Parking lot wasn't properly coded to room key, which is a drag. Parking was $30, which is ridiculous. There are better Hilton properties in the area.

Everything is overpriced. Elevators don't work and equipment is old.

Fantastic front desk employees would be Heather and Allie at night. What happy wonderful customer service they offer a traveler after a long flight. 5 Stars girls. You deserve it. Had a very happy stay.

Came here for a work conference. The food was pretty good and the venue was nice. The people that worked there were helpful and friendly.

They were extremely hospitable!!! Even though our even was in a "ballroom", we need to break out into small groups to discuss various topics. My group went into the main lobby. We REARRANGED A FEW PIECES OF THE LOBBY FURNITURE for our comfort. The hotel staff ASSISTED us.

Needs updating, soon. Uncomfortable flat pillows. Average hot breakfast.

Staying first time. Well maintained but the fitness facility was really small.

The lady at the front desk was rude and very uninterested in helping with anything. I usually have a great experience with hilton staff but this was by far the worst. I left and went to the hotel nextdoor it was so bad.

Parking for John Wayne Airpirt. Can't beat the price. Shuttle service within 1 mile if terminal.

Couldn't believe how quiet my room was at this airport hotel. Barely could here the planes.

The room was nice and they kindly brought me an extra blanket when i requested. (the room didn't have an extra) I took away a star because they charge $35 a night for Hotel/Airport parking, even if you are a member only staying at the hotel no airport travel. I felt the parking cost should be free or at least very reduced if you are also paying for a room, especially for more than one night.

Super close to the airport with shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles, decent beds, and awesome breakfast.

It was just ok.
Hilton supposed to be really great hotel in the world but getting normal these days.
Reception was not friendly, I really didn t like how they talk , really unprofessional.
Food was not excellent , room was normal hotel.
I would not pay for full price to stay here again in my opinion.

Nice cozy hotel. The staff are very friendly anything you asked if we were willing to help and if they didn't know they will tell you to wait and they will ask somebody else. The registration desk was very welcoming and pleasant the made check in very easy. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel just because the customer service was above average.

Parking is a little bit expensive but otherwise it is fine.

It is good for the overnight traveler. Not to good for extended stay. I didn't see too many amminties or dining options in the hotel. It was fine....nothing special.

Great convenient location for work. Close to a lot of great restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean... And you can literally walk across the street to the airport... If plane nose bugs you just keep the fan on and the white nose will drown it out. 15 minutes from Newport Beach.

Loved it except for the limited parking that costs up to 28 a day

This Hilton sits across the street from John Wayne Airport.To self Park your own car at this Hilton, the cost is $30! But to have the valet parking it is $33! Why not just add $3 and have your car parked for you! Why are we paying $30 for parking as a Hilton Honors customer! Secondly, we get into our room, and the TV can barely be heard! We had to contact the reception desk and have them send up maintenance to put in this code to have the TV's volume raised! Other than that, the room was great, and the service was great, but there is no complementary breakfast at this facility at all! Very disappointed first and foremost with the parking arrangement! I felt this is something that should be told to the customers at the time arrangements are being made, so that they have the choice to back out at that time, NOT when they arrive at the hotel and spring it on them. We have NEVER paid for parking at any Hilton's!!( Bad customer service)I will not be returning to this particular Hilton.

I needed to stay here for a 3 day work event, 2 night stay in the hotel. All the amenities were amazing, no complaints regarding the service.

Strange activity going on at the Irvine Hilton. A woman claimed to offer public speaking classes, but it seemed she is doing it without the hotel management's consent. She was walking around looking for a place to train students each time, doing it outside or in the hallways. There were a bunch of young, under aged girls wearing skimpy clothes in the Lobby following this woman around.

Starting off on wrong foot. Be aware it costs $35 a day to park at this hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel. It has a clean lobby, good service, and a shuttle to the hotel. I had room service which was OK. I would stay here again when I fly out of John Wayne.

Hotel has a nice bar, good sized conference rooms and a wide open layout. Parking is free for 30 minutes but $16 for anything more than an hour so park across the way for less

Okay room, but the bathroom shower switch is stuck, so you have to pull like a dozen time before it change to shower mode. Then there were also stray hair from the previous guest on the bed.

Everything you need here! The parking is secure! The service is amazing! The heated pool & Jacuzzi is always great! We stay here often. It s only a short drive to Newport Beach!

Attended a HP technology conference, food service was great in the hotel. Parking could be better. Front desk help was nice and fast.

Not up to Hilton's standards. Front desk good, the other staff seemed to be not as friendly as if I wasn't supposed to be there.
We got a room with two beds, the beds were regular size beds not the usual queen size.

At the hotel for an event and at break time they close the kitchen and to try and force you to the buffet.....$15 fried chicken... Really?!? No healthy protein options.....Walked across the street today checking out the Waterfall Cafe....

Terrible customer service. I ordered towels at night and an employee named Charles said he would raise my rates. He also wanted me to go down to the front desk at 1a.m. to show him how many people were staying in my room. Also another employee named Amanda freaked out at my friends and I for trying to leave the self parking area. Over all, my experience at this Hilton was terrible. If your looking for good customer service, stay clear of this hotel.

Irvine room was great and Hilton staff was wonderful.

Stayed here for one night during a layover. Great location across from the SNA airport. Easy shuttle pickup and drop off. The rooms are average size, a bit dated but very clean. Would stay again if I needed to be close to the airport.

Clean, safe, secure & quiet. Only draw back is the price of drinks at the lobby bar are very over priced.

Horrible service Hilton IRVINE . I left my designer clutch bag in the room the day we checked out few hours later I realized my bag missing we called Hilton first the lady was really rude not helpful at all she said give me your email I send you a form to fill out then someone will contact you within 5-7 business day then she said sorry I have customers I need to get back to and she hang up on me. I called back asking for the supervisor or the manager of hotel. This guy Chris , pick up the phone introduce himself as manager.
the manager this guy name Chris, said he s the manager and did not help us at all he was rude and didn t help at all while on the phone he put us on hold for 1 hour and then hung up on us never called us back Knowing he had my CELL#. No one call us back to follow up .. until we call the corporate office few days later someone called saying we still haven t found your bag and just wanted to remind you no one that works for us steals anything so I said well I don t think my bag walked out room by itself whatever. This hotel by far the worst hotel in Irvine ,.,.,.,.,they treated us really back customer service horrible the manager was rude and wasn t helpful I am still waiting for manager to call me back regarding my bag been days.

came for a wedding. only used the ballroom/conference room. staff was decent, didnt talk much or show much enthusiasm, but they did their jobs, so i cant complain. the location is right across the street from john wayne airport (SNA). i would come here again for a wedding, but its pretty bland.

Hilton Irvine is an older hotel that has been refurbished. The rooms are comfortable. There are restaurants nearby. The lobby is nice. This hotel doesn't have the same atmosphere as the Hilton hotels that are built from the ground up to be a Hilton Hotel.

The worst hilton no microwave no refrigerator good 8 dollars a taco that taste so horrible

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at they treat their guests really well the hotels super close to the airport and other places to visit in Orange County!

I a great time only thing I didn't like is there no microwave in the rooms otherwise it was great

The hotel and staff are GREAT. Everyone is friendly always aiming to please. Right across from John Wayne Airport, the Hilton will shuttle you there, making it a quick ride. Always our "go to" hotel when we are in the area.

I was in Irvine, on a business trip and stayed in one of the 2 Double Bed room. The room I stayed in overlooked the airport, was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and also extremely helpful. Despite arriving a few hours early before the regular check-in time, they allowed me to check-in early and provided me with detail information regarding the surrounding areas and amenities in the hotel. This hotel is spacious, has a nice outdoor pool, modern fitness center and bar/restaurant.

Great location. Nice clean rooms, decent menu at restaurant/bar.. but the drinks and parking were unreasonably expensive. $28 parking and $25 for 2 beers?? Come on now...

So nice & comfortable, wish i could live there! The only thing is they don't have any mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms, and they're not doing room service because of the virus, so be prepared to eat fast food every night.

Pretty disappointed in this Hilton. They were not propeely prepared for us. We had 4 in our room, the room didn't have enough towels, cups for water or coffee, and the toilet paper rolls were used from the previous customers. The bathroom sink didn't smell sanitized. On top of that there is no room service from the restaurant. No mini fridge in the room either. It was just disappointing staying at a supposedly reputable nice hotel that lacked so much. However, the only positive was the beds. Very comfy and clean beds.

I have never stayed inside this hotel but have had drinks inside at the lively bar on the first floor. The bar attracts an international crowd of folks travelling to and from orange county. The best aspect of this hotel is its extended parking which you can use instead of airport parking. Once parked you will simply walk across the street to John Wayne Airport. The lot is safe and I have used it many times before.
