I stayed there the night before my wedding and they helped me store my flowers in the fridge and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again for sure!

The location is very convenient to the airport and freeways. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Parking rates are sky-high, though.

I stayed 4 night but I never get housekeeping. No one even came in the room during entire stay. Every night I requested towels. I could get towels after I requested 3-4 times or I get to the front desk and pick them up. One agent said they are very busy and there is only one housekeeper working in the hotel. That doesn t make sense at all.
I went to the front desk to ask something. Ashley was so~~~ rude. She kept cutting me talking. I tried to talk to another agent but Ashley kept blocking the other agent and tried to talk to me. She ruined my family vacation as well as the hotel business.

No Continental breakfast, looks Continental but cost $20. Room was extremely late, approximately 5 hours. Had to go to my meeting with my luggage. Not professional. It's close to the airport... That's all that's good about it. The end.

Overnight desk employee Charles was wonderful, rooms were clean and customer service was excellent. Stayed here on our Disneyland vacation not too far from the park at all. Only downside is $20 a day to park. Will definitely be staying again!

I'm a big fan if Hilton brand and only try to stay. Irvin property was great, clean and what you would expect from Hilton. I'll definitely be back.

The manger Dana is extremely rude! I called asking about parking she laughed and said everyone pays for parking. I am not disputing the parking charge but I paid on priceline and it says I paid in full. Extremely rude do not deal with her I will be reaching out to the BBB and upper management and her corporate office as well. I do not understand how on earth she is a manger.

I was there just for a Google Cloud Platform seminar which spanned the whole day. I only experienced little service from the hotel, but from what I had, it was very good. I assumed that the food served in the seminar was from the hotel. It was alright except the lunch could have been a little less bland. Overall, good experience.

Perfect for a quick stay. I stayed at this hotel few times during my visit to California. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back

Nice quiet area (other than a few places landing). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet attendants.

I think its pretty disgusting when your charged by the hotel you paid to stay at a 22 dollar parking fee for a one night stay!

This hotel is terrible. Walls are paper thin, beds are uncomfortable, AC/heater is extremely noisy, room is very small and outdated. Reserved a rate that included parking through Hilton's website and was overcharged at check in. It's the worst experience I've ever had!

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff. The room was comfortable and they had an amazing bar.

Crazy expensive parking, even to go to a meeting in their conference room.

V unhelpful front desk. No laundry on site and it's a 3 star!! When asked about cost of laundry, they had no idea. All they said was "I honestly don't know". That also don't know when the laundry will be back when they send it to outside service. So help desk should be renamed helpless desk. Don't feel like calling them for any other questions. Because they would honestly not know. Loud AC, jammed patio door so airplanes make sure you don't get sleep. Not coming here again. And nowhere it's mentioned they'll charge for parking, and they throw an extra expense.

I like the check in and digital key through the app. One complaint, there was loud construction all day and into the evening on another room. When we tried to call the front desk no one answered, even after three attempts.

Great place to stay near SNA. Customer service was excellent and room was spotless! The shuttle service to and from the airport makes everything that much better.

The hotel is beautiful and great for a variety of events. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and service is quick and friendly.

Hotel and staff were great. Banquet staff were rude, food was almost inedible, when we finally received coffee, it was cold, so the server went and got a new pot, also cold.

Very convenient for flying into, or out of the Irvine area. The airport is easy to navigate. It doesn't take very long to get to your gate, or to leave the airport.

This place charges too much for what is offered. The walls are paper thin. Room service serves tiny portions and the guest parking is 26 dollars?! I couldn't have visitors because i didn't want them wasting their money. On the plus side the staff was very professional and courteous.

Attended for conference. Good conference food and event spaces. Nice public areas.

Nicely appointed, airport near hotel. Fills the bill when your flight is early and the night before was late. The staff are efficient and friendly. The on-site restaurant/bar is convenient for those without cheap transportation. Travel, eat, drink, and sleep. All of my needs were definitely met!

The staff on arrival were courteous and professional. William checked me in with the reservation the company had made for me and waited patiently as I found and confirmed my membership number for the chain. He explained the benefits and welcomed me to the location. The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of power outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The only problem I had was the TV wouldn't change sources so I could plug in my laptop. Check out was equally efficient and the meeting room was prepared in advance and all elements for the meeting were handled quickly and efficiently.

My husband and I are both golden Hilton honors members and after staying in this hotel it made me question my loyalty to this chain. Poor service and a high level of unprofessionalism are the words I would use to summarize our experiences last weekend. Management is dishonest and rude. My husband really wanted to call the corporate, but I convinced him not to waste his time and focus on better places to stay in the future instead .The location of this hotel is great, but I wouldn t count on their shuttle at all! Stay somewhere else and save yourselves a headache

Stayed here and got charged $250 fee for smoke detector falling down when we didn't touch it.

Had a company lunch here. Food was decent. Staff was friendly. Only inconvenience was having to go all the way to the valet to get self parking validation.

Used it for parking long term at the airport. Worked out great!

The staff at the Hilton 100% made sure they had a room for us. They even let us have a late check out.

There was a miscommunication about them comping my breakfast. I explained what all had happened and the nicest staff member (Jerry G.) took care of everything. He was so sweet!!!!

Just based off of the customer service alone this place gets 5 stars. The facilities are actually very beautiful as well. Nice rooms, good water pressure and HOT water, nice pillows, and comfy beds! Couldn't ask for anything else!!!!

Nice and clean rooms... Parking costs, so be sure to factor that into your expenses if you're driving.

Id bring my family back every stay in Irvine. Huge outdoor pool, basketball courts and a friendly staff. Medical delivery in the area is on point too!

Couldn t agree with Gilbert s review above more. Very loud paper thin walls hard to get sleep. Complimentary WiFi was horrible couldn t even pull up a website. The biggest problem I had is booking through Expedia they don t disclose parking will be $28 a day they also don t mention this on Check in.

The room was standard and typical, unfortunately they happen to be changing the old TVs out for a brand new one the day after I checked out. The big turn off was paying $35 a day for self parking. There was no discount even for a Hilton honors members. The rooms are $98 a night, so the parking equates to a third of the cost of the room which is ridiculous

Excellent hotel. I've stayed in this hotel on three separate occasions and had great experiences each time. Lobby is modern and clean. Rooms are fresh and clean. The hotel staff is extremely professional in everything they do. No complaints.

We came here with my daughters softball team for a National Softball Tournament, our entire team stayed here. The rooms were small, not cleaned on a daily, rooms didn t have microwaves or fridge in them, if we wanted a fridge we had to pay extra. I asked for one and it didn t work properly, I lost fruit and sandwich stuff. The power went out in the entire hotel and it was hot, again lost food in fridge, we had to get our girls cool in our cars after playing all day in the sun. We play this tournament every year and will NEVER stay in this hotel again!
