for business travelers in Orange County. Walking distance to a large variety of great restaurants. The complimentary glass of wine at check-in was a class touch.

Good meeting space, but has some fundamental issues. First, the food is dramatically overpriced for how mediocre and small portioned they are. 22 dollars for a chicken salad?? Second, when you bring breakfast and snacks into corporate meeting you better bring something other than refined carbohydrate and coke. It's 2018, you know better. There should be no option available for dangerous carb based foods with no healthy options. How about some mixed nuts, or veggies, something that doesn't cause heart disease and obesity. Rant done.

I have no idea how is this a 4 star hotel. I m surprised by the good reviews to this location. My hotel room especially bathroom smells like eggs and fishy. The interiors are old. The bathroom curtains and vent was extremely dirty. Horrible experience. Save yourself some money and stay at doubletree instead
