We traveled for a conference with a toddler.
The cleaners came respective to our request to avoid the naptime, which is very rare in big hotels. It made our staying much easier and better than it is usual.
The staff in the restaurant and bar was amazingly patient and kind every single time.
The WIFI was also fast and reliable everywhere in the building.
My experience is that the people who work here understand your needs and really try to make your stay the best possible.
