Helton is great in every thing except food

Nice hotel, nice pools, beach top.
Terrible juices, some of their homemade step juice type. They serve their tourists first only when they arrive. We were at the time of the corona so it was an empty hotel.

Best for the price! Nice beach, rooms are OK, food is great.

Very aggressive staff who insisted we paid for soft drinks our rep had told us were covered. Rooms were dirty and run down

I had bad experiences at the check in as I was given a bad room not matching what I bought. I had to negotiate alot and ended up paying extra price. This was my worst experience with Hilton Hotels. I will not go to this one again. I rated 3 as people in the restaurant were nice. Otherwise I would have rated it 1 out of 5 given the brand name

That was supposed to be a 5-stars hotel....i would say its no more than 3-stars.The whole buildin looks old..seems no renovation took place recently.Rooms are disappointing.I was there during Ramadan -the fasting month...and the food was not enjoable.

Pros, Clean & tidy with excellent food. Cons bathrooms are tired and desperately require reconditioning also not enough bar staff and beer glasses as they kept running out and had to serve the beer in little paper cups!

Beautiful place.
Very nice and helpful staff, very comfortable place, clean beach - but not for snorckling - also you can have a walk to the next hotel beach from there you can do snorckling where you will see some good corals abd fishes, nice food( delicious and variable) , not far from the city where you can find all the entertainment if you want to go out the hotel, good prices at the hotel, over all it deserves that you give a visit, you will enjoy it.

Very boring in evening unless you like listening to a man on violin which is most evening's. Room very clean stayed in 7125 old side but couldn't fault this.

Excellent hotel excellent food and service to have 10 stars I would give for this hotel. They are kind and think about everything for you. I think that for this money there is no such a good service anywhere ... Soon I will come again ...

What can I say??? It's Hilton the luxury of the name is enough
The best place ever pool beach and every thing you have to go there

Very clean especially! You can touch room in the main building or opposite. It is rare to have to cross all the time, but in the room there is a lot of privacy, a lot of silence, ideal to rest.

Villa area not renovated

Hotel is average definitely not 4 or 5 star more 2-3 star

Staff are excellent and service is good however only 1 buffet restaurant for a hotel of this size is not good

The only food worth eating is is the Lagoon restaurant which you have to pay for, but here the food and service is excellent

Generally hotel average, all inclusive food poor and only 1 bar which seats about 50 open in the evening

All in all rate this holiday 1 out of 10 and will be writing to both Hilton and travel agent to register my disappointment.

I paid for 5 star all inclusive and ended up with 2 star all inclusive

Excellent, has everything to have a good time.
Even wifi is deficient, in order to be disconnected from the world ;-).
No one understands Spanish ...

1-Location: the hotel is at the end of the touristic passage where you can find most of the out services that you may need.
2-I booked a standard room with pool view, but when I checked in they gave me a deluxe villa unit (almot a family suite) without a pool view, it was really much better :)
3-The room is clean but the furniture need few restorations and the terrace was always dusty.
4-The beach is clean and great as you can find shallow and deep depths, but there is no place for snorkeling.
5-The food is very good but the first 2 days there were neither small spoons nor forks for desserts.
6-Professiona, helpful and friendly staff.
7-An excelent animation team (special thanks to Islam and Sou).

One of the best hotels in terms of service and facilities

Good hotel, spacious rooms, private beach, large swimming pools, good free buffet ... perfect to relax a few days after the beatings that you get visiting monuments in full swing

Staff are very accommodating, beach was nice, pools were nice and clean. Food was nice however was a smaller selection than usual however for all inclusive for a week wasn't bad as we ate out a few times. Good value for money. Atmosphere was laid back. A few minor improvements with staffing the pool bar, length of wait in bar and room service food would make it a five star.

Hotel worthy of a 3 star and not a 5 star.

The wardrobe door in the bedroom was going super hard, almost it fell on us so much had to be pulled hard, the bathroom was quite clean but very poorly maintained (rotten door frame wood, very dated bathtub and accessories) The balcony door the handle to open was very damaged and rickety.

However the cleaning of the room every morning was quite good. Not thorough, but correct, and the cleaner was remarkably sympathetic.

Very bland food without much variety during the 7 days we were there.

The cleanliness in itself leaves something to be desired for a 5 star hotel.

No evening entertainment, or very weak.

Reception bar opening at 10am!

Positive point: the staff, Super nice, always smiling and polite.

Unbearable point: people who kept coming to ask us if we wanted excursions, massage or other. Every day, 3 to 4 times a day, it's just unbearable.

A highly recommended rather quiet hotel.

We stayed a week all-inclusive at the Hilton Resort. At first we were a bit unsettled by the bad feedbacks of others guests, but most of it is simply incomprehensible.

The food is very good, the quality is high and the variety is great, there is something for everyone and the quantity is SUPER MUCH.

The restaurant staff is very friendly. especially we would like to thank Donia, because of her friendly manner we felt very welcome.

The rooms are a bit older but quite functional. We had 5115 with sea view.
Our "room pearl" was Hussein. He has maintained our room top and surprised us every day with his arts.

The whole staff is super helpful.

The only really weak point is the f-lan in the lobby. Once we had the internet, we dropped out again after 2-3 minutes.
For a hotel that can accommodate over 800 guests, strong w-lan service would also have to be available.

Enjoyable holidays directly at the beach. Not that big as many more modern resort hotels. So it was a personal atmosphere. Good service.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful very nice hotel beach nice and clean rooms kept clean on daily basis food was fine all the staff worked very hard only down side couldn't get a coffee in the lobby area until 10 am would definitely recommend this hotel

Great hotel staff were superb couldn't do enough full praise to the management.

Pro: good food, clean, 4 pools and beach, activities, spa with excellent massages, friendly staff.

Con: all "queen" beds are small doubles. Could not sleep with husband.

Paid outside parking.

In "villa" section, most rooms either are large with indoor sitting area and no balcony, or very small with balcony and no indoor seating. Got a good room the 3rd day. Did not see rooms in the main section.

Good spa facilities but lacking amenities such as place to sit in dressing room, bathrobes, mirrors, combs etc.

Five star hotel. Nice view of the sea. A family friendly hotel.

The hotel was just ok. The breakfast was very dull. The windows in the room weren't clean. The double bed was small. We asked for someone to pick up our bag, he never came. The beach is fine.

I was here for 10 days in august 2020. Staff is ok at all, but food was terible, very poor offer. In reality this hotel shoul have 3-4 stars for everiting here. The beach is nice and clean, but small, you can never find a place after 9AM, and lobby and beach bars work from 10AM. I know this is Corona time, but i can't tell so much nice words...

Nice hotel and good rooms. Its area is reasonable and overlooks the swimming pool or garden.
The hotel staff in the reception and restaurant are welcome and welcome.
Water games for adults are few (3 only), but the purpose is excellent and there is no contention.
The restaurant offers a variety of dishes for all tastes, but repeated every day with a little change in dinner .. Buffet dinner at the dinner needs to change and renew, especially eastern sweets need to modify the varieties and taste.

All-you-can-drink, with dryer, 220v outlet, shower, delicious and clean, heated, lobby only Wi-Fi free, ATM in hotel, very satisfied

Very clean, beautifully laid out hotel rooms are clean and equipped with ZDF as usual 88 Arabic channels and the rest of the Russian language no, really everything is ok deserves the 4/5 points

Cleanliness and entertainment was as bad as none at all ....

Hotel with many services and with the option of all inclusive. The Hotel is very well to spend the holidays, has animation and many activities for children. The meals are varied. The only downside is the Wifi which is only free in the hotel lobby and goes slow.

Half oft the Hotel and the Hotel next door is a construction Ares.
They work there with big machines Form 6.00 am till 11.30 pm.

Be carefull before booking!!!!

Very good place, but left something to be desired in some points

I've been going to this resort some the 90's and for me is the best atmosphere, staff and decent service.

Good service, okay food nothing fancy, rooms are good and spacious, some parts of the hotel are currently being renovated. Pool and beach are good but not exceptional, animation team can be more engaging. Overall, if hospitality and good service were excluded, it would have been an average stay, but given that they are i can say that it's a nice stay.
