The staff was really cool. Enjoyed our stay there you could walk right on the beach
This hotel is wonderful. Walking distance to marina, pier, shopping and restaurants . 2 Pools are great ! Beach is the best !
Great hotel. Awesome service and good view of beach
Really love the location and the rooms were super!!! What a view!!
Married by partner at this location on Sept 29, 2017. The experience was absolutely phenomenal. I worked with Courtney to arrange our wedding. She was wonderful and made the experience very positive. We wanted to find a venue that would be easy to work with as a gay couple. They were great. Every staff member was warm and welcoming and we never felt judged or unwelcome!! The beachfront wedding was beautiful. They have staff that keeps people away from the ceremony which helped calm some of our fears. We used the ballroom for our wedding reception. New carpet and new chairs. The foyer area is fully renovated. Beautiful!! The guest rooms are recently renovated and are very nice. Pool area is brand new. They tore out their old pools! This location is in the heart of Clearwater Beach right next to the Pier. Everything is within walking distance. Loved that there was a Walgreens right across street as well as restaraunts!! Nothing but positive things to say!! A special thanks to Shawn at the hotel who checked in with us daily and made our stay very special. And another shout out to Laurie, our banquet captain, who really made sure we were taken care of!!!!!
The best spot on the beach. You can walk to everything from this location. Beautiful beach
The pool was closed due to renovation but it was not notified on their sote when we booked it
Lovely Hilton and the Gulf of Mexico never disappoints..
Amazing! So happy with my stay! Booked this place for a terrific rate at . I love this resort and I'm so thankful I stayed at my favorite hotel for less than what I usually pay.
Beachfront hotel with fabulous walking proximity to all the shops and restaurants by the pier!!! They have activities for the young ones. Cabanas, umbrellas and chairs are available for rent. They have both a beach bar and indoor bar along with a Starbucks and dining within the resort! Hotel is older but it clean and higher floors have fabulous views in all directions!!! Lots of activities available for a fee from parasailing, jet skies and more. Plus, other activities for free like corn hole!!! Great place for family vacations!!!
I have no comment on the hotel but they have a great worker and manager named Ekaterina Osipova. She is an excellent professional, I suggest that you consult with her for any problem.
Looks a bit dated from the outside, but be very nice hotel and conference center. Right on the beach, so you can't beat the views.
Had a great time, but I will warn you there are hidden fees that they don't tell you about in Travelocity.
Nice staff, great location, nice beach, small rooms
On the beach. Sand like powdered sugar. Two pools one for little tikes. Excellent cuisine. Great views, clean spacious room with balcony.
Seriously overpriced rooms with 0 soundproof. Unable to sleep due to all kind of noise from the adjacent rooms and the corridor. Additional and often hidden charges for everything - beach rentals, bike rentals, parking. The gates system with card access is simply funny. Poor guests trying to get through by waving the hands, pushing, kicking. Who has came up with that bright idea?
Another overlook is the only shower on the beach resort does not work.
Very nice resort, compared to the hampton inn with bedbugs in two different rooms, stil waiting to get my credit for this stay with my points of 100,000 also should give me a couple of future stays for free as well also did I mention I'm a gold member! !!!!!!! Was in largo don't stay there
Best location if you want to hit up the bars and pier 60, can lay out on the beach without getting arrested too, so that's nice.
Clean room, great balcony view, walking distance to nearby shops, hotel staff was very friendly. Had a great stay.
Run!! They have the worst hotel rooms in Clearwater Florida very misleading and left us staring at air conditioners that was supposed to be a partial view of the ocean been a member for years and will never rent another Hilton room ever again
Typical Hilton hotel and you get what you pay for. Rooms are clean and updated. Sanitizers are available in all floors but the replenishment is not timely. SD is being followed. Concierge service is no longer being offered and so is daily room service, due to Covid.
Beach access and area is superb. Great location and convenience to walk to several shops n restaurants.
Staff is friendly and very courteous. Would like to stay again.
Very nice hotel located directly at the beach. Excellent service.
Our first night we arrived they had given our room to someone else. It took them a half hour to try and find another room for us. They then proceeded to put myself, my husband and 18 year old daughter into a king room. They told us they would get an air mattress for her to sleep in and try and get us into our correct room the next day. We check into our king room that smelled so bad if stale cigarettes it made us all sick. They never found an air mattress for my daughter and at 1:40 am finally somehow magically found a room with two beds. My Daughter was already asleep in the king bed so her and I stayed there and my husband went to the other room so he at least had a place to sleep. Finally at 3 pm we get into our correct room. There were big blue stains on the carpet from who knows what. About 5 am it sounds like a jack hammer going off in our room. This went on for several mins. Turns out it's something with the plumbing and this happens all hours of the day and night, so constantly woken to by this. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. Several problems with the elevators going out constantly. My husband is a Diamond member with Hilton and we've never had anything like this. Will never stay here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
Great place to walk around and relax. Wouldn't go swimming because lots of people are, but if you dont mind that then go right ahead.
Amazing experience! We will definitely be back in the future! Very friendly staff!
The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and the pools were amazing very very clean.
Went here for a wedding. Ended up paying $20 for valet parking since there was none available. I wasn't expecting this at all so ended up having to use their ATM.
Love, Love, Love the remodled Hilton. Great rooms, great breakfast buffet with very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect beach location.
The rooms have recently been renovated but the finish work is sloppy. The current heavy exterior construction noises easily replace my morning alarm clock.
Bring earplugs if you have a room facing the street. The bass from the nightclub across the way is very loud even with the door closed. Wish there was a self park option. You can tell it s an old hotel with a fresh coat of paint, so don t expect a wow factor. Staff made the stay. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Dig the proximity to the beach and other attractions and most everything else is comfortable. For the price I would consider staying again if I was in the area.
I love Hilton Hotels but I did have the worst night ever the 1st night we stayed until we got a new room. The 1st night we had a room on the East side and the outside noise, Music and street traffic had me awake til 230 AM even though I went to bed at 10 PM. The next day I was a zombie. We did get a new room on the West side and got a better night sleep the next 2 nights. Great area to explore and see the Sunset on the Beach or Pier. They do have beach yoga which is cool but I missed it because I woke up at 1030 because of the loud music that kept me up all night. Hilton has to tell the people about this issue or put in sound proof windows to avoid this problem.
So many hidden fees. Paid 230 for the room. Then a mandatory 25 dollar parking fee and if u wanna take your car anywhere u have to pay another 15$ plus a 40$ for what reason idk. And the morning we leave they charged another 50 xD. Will never stay here again.
Since they were acquired recently they imposed this new resort fee. Not worthy of the $20 a day...for what? Location is their biggest asset. Management was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Rooms need to be updated to justify $$ high cost. Bathrooms were SMALL too....
We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was okay.
Great outside Tiki Bar overlooking the Gulf Sunsets. Just Beautiful
Nice Hilton property right on the beach. Great views and very clean and nice beach. Plenty of nice places close for food and drinks.
Wasn't actually staying at the Hilton but still staff had lots of time for us and very helpful .
Hotel is going through renovation and needs it. But don't let that keep you from coming here. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can ride bikes for free which was really nice. The pools and hot tub is always empty. I went during October, so not to busy with the snow birds yet. The beach is nice, but not Cancun nice. Maybe the north gulf coast will be better.
Great beach and location. The hotel needs some work but the personnel are outstanding.
Pretty old and tired Hilton property. Our car came back from valet parking covered in bird droppings and the drinks at the beach bar are beyond weak. Save your money.
Not a Real Hilton like location. This place is a mess. As soon as we walked in the lobby the smell of Propane was so empowering that i feared for my children s lives. We walked upstairs to see if we could manage to just stay in pur room ans try to avoid the snell. So our room didnr smell, but its been by far the dirtiest room ive been to while on vacations. Itchy beds, dirty bathrooms, nasty towels. When we headed to the pool noone advised that there will be NO TOWELS to use. There is also a penalty for checkin out too early.. of course because this place sucks!! Beware, Do not come stay in this horrible place!!!!
The view is to die for! Absolutely gorgeous! The customer service is the BEST! I would go back a million times.
Dated old, extremely low toilet seats, no free beach furniture. Free non-motorized sports was a bonus and workers were friendly.
The beach is great. Sand was pure white and very beautiful. The hotel is close to shops and various restaurants. Two thumbs up!
We came here for a wedding and enjoyed our stay overall. The staff was accommodating, the rooms are clean and we are literally on the beach!
There are definitely some updates needed to the hotel like the carpets, toilets, and the breakfast staff really sucked the morning we were there.
Not sure I would say the "consistent" Hilton brand was felt during our stay. I overheard numerous staff complaining about certain things and several other things just felt off.
I may come back. Will probably give the sandpearl a try next time.
Parking is non existent for folk wanting to stop by for bru
Rifht on the beach and in the middle of shopping and great restaurant choices. Have stayed multiple times and will visit again.
This used to be a favorite place of mine to go. Food was great room was nice and the area was As Good As It Gets.
Recently they've done "renovations" and they've changed some things. There's no more self parking so now you're forced to let somebody drive your car to an empty parking lot that's less than 20 feet away for $25/night. After only staying one night I have occurred three fees all for over $20 just for a little things that used to just come with your stay. I will say in the valet employees and the restaurant employees are still amazing! But at the front desk they failed to give any of the perks that come with Hilton Honors until I asked for another employee who I'm assuming was a manager.
I just found out I'm being charged $25 for a late checkout as a Hilton gold member staying at a Hilton no where near max occupancy.
I will start checking out other hotels due to the changes.
Clean, great service. Plan on $95 a day for Cabana and two chairs rental. It is worth it if you want to relax on the beach. Only resort on the beach that has direct beach access. We will be back!
our room was superb and overlooked the ocean, but the rest of the hotel needs to be updated or cleaned. check in was a nightmare and parking valet was similarly lackadaisical.
Recently stayed at this property for one night with one other person and was totally unimpressed with the accommodations. Standard 1 King room. Bare minimum. No microwave, extremely small space to hang clothes for 2 people and a single sink with no vanity requiring you to put your items on the floor. To top it off, when checking out at the desk I politely let the desk person know I was displeased. He did not verbally acknowledge my comment until I asked him if he heard me and he then said, "Sorry your stay wasn't pleasant". Not the typical Hilton response. I shared my experience with friends and business associates.
Got food/drinks right at our table in the sand. Our server Michelle was so awesome. We are locals but we don't mind paying a bit extra for good food and service and the Hilton has both.
Nice room on 5th floor but Gulf view was hindered by rooftop of garage and multiple air conditioning units (also very noisy when sitting on the balcony). Miniature toilet, very low.
Everything and everyone was and were wonderful during our business conference there in the resort itself, but man, I'm pretty sure the software they use actively hates the employees. Felt awful for the kid who couldn't find my registration, because it occurred to me 5 minutes in, that he was having to check stacks of paper and 3 different computers. They sorted it out for me, and it wasn't some terrible inconvenience, but if that staff had proper infrastructure backing them, they could shine so much brighter.
Hotel is directly on the beach, in the middle of everything, safe, well-lit and survellinced parking lots and a deck, very family friendly location, and were I to go back on a personal vacation with the wife, would be staggeringly more affordable than the other resorts in that area.
Ken M needs to comment on this resort, he'd be able to guide you directly to the truth and heart of it all, unquestionably, look for his reviews and trust what he says, FYI.
First off the people were wonderful, kind and considerate. Great location, great pool and great beach. The rooms although updated were small. The bathroom was very small. The drinks were good. We ate at the restaurant and a shrimp appetizer was good. I had a chicken scallopini and it was awful. The chicken tasted like it was coated in only egg whites. No seasoning. It was inedible also with COVID very limited menu.
If you are looking for luxury. This aint it! The beds are twin/full size and not Queen like they advertise on their website. The rooms need to be updated. Scratches on the wall, grout visible in bathroom. The corridor, Lobby, Hallway looks great and makes you think you are in a luxurious hotel, but its not!. Its advertised as 4 starts but its mores like 2/3 star hotel.
We had an excellent stay here in July of 2014. I am sure the hotel is just as good now as it was then. You can't beat it for the price. Tons of activities on the beach and in close proximity to numerous great restaurants.
Enjoyed the beach, pool and hotel. Rooms are clean. A little small but comfortable beds and nice appointments. Great location and sugary sand beach
DO NOT STAY HERE!! If you have a family with small children or are someone who values sleep. The club across the streets music is absolutely blaring until 3 am and you can hear every bit of it.
They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed.
The gulf view is really picturesque even from the side section of the resort. The room is clean, neat and has great amenities. The beach access is right at bottom floor walking right out from the resort; maybe 200 yards to the water. I thought the pool was great as well, enough room to social distance and swim around. I really enjoyed my one night stay it was like a mini vacation.
Amazing location. Their entire team is top-notch. And, you can't beat the views and Beach access!
Love everything about the hotel; location, rooms, staff, etc. Both pools were closed for renovation, which was an inconvenience. Overall a great place.
The hotel has a great location. Easy access to the white sand beach.
I enjoyed myself! Every member of the staff was lovely! Morgan especially made me feel right at home. :)
