Rather four than five stars, the regular buffet, the services and the reasonably good facilities.

Facility's brilliant food so so no good on fish nights when you don't eat it..
Could have frys more on the menu at least could have chip butty and the drink need to be chilled in ice at the bar

I expect much from the hotel with 5 stars. Really nothing is missing , but hotel is old and reconstruction is necessary. First I got room 50 years old, and then when I complain I got room which I pay on the pool. Staff is really great, polite and open for communication. I would come again only because of staff.

Food quality and animation shows very poor .. do not stand to hilton name..

All inclusive is semi inclusive. One tap beer available all other beers you have to pay for, the "all inclusive" advertising is misleading as you are hit with an additional charge on arrival. There's a sports bar in the lobby that you have to pay for your drinks... if you want to sit down to watch sport there is a fee???? Ice cream in the foyer another fee???
Rooms were tired, food was average. WiFi free in lobby but a fee if you want it in your room...

Now dont get me wrong I dont mind staying in a lower star motel but when I wish to treat myself with a nice motel and am duped by a dodgy rating system I get annoyed. I'm a regular traveller through Hurghada too. Next time I will be better organised and make sure I book early for the Steigenberger so as not to miss out.

It's very good hotel. But so far from nearest downtown.on the end of the tourism mamsha(walking area).the best about that hotel is the quiet peaceful atmosphere around the hotel. Attractive for all nationalities as a good vacation and relaxing and resorting and good food plus friendly employees in hotel.

Bad service, NO all inclusive, in the bar in front of the club you have to pay! Rip off at the evening dinner.

Very pleased with my stay, the staff was kind and ready to accommodate my wishes. Beach is nice, and with enough depth to swim near the shore.
Due to pandemic not everything was working at full capacity.

By regular categorisation hotel cannot have more than 4* this is max maxxx. Hotel is old, little bit dirty, furniture in rooms are too old that you even can't close doors from balcony. All incl formula is ok ..faar from 5* as well but good is good. If you prefer luxury travel avoid this hotel. If you prefer budget with ok food and so-so accommodation than Hilton Res.will be good solution for you.

My impression of Hilton motel at hurghada , I doubt it is an hotel is less than an motel first impression very idle and below the level that the staff at the reception did not train how to deal with the customers secondly internet is below the minimum we could not contact anyone as we should go to any restaurant for the internet, thirdly an extra usd 50 was paid from lebanon in order to got to the motel early in order to take advantage of the whole day they refuse to get at least breakfast although we paid extra to get breakfast saying we didn't paid for early thank you for your hospitality I don't recommend this motel for anyone even my enemy

The hotel is really recommendable. Kindest service, animators are very involved in their work, the food is delicious, a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves. Perfect for relaxation and more. Daily animations, dances, gymnastics, water games, all buttoned up. Wonderful energy !!!

The hotel is great. The food is great. Plaza best in Hirgada. The internet is bad, not to say disastrous - that's why it gets 4 stars.

The hotel is located right on the pedestrian promenade. It is 15 minutes by car from Hurghada and close to the airport. The resort has just about everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break. Near the three pools, one of which is inside the hotel, most of us the staff liked the sandy beach. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to meet all the guests at all times. The food was varied and very tasty. I recommend Egypt as a summer destination for people who tolerate humidity and heat.

Great place. Near the beach and has swimming pools inside the complex- small slides for the kids too. Very helpful staff. Has entertainment at night in the lounge area. Free WiFi only accessible in the lounge area.

The hotel is not very good, the rooms are clean but it smells of dichlorvos, well, the beach is very small ... the exit is not the sea but into a small bay ... for 5 stars it doesn t pull at all, despite the fact that this is the first coastline ...

It is a good hostel in Egypt, but there are many things that are lacking in many respects for Hilt and 5 star hotels. Secondly, the hotel lobby was out of control, and no one checked in and delivered two luggage to the hostel. I went directly to my accommodation. I did not have any disposables such as slippers and toothbrushes, so I asked them to call me directly. After that, I waited about 40 minutes and then called back and brought it back. The bigger problem with this hotel is that although I received a suite, there is no Wi-Fi in the room ... The Hilton Hotel Wi-Fi system itself is a system that logs in after the Wi-Fi connection, I'm sorry to miss. I had reserved a luxury hotel to use a fast WiFi for two nights, but it felt like it was on my back. But it is a big hotel like a big hotel. The pool and other facilities were good and the staff was friendly. However, facilities are poor.

To be a Hilton does not do justice to the chain. You have a dinner at the Italian restaurant and it is impossible to get hollow. The buffet is very good. It has towels for the beach and pool.

It was good in general. Staff are helpful and friendly, food was good, room cleanliness was also good, bar priceses are reasonable. The only comment could be the furniture is quite old, otherwise we enjoyed.

No Internet in rooms, only in loby and it's very slow almost usless

One of the better hotels in Hurghada I've been to. Plaza excellent, beautiful rooms, beautiful garden, food is excellent ... for each recommendation.

The hotel's common area (lobby) is very nice and spacious. There is a bar located here, and there is a sports bar (stand alone) located adjacent to the lobby area. There are several floors that include shops as well. There is a large cafeteria dining area that is very similar to a buffet-style restaurant.

The rooms are a little small, and the accommodations are standard. Not very luxurious by any means, but comfortable.

The fitness center is pretty good in size and variety of fitness equipment. There is also an area designated for children, which is nice for families.

The main pool is very nice and spacious. There is an outdoor bar area, with a "swim-up" barstool seating that is really nice.

Altogether this hotel is suitable for family travel, couples, or for individuals. The biggest complaint would be the poor Wi-Fi connection. Connectivity is very spotty, and often times devices will lose connection/coverage for no apparent reason. It seems that the bandwidth is insufficient for a structure of this size.

I do not know who writes good reviews but I think people who are not comparing or were not anywhere. The hotel does not have the Hilton chain standard. It's just a name. It looks like the Hilton is withdrawing from Hurghada because it is a misunderstanding. Inedible food. Allinclusive defeat. You even have to pay extra for fries. The coffee in the bars is Nescafe from the 3 w1 bag. Food not skewed. You can eat cucumbers and tomatoes - perfect for sliming. In addition to the appearance, cakes are unfit for consumption. Undried, sweet crepes or tasteless. No fresh juices - they are for a fee. The chefs do not work with gloves. A lot of staff do not speak English. The hotel is divided in half on two sides of the street. One renovation and after the other shit in the villas. Garden watered filtered water from toilets - there are mosquitoes. Hard bite and better to take something for bites. The hotel has awards - yes, but for the standard in 2012. Later no rewards. Avoid it with a wide berth because you come and get upset it is a waste of time and money. In the hotel, guests are 80% Arabs, 10% Russian and English and 10% Asians. After staying at the Hilton in Marsa Alam, I think that this hotel should have a name picked, and the stars are rated 3 * max. Find something else. The area is uninteresting. $ 35 for wifi in the room. Very poor standard. Last time I took on such super reviews. Banana peel is swimming in the pools, children without pampers pee into the water. The service does not respond to people coming to meals in swimsuits. Dress code does not exist. Unfortunately, I will leave the hotel with great regret and disgust.
