Really great hotel! The staff members were angry though

Most of the hotel is nice. Hilton diamond status doesn't matter much here though. If you want hot food from the breakfast buffet, they will ask you to pay 5$. Every other Hilton wouldn't make this petty distinction.

Quick easy affordable and accomadating. No complaints.

Great customer service, but parking is a bit expensive.

I came to hang out with a sibling there for a business trip. The hotel parking is very expensive for guests unless the room owner swipes you out. The lobby was nice, the room small but comfortable and room service was very tasty. The artichoke was great but may have been frozen beforehand since it was extra watery. Overall a great hotel I could stay at during the future for business trips.

Decent airport hotel, clean, but also right next to the airport. Parking is very expensive.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Have been waiting on the phone for an hour and NO ONE CAN HELP ME! I'm trying to modify a reservation I'm not asking for help on delivering a new born child. For pete sake this is RIDICULOUS.

Hotel looks very nice. Beds are comfortable. Staf couldn't careless about you. Left my key in the room. All houskeeping could say is, My key no open room." Huh? How does she get to clean then. I mean of policy is she can't let me in then just say that. I called the operator and all I got from him was you have to come down. Then the front desk didn't want to give me a key because I didn't habe id...um....IT IS IN THE ROOM! According to all of them they don't have a loss prevention person. What?! This place has no security?

Then I found put from Hiton Honors that I can't get any of the Honors benefits on the app because the reservation is in mt wofe's name and she isn't here.

My wife LOVES Hiton. K well Not this one!

Nice clean place to relax and unwind when you're on the road

Nice hotel with decent rooms. We chose this place do do the location. It is right across the street from the airport making an early morning flight simple. We also like to go right down the street for a prime rib dinner the night before we leave. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I've been here a week and a half already and I have to say it is a very nice hotel. All the workers have been very friendly and quick to take care of any needs.

Great location, close to airport (SNA) shuttle, too. Comfortable bed but old rattling AC.

Excellent personal service at the Hilton Irvine - the morning after we checked in I was greeted by name by the front desk clerk. I was stunned and thought I must have misheard her until she said my name a 2nd time.

Nothing we asked for was denied or questioned and there was no hesitation or delay in the response. A balky elevator was immediately taken out of service; breakfast service was warm, personable, and attentive; and the front desk personnel were outstanding.

It was a very nice hotel. I was there for Microsoft Summit 2018. The experience was great and the environment was very inviting.

Nice meeting area. Room was pleasant. Outdoor pool terrace was great event space.

I went to a college information session with my sister and I found the presentation to be very informative and the refreshments were nice.

Came for a conference. Ballroom arrangements were nice. Outdoor seating lounge is very comfortable. Pool is elegant. I was lucky to find parking. Only drawback was their inability to dial back the air conditioning or switch it off when even the men were complaining of the cold.

Unfortunately this place feels cleaner then others but Everything is $20 or more. Cheaper places give you more for your money breakfast is 19.99 or you have what's on the menu.

Worst service at a hotel I ve experienced. Waiter chased me down to ask me if I paid for breakfast. Family member was still eating so I wasn t going to walk off. I was loading luggage in our vehicle. I thought breakfast was included so I paid no attention. Argued with front desk that my third party reservation included breakfast. Gave up & went to pay the server that chased me down. He shorted me over $30, by the time I realized he shorted me, I ran back & he said ohh I was looking for you to give you the change I shorted you
He sure found me quick when he was verifying if I paid or not (sarcasm)
Left message for supervisor because he was too busy & never even called me back!!

Very nice and clean! Front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly, too. Will definitely stay again. The only thing we didn't like was having to pay over $30.00 @ night to park

Good rooms and great location; just opposite of John Wayne Airport. The bathrooms could be improved though.

Be warned! Property is great but parking is a RIPOFF! They charged us $35 per night just to leave the car, which ended up being 1/3 of the entire price of the room! I wish I knew this before, as I would have thought twice about booking here if I knew about this policy. It's a little absurd to charge so much for hotel guests to leave their car. Otherwise, good stay overall.

I love this hotel, it is upscale and beatiful but not overpriced, there's a great little bar and a STARBUCKS in the lobby! The food here is A-mazing!

Rooms and Bathrooms need updating. They have popcorn ceiling. The beds are small and not comfortable. Room had a moldy smell.
The hallway carpet was old. Definitely needs updating.

Attended a conference here. Setup was pleasant and parking was a breeze. Located right by the airport and just off the freeway.

Despite a reserved room category, was downgraded without notice upon arrival. Was told there is a new new reduced rate.

It costed around 250$ per night when i stayed but this hotel was not worthy as a 4-star hotel...I would stay somewhere else near the airport.

Not satisfied with the amount they charged for Car parking. Its almost half of the stay without telling me at the time of booking. This is called cheating innocent people when they have no option. Really Sad Hilton is doing like this. I would have happy if they mention at the time of booking or look for some other option. Really sad

Just had bemreakfast with a friend. Food was fine. Parking seemed like it would be pricey, but when you buy breakfast they validate parking. Don't let the $16 for half hour parking keep you away! Price was high for a breakfast buffet at $19 but what can one expect from a hilton near disneyland!

Good venue for work event. Food was good and party they set up was cool

I attended a teen beauty pageant hosted by Giselle Boone in the function room at the Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport on Sunday, September 2018. I pre-paid for tickets, but when our party entered the room, it was overcrowded with people including young children. There were no seats for us so we stood the entire time. I am sure it was against fire code and it was a safety violation. Neither the pageant organizer or hotel staff did anything to help when I brought up safety concerns. Other people were openly questioning why the pageant would sell more tickets than they had seats for.

No complaints in the room and pool. The parking is what sucks. It costs some crazy like $18 dollars per day to park in the parking lot. When you swipe your room key entering the lot it charges your room. That was not very clear. Although, Valet prices were clearly displayed. There is nothing special about the lot. I should have parked across the street for free. Almost 5 stars.

Very disappointing. Beds were small for queen size. Room really small. No walking room around beds. Not adequate furniture. Not enough towels. No complimentary breakfast..not even coffee in the lobby! Drinks by the pool cost outrageous. Parking was very weird. Handicap spaces not by lobby or rooms. I will not use it again.

Room was clean and the bathroom shower was great...

Was getting a guest from there, getting out of the loading zone is a pain.

Love this airport. Small but clean. Easy in and out.

I always try to book a parking space here when I fly out of Orange County. The rates are reasonable and you can walk from the hotel to the airport if you don't time the shuttle right. This week my flight arrived late, but there was no indication what time the shuttle stops running. After sitting on a cold bench for 10 minutes I heard someone telling others who were waiting that the shuttle stops at 11. Mentioning that on the recording that plays when you call the number for a pickup would have been really helpful.

Hotel is nice and rooms are clean. Great hotel except for the troubles I had with the shuttle. Shuttle was promised to leave at 30 minutes and although I arrived on time, I was told not to get on because I wasn't going to the airport. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get a shuttle and almost missed my work appointment.

You can park here overnigt for a lower price if you pay online ahead of time.

Used for their airport parking. Had to extend the stay past what was prepaid and we had no trouble extending things out and settling up when we returned.

we had to leave out of John Wayne airport early in the morning so we stayed over night here. the check in was quick and they booked us exactly what we wanted. the room was clean and comfortable with a courtyard view. very clean and has coffee service in the room. we went to the bar for a drink before bed. they have a full selection of drinks unlike some other hotels I've been to lately. the breakfast buffet in the morning was fast hot and fresh. fruits, eggs, meats, and even breakfast burritos. the airport is directly across the street! very convenient. we will definitely stay here again when heading out from the airport

Hotel was extremely convenient as it's directly across from the airport. If you are a Hilton honnors member you can use your phone to open your room. No keys required. That was pretty cool. Overall room was ok, nothing fancy. Air-conditioning was very loud but functional. Staff was friendly and breakfast was slightly better than your avg hotel.

Moala was an amazing customer service representative, she made sure that my entire experience was absolutely perfect. She is impressive. Thank you, Joseph.

Heather is wonderful on the front desk. This Hilton Hotel offers the best customer service. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful.

If you like being gouged for parking ($35 a day!!!), walking thru the hallways avoiding dishes that people leave to be picked up, a $21 breakfast that isn't worth it, breathing and smelling marijuana in the back un-swept patio being smoked by homeless looking people, then by all means stay here!!
