The good: The beach of the hotel is nice, though it can only be accessed from 9am to 5.30pm. The price is reasonable.
The bad: No free wifi in the rooms. The food is alright but certainly unworthy of a five stars hotel.
The ugly: My room was dirty when I arrived and lacked a toilet brush.

The hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable, the staff are brilliant, they are so kind caring and friendly, and they will go out of their way to make you feel at home, my partner and I have returned to this hotel for the fourth time, and each time the staff remember who we are and treat us like family, I would recommend anyone to come here, if the stars would allow, I would give this hotel 10 stars

Stary hotel. oOutdoor environment very nice and maintained. Older rooms, certainly not even 3 *. A smaller lagoon reptile, almost without waves, separated from other hotel reptiles, without coral. Anyway, they are the same hotels, opposite the streets with everything possible. In hotel lekarna. If you eat seafood and fish by the sea, you will be disappointed. Always 1 fish, other meat and pasta. Personal vicemene in order, up to the classic natur as the zen. Professionalism here is worth a lot, the Hilton name certainly does not deserve this hotel - so do not expect a high standard. And the worst thing here is noise. Children get you under the windows up to 3 in the morning so do not wait for yourself to finally sleep, at least here certainly do not recommend my money to invest in a better hotel.

This is - the hotel is clean ... the beach is great ... sandy ... food like that - almost the same every day .. nothing special .. the dining room is small .. even the queue is sometimes made so people wait to eat . There are plenty of pools for the kids, we did not go swimming in the pools ... the chlorine is very much felt ... all the happenings in the evening take place inside the hotel in a room and it is completely silly ... after midnight nothing works water or whatever - it pays ... the internet is only in the lobby - it is very slow ... if you want the internet 24 hours of internet costs 9 e ... And also constantly brakes .. mostly - a lot of it pays .. even though you pay all .... :) never again ... not even an "H" from Hilton .. hello ... E- something else- Turkish coffee is charged ... And there is not much room for smokers ... that's so much of me. ..

One of the best hotels in hurghada, with heated pool ,very good restaurant, a professional animation team, alot of activities on beach .... I enjoy my trip and will be back soon

More like a 3star hotel than a 5. Staff were great and very friendy so can't knock them.
Booked the hilton as it's normally a known safe bet when going somewhere new and it was my first time in Egypt.
Rooms were tired. Electric sockets hanging off the wall. Mold in the bathroom. Patio door handle hanging on just. Bed was clean and comfy.
Organisation at the hotel seamed non existing. No real info on what facilities there were.
Food was a bit hit and miss. Mostly tasty but very random and very hard to make a legible meal. Sweet selection was outstanding though.
Lots of crockery had chips and they never seamed to have enough plates / bowls or cutlery to serve everyone at busy times.
Like wise the bar I. The lobby. You could get a half pint glass of beer but then go back for another and get a small wine glass as they did not have enough glasses.
The new years eve do was pretty awesome. Better than any other hotel I've been to over the Christmas period. If they could get even 50% close to that for everything else I. The hotel it would be pretty good. As it is too many small details spoilt it a bit.
If you go with your 3 star head on you will like it. 5 stars not a chance.

Food here is quite average,
The waiters are quiet fun and always joking, they often forget to completely deck the table of take a while to get you drink.
Bed was terrible, they don't seem to have bedding to fit a double and the fridge doesn't work. Rest of the room was great.
The lobby bar is very slow, the guys behind the bar tend watch you walk over then they have a fat conversation while you try to order. But that's expected in tons of places in Egypt, would have expected Hilton to have specific standards but no luck.
I strongly suggest Uber to get around as the taxi service at the lobby is way over priced.
The beachfront is amazing!!

Nice hotel overall, good staff. Food isn't great though and shockingly bad WiFi which is only available in lobby unless you pay, and even that isn't great.
The advantages of the hotel are beautiful sandy beaches arranged completely according to the requirements of the tourists. Every morning, the beds are cleaned and sand is cleaned, and the beach is raked and straight. The bar at the beach is always open staff friendly and helpful. The terrace is pleasant for a vacation. A lot of palm trees on the beach but only one place with showers that could be more.
The park around the hotel perfectly crystalline pools clears the fish constantly. Restaurant tidy staff service breakfast classic lunch not too rich but great dinner. The rooms are clean but the furniture is old and not in the rank of 5 stars. Also, the offer on the bars is not your ol inclusive concept.

Really, the hotel is too big to imagine the city is not high, but many rooms have large swimming pools and other facilities to do fitness and know how to experience yourself.

2 weeks of pure hell. Food terrible. Most of things were not happening as advertised. Eg no night club. No free activities eg snorkle paddle boards
Friendly staff, accommodation good, a good choice of fresh food, we actually moved from a different hotel to here as we had been before and were impressed, we should have come straight here.
Aircon making terrible noise show fell apart room flooding. Move to new suite after 3 days woke up at 1 o clock terrible noise rats in the drain sisteme.
