Whenever I am in Cocoa Beach, Florida, I prefer to stay at Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel. It is centrally located to my family that lives in the area. It is about an hour from all of the major attractions in Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Titusville, etc. The staff are great, the restaurants have very delicious menu choices, and it is right on the beach. A great spot for sunrise walks.
