My husband and I made a reservation for a room with jacuzzi tub on Friday for that evening. The very kind staff upgraded our room to a presidential suite. We also ate dinner at The Watermark, the restaurant at the hotel, overlooking the Falls. The food, drinks and service were fantastic. Every evening at 10pm there are fireworks that you can watch that add to the excitement of the dinner. We will definitely be returning to this hotel sometime in the near future. We highly recommend if you have never been to Niagara Falls, or if you have been and are looking for a new great experience!

Poor experience. Not sure I will come back. We rented one of their best rooms, but it didn't feel like it. Not enough staff working check in, the room was a little dirty, and the sink didn't work. It was really hard to wash with the scalding hot water coming out of the tap. I wouldn't have cared if it was an average room, but I paid a premium price for this.

It's almost unbelievable that in 2020 you still have to go through these issues at an upscale hotel.
They charged me $15 for WiFi and the WiFi and the internal phone didn't even work. When we called them they said there is nothing they can do at this time it was around 10 PM.

They have become so cheap that there was not even a box of tissues in my room.

Paid $350 for a regular room!!!!

Also, they charged $35 room service for a burger with fries that made me and my girlfriend sick all night. An old burnt smelly patty with no other condiments...

So Cheap and Rude, Won't Be Back and Would let everyone know not to go there!

The view was beautiful but the hidden fees that go with the hotel make me never want to stay with them again. I booked online for $280 and they told me my room was $299 when I arrived. Online advertised free parking but parking was $20 a day. Then when I checked out there were random fees tacked on that totaled nearly $100. Three days after my stay they charged my card $45 for an "international transaction fee" not posted on any bill. This hotel is rediculous and strives to take advantage of customers wallets.

I recently booked the USA/Canada Fallsview two bedroom at Hilton. The room was very clean, spacious for two or more travellers especially children. I received several text asking me if I needed anything which was great! I would have give Hilton five stars if they would provide complimentary water (long drive & hot summer month). Also, consider adding more soaps, mouthwash, lotions and such instead of just one of each considering the room sleeps up to six guess and four of us checked in. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Just to add, parking is NOT FREE! be prepared to pay $20-$40 per day. If you order food from the restaurant to bring back to your room and you want a refund, it will go on your credit card if you pay by debit. Cash they will refund right away.

Third time I have stayed here in the past 7 years and our room was starting to show a bit of wear. I booked 2 rooms for us and friends from the U.K., king suite with jacuzzi. Bed and pillows were not as comfy as I remember. The grout in the bathroom was dirty, bi-fold door between jacuzzi and room had a broken hinge and the shower door did not seal and leaked badly no matter where I directed the shower head. Truly disappointed with their policy of charging a Tourist Tax and Eco Charge which they decided two yrs ago is mandatory - I've had other hotels and restaurants happily waive this. They did not tell me about the extra charges over the phone when I booked but said it is in the email booking confirmation. This location is very convenient to the Falls but I will stay elsewhere on the next trip.

we booked a 2 room king suite with premium fallsview. we spent well over $300 for the room, we also went to Watermark restaurant and spent over $300 there, $150 for drinks at the lounge and another $100 for breakfast the next morning (3 people for a buffet that served powdered eggs).
When we arrived to the room it was late, and I had a business meeting right away. while changing, I noticed how disgusting the bathroom was. tiles were dirty, the grout was worse. there was a huge rust hole where the door frame met the floor. There weren't enough towels and the ones there smelled. I requested more towels later that night. However I was running late, and didn't want to complain and had to meet my business associate at 4:40.
Later when I arrived back to the room, I realized how bad it was. the room was never wiped down. The "fireplace" was nothing more than an old, scratched tv stand and didn't even get warm. really? at $300 per night?
The couch in the sitting area overlooking our premium view of the CASINO ROOFTO, was old, faded and sagging. There was no vent or fresh air anywhere. No window opened a crack, no vent anywhere!!
no wonder the bathroom is crumbling apart!! if you sit in a tub of steaming water, with no vent, of course there will be peeling paint, and rusty metal....why wouldn't you have a vent in a bathroom? gross!!
At dinner in the Watermark, (we happen to be foodies), and I can say the quality of the food in the Watermark, was seriously overpriced. I've eaten and stayed in many 4 star hotels, but this was more like a quality inn level. We had a leftover container on the table, when we left. completely forgot and totally my fault. But the staff knew what room we were in and we had spent close to $400 on dinner. Good customer service would have caught that, realized we left probably $50 of food in the to-go container, and called up to our room or boring it up. It wasn't until I was back in the room, that I realized that I had left it, but when I called the restaurant, they said it must have been thrown out....oh well....right?? Unbelievable.....
the worst of it, was the next day when we were getting ready to leave. I noticed a huge glob of white gunk on the back of the chair in the sitting room as well as a nasty red colored stain/stuff on the rug. worried that we would be charged for the issues, I took pictures of all the problems and spoke to a manager at the front desk. he apologized, and removed the parking charges from my bill. woohoo!!!
He requested I send him copies of the pictures so he could discuss it with housekeeping. I thought that, was that and would just never stay there again... until I saw charges to my bank account for an additional $150. Not sure what that was for, I called and left a message with their billing department. When I got the call back, I was informed I was being charged for smoking in the room. Huh????? We don't smoke!!! I said as much to the woman on the phone. I offered to send her copies of my life insurance policies. She said the staff took pictures of cigarette butts.... "they have proof"..... you mean the same staff that was reprimanded for the room condition?? How do you prove something like that with pictures? she said they took a pic of the room number. It's almost laughable and extortion!!!
I advised her of everything that happened and requested to speak to a manager. I sent the pictures of the room condition and she said she did have copies of those the manager had given them. She wanted to know what they could do. I told her for starters, they could return the bogus charge to my account....
She wanted to give me a voucher for our next stay there. I laughed at her.I didn't receive a call back, but did receive an email stating they were going to reimburse the smoking charge. One more thing about the hotel.....the mirrors/glass in the elevators were cracked.... that should've been my clue, on the way up to my premium fallsview room, with vies overlooking the casino roof...lol. never again!!!! Hilton seriously disappointed this time.

We stayed here this past weekend and loved this place! My partner and I wanted a couples getaway to celebrate our special occasion. Heidi, the evening concierge was an absolute delight, and a talented professional. We even hugged it out at the end of our stay! Her and the entire team's hospitality at the Hilton made us feel like family. The front desk was able to upgrade our room upon request. Two folded bathrobes with slippers and bottled water awaited us as we arrived to our 40th floor room with a world class view.

We also chose to book a day at the Casino Spa across the street, recommended by the Hilton. The atmosphere was calming and very zen. Great place to go to escape all the bustle for a while. You get access to the spa all day, so you can leave and come back later if you want to relax.

The Hilton pool/hot tub/water slide is awesome if you've got kids or are a big kid yourself, the in-house restaurants range from casual Italian, a Steakhouse, a top floor restaurant with panoramas of the falls, AND there is a built in ice cream bar in the lobby (need I say more?!). The beds are high quality, the rooms are clean, and the views are the highest in the city. We can't wait to return :)

My wife and I stayed on the 29th floor, Falls side. Amazing views! Beautifully clean and modern room. Our room had a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was very nice. The restaurants on site are top notch, yet not overly expensive. Gift shops, ATM, sandwich shop (including Starbucks). The parking garage is very small, yet under construction so it is understandable. Every single member of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. This was the best stay I have had at hotel in my entire life! (I am 42 years old). When my family and I return to Niagara Falls, the only place we will stay is the Hilton!

Ask for a fallsview room , you get to see directly down the road that leads to the falls , it's awesome ! Dragonfly nightclub is across the street for when coming home a little tipsy . The indoor pool with waterslides is incomparable among fallsview hotels . Free parking, shops and casino all at your doorstep. If you enjoy jogging, try jogging along the falls and then come back up the hill , killer workout !

Nice hotel, but a bit deceiving in their suite description. We stayed in a suite that we understood had two separate rooms, and a living room area, but it was all connected and not at all what we had planned for. But overall, the hotel is nice, and the views were breathtaking.

Service is horrible! Front desk sent us to the wrong tower on our arrival. They don't even know where their rooms are located. They left a previous guests bar of soap on our jacuzzi, someone else's makeup on our bathroom counter, no conditioner. The paint on the ceiling in the shower is peeling. Definitely not worth the money!!!

Great look nice staff, has Starbucks and a few other restaurants located in the place or semi detached.

Has pool, no free wifi :( lobby is beautiful. Located nicely for activities and casino. Short walk to Clifton hill I'd advise stay here if you want a nice clean place to stay with in walking distance to the fun !!

Pros:

Pros:
Clean room.
Nice View.
Swimming pool with one slide (but cannot use if no life guard).
Maintenance staff was better than front desk.
Close to the falls.

Cons.
Shower door was broken and the carpet at entrance of bathroom was soaked when we arrived.
Gym is like what you would find at someones basement.

It's ok, it's really close to the falls and on the higher floors you can get quite a view. In the evening the view from the restaurant upstairs is gorgeous. The hotel itsel is like any other hotel.

Cell service seems to vanish in the rooms, and their WiFi kept dropping our devices, or outright erroring when we tried to add them. It made getting any amount of work done extremely difficult. The TV input buttons were also disabled, so if you're planning to watch your own shows and not rent something, have fun staring at a laptop screen all night!

This place is stupid. Last week my brother was staying at Fallsview Casino they told him he could go across the street to the Hilton to swim in their pool he went to the Hilton desk they gave him a key him and my wife then went swimming at the Hilton. So this week I had a room at Fallsview Casino so I went to do the same thing and they said they don't do this and they never have done this that my brother is a liar

Great hotel, great location. Falls view rooms are worth it, just make sure you know which falls you are looking at. The American falls only rooms are not so good. The restaurant is a must. Not a bad seat in the house. Views are great.

Stayed in a two room deluxe Whirlpool suite. View was fantastic and quiet (North tower, high floor). I'd knock off half a star because the sofa was dated and some of the outlets didn't work, also the Whirlpool malfunctioned, but they promptly repaired it.. But overall the staff was friendly and helpful and they let us check in early without fuss. Even upgraded us to a higher and better view. The tourism fee is something like near 10% and they won't remove it. So be aware of this before you go, and account for that in your budget. On site parking is 35+tax, off site was 20+tax (was told it was 3 mins away, not so bad if you're not carrying a lot of stuff like we were). Valet is $45+tax and tip. They are renovating so the pool and fitness center is closed this year (need to walk to a nearby hotel) if you cared to use the facilities (we didn't). There was a mini fridge and sink in the hall between the two rooms with coffee maker, but no microwave. Great location, close to falls, food etc. Fireworks view. We would definitely go back ( though fallsview casino across the street likely has a better unobstructed view.)

The Hilton has become known as a fairly high quality name over the years which is why this visit was such a surprising disappointment.

Let's start with the parking. It's 20 bucks a day to park two blocks away. Upon checking in, I noticed that attention detail and priorities were lacking as one of their main advertisement tvs behind the front desk had a broken panel. From the looks of it, it had been this way for a while. Not the biggest deal but not the best first impression. The room we booked was apparently at the far end of the hall which may have contributed to the next big issue, the air conditioning. The room was especially small (for the price) but not too bad. That was until the AC unit kicked on. There was one tiny vent for the entire room so when the ac kicked on it sounded like a jet was taking off. When attempting to sleep at night it woke me up every single time it kicked on. Not sure if it's just this room and bad construction but the experience was just awful.

Speaking of construction... We had the pleasure of hearing a large structure being put in place directly behind our hotel. Also, the pool and gym were both closed during our stay which made the amenities pointless.

All in all it just wasn't a good experience. With all of the above included, the saving grace was that the staff was friendly and it's location was close enough to the falls that this place earned two stars. I expected much more from a Hilton establishment. Much much more. There are so many other options that unless things drastically improve, there is no chance I'll be staying here again.

Had some challenges on our recent visit with a room that had been renovated, there was a plumbing problem. Although the staff were wonderfully helpful. The buffet breakfast is overpriced.
I find the cost of the rooms does not reflect the quality that you receive at this location.

I celebrated my wife's birthday on Friday December 1st and stayed in room 2758. The front desk was extremely nice and couteous. Room service was great as well, really quick. We had dinner at brasa and again the service was excellent. Will definitely book again for a day trip

Hotel is solid and accommodating. It was a little busy but the rooms were clean, the view was amazing and it's location afforded a lot of places for us to visit. I've been here about a year previous and the pool has been out of commission since then. Hopefully it'll be up soon.

Overall a nice hotel. Unfortunately when we were they they had hot water problems both mornings. Additionally their TV cable/satellite feed was a disaster. After inquiring, I was yold they knew this was a problem, but really had no plans to fix it. Not impressed. Restaurant was excellent, and the rooms were spotless. Great location.

Stayed here just before Christmas. View of falls was amazing. Staff was nice enough. The parking attendant was the friendliest parking attendant I've ever met. The COVID protocols were good. 2 things that could have been better however, we were told upon check in we couldn't control the temperature in our room, only off and on. When we got in our room it was 31C, we turned it off right away and opened the vent under the window and it never went below 25C. It was so hot it was awful, none of us could sleep. Second thing, smoking (cigarets and marijuana) should be banned (and enforced) from the underground parking lot, my kids and I were NOT impressed.

well i must say that Hilton hotel has always being one of my favorite hotel , i have worked in a lot of hotels in Jamaica and here in Canada including Hilton so i know the standard that's expected when staying there . however after spending the weekend there for our wedding anniversary, in was so disappointed with the poor service we received there . first when we cheeked in we got the key to our suit ! winch was good , now upon get to our suit we couldn't access the WiFi lol which in my opinion was one of the most basic things that should be available we had to go and ask them for if even though we paid for it ! also we stayed there for two days and me biggest turn off was that no one cam to clean the room though we we out all day Saturday u know what ! i will never stay in another Hilton chine again

Terrible experience. While staying at this hotel they give out our room key to another guest, this guest walked into the room my wife and I had booked for an anniversary. The GM was an absolute disgrace to management. Our night was ruined my wife was extremely embarrassed. Awful hotel!
