Great views, but they are spectacular on the river...
Great views, but they are spectacular on the riverside. My only complaint would be the $45 a day parking.

Hi! I've only been here for an hour and I'm already loving it! I'm not sure what all the horrible reviews were all about, but honestly, I really love the view. The service is nice so far! My family is happy and contented :)
Our view was a concrete wall, but we didn't pay a premium for a view room
A great room, service, and view hampered by a couple of small things like the lack of WiFi
I'm often in Niagara Falls visiting with family and friends. I always stay in this hotel, and none of the rooms have a good Wi-Fi reception, you have to go in the hallway to get Wi-Fi signal. I've complained many times and the technical support is not very helpful.
The location is great, the hotel is a bit dated, needs to improvements in the bathroom, especially those rooms with a motel bathtub from the 70s.
BAD experience.. and honestly We been in a lot of places before without having to go to so many uncomfortable situations in such a small time-frame. We arrived like 4 hours earlier to our check in because we were traveling from CT. The lady at the desk told us that would work it out to text or call us in the following hour, it never happened. We decided to go to a tour in the mean time. That was ''ok''. Then we finally were able to do the check-in after doing a looong line with our asleep toddler in arms. Well, made it to the room which we overpaid to get a whirlpool and nice view. The tub was DISGUSTING!! Weirdly slippery and right after we opened, lots of black things and hair all over the place. It was just nasty. After cleaning it by ourselves, we were able to entertain our son in it. The view was nice, but the window was opaque and dirty. Honestly, none of that can be compared with the uncomfortable situation we went into the next morning at the breakfast salon. WE FELT PROFILED! They did not wanted to sit us were we requested, with the excuse that the area was already closed, and not even 15 minutes later the same girl was sitting a another family on that spot that we requested!!! I really felt bad for that.. We let one of their waiters to know about it and she called the manager for us. She told us that was going to give us a discount out of the card even when we were already checked-out from the hotel. That never happened. Very bad experience in overall. The only good thing was the opaqued view, it would be better again, if it was clean and they didn't over charged us for it. NEVER again.
Nice in terms of bed and towels, dirty coffee machine, poor view and parking is very expensive
The room is so nice. Bed is crazy soft. View is perfect. Definitely one is the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
Had a great stay, the room had a great view of the falls. Location of the hotel is good as well.
It's in the heart of the city w/ nice rooms and good service
We attended for a conference. The food was excellent. The two bedroom suite is actually a two bedroom with the living room in one bedroom. Clean.
Nice room. Amazing view out of the 32nd floor. We are a hilton honors member so we got to pick what room we had the day before checking in. That was an awesome feature! We got to pick the floor and then the individual room. Such a big hotel. As expected the food is ridiculously priced. The breakfast buffet was $60 just for 2 adults and 1 child. The pool was nice. Had a Sauna and a hot tub but they were filled with the older people relaxing while the kids go crazy in the pool. Overall had a good experience and will probably book again at this location in the future.
If you fork out the cash for a premium room, the views are great. That said, as a hotel I was pretty disappointed.
After you check in you'll get a text message asking you how things are with your room. This seems to be entirely pointless since we told "Chris" that a light was burnt out in the bathroom and then nothing at all happened.
This isn't all that uncommon for the large hotel chains but what really took stars away from this hotel was the major construction work going on that wasn't advertised when booking our room and doesn't seem to have resulted in and discounts.
Not only are the pool and fitness center closed, but the entrance to the hotel from the parking garage and the street are both undergoing major renovations. The elevator in the parking garage is out of service and you need to use an alternate entrance into the hotel. Despite all this, you're still going to pay more than $40/night for self parking even though the lot across the street is only $10 and a little further down is $5. Also, the parking spaces are tiny; SUVs or pickups will need to take a couple of goes at it before getting parked. Added to the $400/night cost of the premium room, it starts to feel like a pretty big rip off.
Included items are the hotel basics like soap and shampoo, but if you're looking for a bottle of water or free breakfast you're going to be disappointed.
Bottom line, the views are great but you can get similar views from the farris wheel (for $12) and spend less on your accommodations.
As a 4 star hotel in my opinion they could do better, there are pros and cons to it.
Took about 30-50 minutes in the lobby although because of that they did give us a room with a jacuzzi. There were no complementary amenities such as slippers or even water bottles in the room from before so we had to keep calling and asking for them which was another hassle. They said there would be outdoor parking but once we reached they only had indoor parking left so we had to pay a $50 instead of the $35 which was meant for outdoor parking, although after speaking to the manager they did sort it out and let us pay the $35. I will commend their breakfast, everything tasted really great and there was a lot of options. The best part was it was very close to everything such as the falls and the main areas where all the other attractions are too.
Amazing hotel.. I ve stayed here multiple times it s a wonderful hotel with a lot to offer, staff are kind I even got a text message asking how my room was. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are very clean also connected to the casino which is great. I ve started only staying in the Hilton now when I travel.
Booked a falls view room. Lovely stay. Staff can be a bit more courteous.
NOT PARKING FOR DISABLED CLOSED TO BRIDGE VERY UNFRIENDLY TO DISABLED AND OLDER PEOPLE
It's just okay... The concierge was great. Our room sucked! Worse bday...
The hotel is beautiful and the location is central to most of the attractions. The staff was very helpful whenever we asked for a suggestion on where to go for the day/night. The pizza in the restaurant downstairs is AMAZING lol we literally ate it every morning! I would definitely visit again and stay here.
The location for Niagara falls is excellent and they have good facilities I have been going there for years. Just one warning the price of your room add on approx. 24% tax on top and parking on top when you get there unless you park of site is cheaper. The hotel, amenities, views, location are excellent and service very good. I will still go back again.
Awesome hotel, make sure you get the falls view. Also when you come park at the casino across the street. It's normally 5 a day instead of the 25/35 the Hilton charges
Great room with great views. House keep8ng was great. Pool was always packed. So our children never wanted to go. They are close to everything. However elevator wait was always long. On Our floor their was trash on the floor near the elevator for 3 days straight. That is gross.
Shared a two bedroom Canada and US fallsview room. It was a perfect location hotel with a gift shop, many restaurants and local options for sightseeing and exploring.
We arrived late and had fantastic views with quick check in. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was deluxe in style. The televisions are dated and had limited function but overall, a great stay and introduction to Canada.
We went to the Brasa and the service was fantastic!
Very nice inside of the lobby but the elevators are very fast so they can make you feel sick.
Comfortable enough but very pricey for what you get. Could get the same class at a Travelodge and pay half. Wi-Fi is a hassle with sign up for loyalty needed. Breakfast is not included and fairly steep.
Construction was going on and you could barely breathe with the drywall dust on the main floor. We had a special order for upon arrival but had to call to ask for it. Rooms were clean. A/C worked great. View was good.
Absolute the best hotel very clean my family love it we would stay there for the 3rd time again . Staff are very friendly.
It's a fantastic hotel with excellent falls view. Huge rooms. However, work on Wi-Fi. One should be able to access Wi-Fi on both the phone and laptop. Allowing one gadget is very weird and unbeffiting such a hotel.
The reason I booked this hotel because Sheraton and Marriott hotels charge for additional $25 each for 3rd and 4th person in a room. The base price of a room at Hilton was higher than Marriott but the total was cheaper. Service was excellent. A little bit of waiting during check in and we were given a room at 1pm. The room size is good and we can see both the American falls and the Horseshoe Falls. Everything was good in the room except it was warm. Not sure why it was set to 26 degree Celsius. We turned it down but it didn't cool down much when we came back after dinner. Someone set the alarm clock to 6am and we were woken up by that. Check out was easy. Overall it was still a good getaway for us.
Very clean, updated rooms, great views, staff very nice.
It was an overall ok location. Across from a mini mart for convienient snacks and a short walk to the main attractions near Niagara.
We set a kingsize room, saying that it is US fallsview but the room is only half a fall in the corner. The room is very old, the sanitary quilt actually has a broken place! Special mention of the special air conditioning of the air conditioning will be awakened at night! Overall very old and very old
Bed and room was fine, the check in/out was horrible. 2 attendants assisting Hilton Honors patrons and 2 helping a 30 person line up, not to mention the 2 helping non Hilton patrons were helping each other! Not effeicient. Also elevators are loud..
Online pictures depicting distance to the falls are a bit misleading, but we were on the 48th floor so the views ended up being great. Just don't expect to be right beside the falls. Also, the wifi is horrible if you're not a Hilton Honors member.
Hilton lives up to its name. Clean hotel, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast buffet for all its guests. The Keg and Starbucks in house....parking and valet services available. WiFi available, but must sign up as hilton honors member.
Furnitures are old, and the falls view are pretty far from the hotel, it s more like a casino view room. The parking takes extra 40 dollars which is bit expensive. But the overall room service was nice, we asked for robes and toothbrushes, and they arrived fast
Amazing views of the falls, it's fantastic.
The price is more than affordable in winter for the top floor, the breakfast is great.
I would put a fifth star but the spa was closed for work.
Overall great hotel got a pretty good view.
Good size + clean room with a whirlpool
Very accessible almost everywhere.
A tad of a walk to Clifton Hill but very enjoyable. Now for the cons.. for some odd reason the tv kept on turning on randomly at night ( creepy af at 2am waking up seeing static on) after telling the front desk of issue they pretty much told me it was nothing and did nothing about it but to just unplug the tv if we were not using it.
It was under construction roof top falls view was closed
Great packages. Average rooms. Tv has less than basic channels. Claim they have satellite tv with a channel list of 60 channels but only 25 work. Front desk staff seemed rude.
Very nice hotel, good location. The employees are very courteous. I will start all over again
Comfortable, nice, comfortable, with an enviable position to observe the falls from the upper floors.
Room was as extravagant as advertised but spacious. Dinner was excellent
Perfect location for what are weekend had planned. Even though the hotel is under renovation the staff and workers were very considerate to all of us.
We had 4 rooms over the course of the weekend and although they were all booked as King Suites, mine ended up having 2 Queen beds. Even with that it was an enjoyable weekend.
I took a chance to make wife happy and the hotel, room and view was awesome! Best vacation ever!
Service was great. The room was amazing. Beautiful view. Check in was fast. Only disappointment was the surprise extra 6% tax shown on my bill. If you need to have a tourist fee, be up front about it. Dont try and bury it in my bill.
The facilities were stylish and clean and the service was very friendly and efficient.
The room wasn't what we booked for. Manager didn't do anything about it while 2 other parties was able to get their room switched. False advertising. This is why Airbnb is always a better choice. Waste of 500 dollars.
Hotel and lobby are nice. Rooms are large and nice. It was very disappointing that the pool was closed as I booked it for the water slide, but they did allow access to the sheraton pool next door. if was better than nothing but still quite disappointing. All other aspects were good
Everything had a hidden price behind it.
Even had to pay $39 for outside parking which was accross the road and $49 underground parking even though we were guests at the hotel.
The hotels view wasn't all that great either (construction site)
I have to say this is a first bad review I've left for any hotels in all these years. I arrived tonight, checked in my booked room, it's a SMOKE room, the smell is so strong I immediately asked to be switched. I never asked for a smoke room and their official website never asked my preference. The lady at front desk told me they are fully booked (it's a regular workday, a Thursday) NO other types of room whatsoever is available even if I could pay more. She offered to send up an air refreshener for the night. I didn't want to ruin my mood so I said okay. I left for my dinner reservation. I came back to the same stinky room. When asked they said they sprayed my room and could I still smell smoke? It was actually so hard to believe they treat customers like this, I said please send me the air refreshener, how can a smoke room not be smelling like smoke with just a one-time spray?! 20 minutes later, at 10pm, they sent me an air refreshener. As I plugged it in and got ready to take a shower, I found the window between the bathroom and bed broken so I have to sleep overlooking the bathroom tonight. So very disappointed. I've stayed in a motel's room that's more neat and upgraded than this room. Their service doesn't help at all. The whole experience is very bad.
Booking in was a frustrating experience, but, other than that, the hotel is great, with amazing rooms, a waterslide at the pool, a great restaurant at the very top with an amazing view of the falls, a front door directly in front of a bus stop, and even a issue of the National Post left a t the front of each occupied room every week(or so I guess).
One of the best places to stay at Niagara but there were too many mistakes with our booking. I booked for two nights on their website, paid, and was emailed confirmation.
Yet at check in I was told I was only booked for one night and had to wait for them to locate a room for two nights. Then my key lost access to the room after the first night. After leaving, I was triple charged despite having already paid online BEFORE the trip. I had to call their billing department twice to have them fully remove the extra charges.
Even with the hassles, the hotel itself was great. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly. The Fallsview rooms have a floor to ceiling window view of the falls. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is good but only for one or two days because there is no variety.
Beautiful hotel. Great customer service. We had a great view.. So nice waking up to this.
I've been to a lot of Hilton's, but not like this one. Reminds me a bit of Vegas. Stellar experience!
Amazing view of the American and Canadian Niagara Falls
It's crazy expensive with all the additional taxes that are added to your room and restaurant visits. The hotel was fine. Good location and reasonable walk to the falls. Connected to the casino by a sky walk.
Does not correspond to the description when booking, we hoped better to spend our honeymoon, the decor is old 70s 80, the air conditioning does not seem to provide, set at 17 and is 23 in the room, the view is horrible. I have already seen suites much more beautiful than that for the same price.
Beautiful hotel, and a beautiful view. Friendly staff.
Stayed there a few nights, not once was my room cleaned, and i needed to request new towels. Thats my only complaint
The rooms are great, the one i got was renovated. The view is amazing, i had full view of the Canadian and the US falls
Rhe resturants and the hotel facilities are great. Overall it was great stay at hilton niagara falls
Excellent hotel
Must start complimentary breakfast for their guests
Nice hotel. Be aware of hidden tourist fees. This is different from tourist tax. These you cannot dispute. They charged these fees each night of stay and each night of parking.
Had a great room in the North tower with falls view of both American and Canadian falls. The grand cafe is also great place for buffet breakfast and friendly staff.
Nice hotel. Service is good and the personnel are courteous and professional.
We chose the Hilton a long time ago. Due to various reports here, we were excited to see what to expect. Had specially booked a room with a view of the falls.
First of all: Yes, it is currently being rebuilt and there is also a large construction site.
Check-In: Slightly listless employees, but quick and uncomplicated check-in. Maybe it's a little understandable given the throughput of the hotel. The lobby was almost always very well filled.
WiFi is included for free and the parking garage would also be free for us. OK Thank you very kindly. It's a great start. Then room on the 31st floor. To get. Thanks again ;)
Room: We had a room on the 31st floor in the south tower on the corner with a view of both falls. Simply great and terrific. We were far away from the construction site and didn't notice any noise.
The room functional and absolutely clean. The room service was always very quick and thorough in the morning. The room could only be opened through a shaft under the window, but we didn't think so.
Breakfast: We had booked with breakfast, which is served in the lobby level of the north tower. Breakfast is available on the 33rd floor of the south tower for an additional $ 5. Absolutely only to be recommended and a magnificent view in the sun. That's not how you eat breakfast every day. And we had a really great friendly waitress, thank you Cheryl :)
Parking: The parking garage is huge and the parking bays are correspondingly wide for the large cars. Valet parking can be done, but you don't have to. We liked to park ourselves!
CONCLUSION: We would love to come back next year and have a great time at the Hilton.
The views and the rooms are just astounding. Service is great. Very accommodating staff.
Nice room. Unfortunately can't see the falls from the rooms in the lower levels and for some reason I couldn't get hot water during my morning shower but otherwise a very nice hotel
Always a great place to stay. nice view of the falls. go during the week for better pricing.
Very nice hotel with an AMAZING view of the Falls!! It has everything you would need, yet in a great location in town.
Hilton was ok. We stayed in the south tower which has a nice view of the front of fallsview hotel... But it's a little older wing. The room was nice and clean.
