Amazing place. Went here for my birthday weekend and they treated us wonderfully, rooms were clean and comfy. Even though they were in the middle of renovations and we ending up waking up super early due to the noise going on outside, I'd still go back.

The hotel has a nice view, but ....
The bathroom was dirty with mold everywhere in the walls, the sheets smelled like old and the refrigerator had a smell and stopped working the first night.

Are at the spotted donkey, food was good, not great, but good value

Hotel is very comfortable and most rooms have a view of the ocean even if it's minimal. The staff are very helpful and the Valets were very friendly. You HAVE to use the valet service. And you do have to PAY for this service it comes out of your deposit. That kind of sucked however everything else is great. The pictures overhype it but it's still a great stay.

Expected more from Hilton as far as the room which was quite small including the bathroom. But you pay for the view and being right on the beach. The staff and service though were exceptional.

My experience was great from check-in to check-out! Staff was helpful and courteous with every encounter. Resort grounds were kept extremely clean at all times as well as the rooms. It seems that most, if not all of the rooms have their own private balconies with chairs. Really appreciated the citrus water that was readily available in the lobby area especially given the Florida heat. Valet parking staff were well organized and friendly; they even offered to hold our bags in a locked room up until check-in and again after checking out. Private beach access with a designated tiki bar was an unexpected bonus! Overall, it lived up to my expectations for a resort at this price point.

So parking is $25 a day. I booked a double bed room was small. I could hear upstairs walking and room next to me. Every time someone would flush or turn on faucet/shower I could hear it. I would call the front desk service for questions and it was a 1 question 1 answer and would hang up not too polite. Pool area was nothing grand. Save your money and book somewhere else.

This is one of the best hotels. I only wish they served breakfast

WiFi spotty. Hot water went out. Construction. Not a great experience.

HILTON, I must have been very ashamed of a hotel with a service like Clear Water who only saves him from the excellent location. Dirty common tows, no light bulbs, mattresses and Anitations sealed, the lack of hygiene is seen.
they charge besides the position of the room (already well-charged enough) and add 50 more daily on arriving for hotel services and parking (so we pay daily but hotel service?) and every accessory you use in the beach area also has an extra cost.
they commit to what they don't fulfil
It will never be an option for anyone who knows my family on a very deserved vacation!

Amazing location, dozens of great restaurants within walking distance, right on the beach. Valet parking and Starbucks inside of hotel. Friendly service, spacious rooms with balconies and great views in every direction!

Great location! Perfect for kids and family. Recently remodeled in early 2017.

Nothing that a half price hotel can offer. Small bedrooms, $25 valet parking per nigth, pool closed all the time, cheap and old rooms. Terrible reception.

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel is clean, the entrance and lobby are modern and spacious but the rooms are slightly smaller than standard however the balcony view of the beach and gulf make it worth it. The staff member are friendly and cordial. The only covered and lighted parking is trought the use of valet. I loved the sand sculpture at the entrance!

Very nice place with tons of activites. The location is great espically if you have kids that cant be out in the sun all day it's really convenient to just be able to walk back to the hotel and get a break then come back. Vallet can be very hectic once things get busy being able to park your own car would be nice espically if you tend to forget things. Parking isnt free which kinda sucks its and extra $25 a day plus tip for vallet. Your also not aloud your own food or drinks by the pool or on their portion of the beach and that sucks too. But cleanliness and that staff were 100% top notch.

The hotel is dated in decor. It would have been nice to not pay for beach chairs or umbrellas if you are charging a resort fee. The elevators are terribly slow. The staff are very nice and helpful. Harborview rooms will experience traffic and pedestrian noise from the road below

I live locally and a Hilton Honors member. I come here for a night out. This place is amazing!!!

Stayed with a friend for a few nights. They have a parking and resort fee. I guess this is the new way to rob guest blind. Pool pretty small for size if Hotel. Overall, the staff was great.

I had a ball. It was a girls weekend.

This is a great option if you would like to be near the action of Clearwater beach. The hotel has been renovated, is clean, with a beautiful pool area that feels more like a resort. My reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the price seems a bit out of proportion with the overall experience. Add in the parking, mandatory resort fee, and the hotel comes up just short of being a home run. I would still recommend for a short stay, but for anything longer than a gee days, find a place that offers a bit more value.

It's a very beautiful location, right on the beach , very near to pier 60 where we saw gorgeous sunset on sugar sand .Bare feet Beach walks are very soothing. Enjoyed a lot..

Horrible...the worst $500 I spent for a night...the room was disgusting.. footprints in the shower, faucet in bathroom..tried to cancel after we saw the room and they still wanted to charge me for the night...

I arrived on a whim the 1st time on 8/8/19. I was riding my bike through Clearwater beach and it began to rain so I checked myself in since I was seeking a way to commemorate my upcoming 25th sober anniversary on 8/11. It was so beautiful and the people were so nice, I called my parents the next morning and asked them to join me. The day I got sober happens to also be moms birthday. We stayed 2 nights, ate fabulous meals, and Mom and I enjoyed the spa services too. Most importantly though, I had just published my 1st book and recorded the audible version on my podcast up in my room right here at this hotel. Everything felt right and I am so grateful The Broken Road to Mental Health: In Life and in Business was celebrated here. Angelica, Mary, Miguel, and Jim s service and hospitality made this one of the most memorable times in my life. Thank you sooo much #grateful

Beautiful place!!! The beach view is simply SPECTACULAR

A true dump, overpriced. Shame on Hilton for putting their name on that dump. I've been to other Hiltons. This one cannot possibly be owned by Hilton. I seriously question any good review for this place . Dirty. Shady unprofessional and clearly very poorly educate staff. Now I'm sure of two things in life: 1) I will die someday, and 2) I will NEVER go back to this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Clearwater Beach this past weekend for our wedding. The first night we checked in they sent up a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries, with a hand-written note, signed by the entire staff! It seemed the whole staff knew we were there for the wedding, and they constantly greeted us with a smile. I cannot recall a single interaction with a staff member that was not warm and friendly. We will definitely return to this property int the future.

This was not what we expected. A lot of construction on the ground level that wasn't stated at the time of booking. No microwaves in the room, so if you have children who require a warm bottle, you can forget about it. Staff are friendly More

I'm here right now, and this is terrible, I can't believe that this is a hilton hotel, the service is the worst, only one elevator working, hotel is dirty , they make everything very difficult, and don't even eat or drink here, is over price and bad quality, first and last time here, give you a favor and don't come to this bad bad hotel, by the way the beds are very small you can't fit 2 adults there

The room was clean and the location was great! Our balcony was overlooking a very loud roof so it was hard to enjoy sitting out there. We loved the pool area and the movie night for kids was a great activity! It was frustrating when we were Upcharged for eating the hot breakfast instead of just the continental that came with our Hilton rewards. There was no sign or notification that it would cost extra and we had not been charged extra at the doubletree in Orlando earlier in the week.

Attended meeting here. Nice grounds. Nice staff. No event parking though. Had to park in garage down the street and walk in the rain.

Construction in currently going on in the hotel which produced a lot of noise in the morning. The door of the bathroom does not lock and bathroom doesn't have a fan.

Helpful staff. Nice pool area with bar. Room was very nice, comfortable bed.

Taking off one star for all-valet parking and it is not inclusive in the resort fees.

Everything a beach resort should be. Gets plenty of use because its a great property. This place is so close to being an A+. It gets a B+ from this Hilton Gold member. Its prime location makes so much else forgivable.

Beach access is incredible (along with restrooms near the pool and beach, yay), but the rooms themselves aren t in the best condition. Clean, but ran down (mildew in shower). Staff is nice and helpful. Be prepared to necessarily spend 25 a day for valet parking since there are no free or reliable public spots. You re essentially paying for the location of this place and not room quality.

Location is good , view of ocean? Near AC units or parking view ? Everything seems outdated worse hilton we ever been to , 3 nights over $1000 and lot of hidden charges ,2 star motel is better then this

Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very small, the beds are not comfy and that's just my first impression.

Parking is pricey, but the inside of the hotel is well kept. It was undergoing alot of repairs while i was there tho.

Perfect location and had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed a couple days at the beach and a couple nights at the heated pools at the hotel. Staff was really nice and a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms were exactly as we expected and how they are described on the hilton Web site.

0% customer service dont add on bed and breakfast if you plan to cancle and valet parking. Their managers dont listen and its good to stay with other hotels. they lie to you and try to sell their 20$ buffet and tell you that you can change and when you want to change they will change you room prices. DONT STAY 100% bad experience and their service

I see the employees outside in the heat with black uniforms. Can they change the rules to at least a white shirt during the summer? Other than that, very clean and food great

We booked weeks in advanced and was promised an ocean view but instead we got a view of a low roof with scaffolding and workers walking outside or window and could easily see in. We asked to switch rooms but couldn't because of a senior citizen cruise that had stopped in for 3 nights and took up every single room. Also the pool was under construction at the time and was out of use.

Fun resort, right on the beach with a great pool! All of the fees and food are kinda pricey, but worth it for the location! Room was nice, clean and new looking. Great view from our balcony and breakfast was included! Would stay again when back in Clearwater.

Great service. Great location. Quiet Beach. Room could use some updating.

Stayed 16-19 June. 17th told front desk we'd be out all day and the carpet was nasty. Feet would be dirty and leave black foot prints where there wasn't carpet. Asked to have it cleaned. It wasn't!
Also on the 17th I told the front desk, to get into the room had to shoulder bump the door open because it stuck. It wasn't fixed either!

Booked last minute and was pleased with my overall experience. Except for the fact that there is a parking fee and a resort fee (to use the pool). The view from my room was beautiful. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The location of the hotel is great because it's within walking distance of the pier and plenty of restaurants and shops.

The room was wonderful and a refreshing change to the the place I had been relegated to for the past several weeks during the caronavirus outbreak.....the room was a nice size....balcony allowed for a great view of Clearwater Beach....the bed very comfortable.....hotel ambiance was superb.....only drawback was that there was no room service because of the caronavirus still being a threat....certainly not a knock against the hotel.

It was a great weekend getaway. The hotel was great and the rooms although a tad small were sufficient for 2. They do have mini fridges so that's a plus. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and the beach is right out the back past to pool

This has to be the worse Hilton hotel I've ever been to, reception was covered with sand and dirt, reception didn't acknowledge we were there, stood 20 mins before leaving to look for other hotel, would never recommend here

Even through the remodel it has been great. I feel the front end staff needs a wee bit more training. But that is it. Thdy have been great!
