Nice pool, easy parking, and great staff eager to please! Stay here when passing through for work.

Very friendly staff nothing negative against them. Hotel is very old , car bet in hallways and rooms are beyond gone. Every piece of furniture needs to be updated. Just not up to date.

Was here for just a night and could feel the I dont care attitude of the staff just by checking in and asking someone at the restaurant what time is breakfast. The hotel is ok but needs some updating. Close to places and near the freeway for easy access. Hopefully soon it gets remodeled.

Went for a hiring event for Amazon. Hotel was nice used the restroom, it was very clean.

Male manager Kia was rude, unfriendly, and pushy. We suspect prejudice. Otherwise, all the other staff were friendly. Environment clean and food awesome.

Very nice facilities in a good location. Quality food served and delicious cookies. Banquet hall is a nice size and the catering and event coordinators are fantastic. Clean spacious rooms.

I attended a professional event in the bar section of the hotel. the bartenders were nice. the place was really clean and chic. the food was great

Everyone helped me and was so gracious! I'd love to thank all the very accommodating staff members. The breakfast buffet selection was massive and the views from the terrace are stunning. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to get. They are also quick to serve food for you. Highly recommended!

Great place and great location. Right off the freeway. Rooms are a little older but great bar downstairs.

Elevator is a bit slow but good and free parking.

Prio visits were great. New year's night the hotel had black out, no lites, no TV, no electricity. We weren't offered a discount which I felt would have been appropriate.

Good place to stay. Near to shopping and food stores. Japanese visitors to our company stays there.

Booked for 2 rooms and was allowed to do special request for a time range. Went in 2 hours later and rooms were not available.
Tried getting other rooms and said they were booked up. Tried getting my money back but they are not willing to do so because of their "48 hours cancellation policy"
Policy that should NOT APPLY WHEN YOU are getting reservation for that SAME DAY!!

Although the American style Silla Stay is a business hotel, it is managed by the Hilton Hotel ....

Staying here was a spur of the moment thing. The bed was comfortable but the ac was much too loud and could not be turned off. The location was ideal as well.

All the staff if very friendly haven't felt so welcome in a long time

Well, first of all, our check in was at 3pm. When we asked if we could check in a couple of hours earlier they said that our room would be ready by 2pm. We came back at 2 and they said that our room still was not ready, we asked how much longer until our room would be ready and they said 10-15 minutes, so we just decided to wait in the lobby. Once the 15 minutes passed, we asked again if our room was ready. And they said that it was not, but if we would have wanted to stay in a different room we could instead. We did not want that, so we waited even more. At this point it was already 3pm. We asked again if the room was ready, and it still wasn't. So we got the manager and we told him what had happened already in the past hour. He said if you guys want to get a room first then one our original room was ready we could do that, so we just decided to do that after all of the things we had done already. Once we got into the first room, about 15 minutes later someone knocked to tell us that our original room was ready. So we went to our original room, but the purpose of this was to show how awful their service was I don't really know if it's always like this or if they were having a bad day. But the manager from this hotel really helped us out a ton.

I went to the Scoreboard room for an office happy hour. Good selection of beers and a nice atmosphere with a comfortable patio as well.

Love the cookies you get when checking in. Rooms are very clean. However annoyed that i cant turn off the fan from the ac unit even when i turn it off. Guessing it's for ventilation. They do not have free breakfast or dinner or anything like the sort. But i like it since its nice and clean

There is also an outdoor terrace, so it's a great place for family gatherings.

Really clean room, nice comforter on the bed, comfy pillows. Nice bathroom. The noise from the hall really carried into the room, but it was tolerable. Overall would stay here again!

Lots of parking space. Across the street from a 24 gr8 subway and close to the 405 fwy.

I went to the morning buffet on Nov 29th it was okay. The still cut oatmeal was awesome it reminded me of Irish oatmeal it was delicious. I came to the buffet close to closing time and the eggs were cold. So I ate fruit, still cut oatmeal, banana, passion juice. The juice made up for the eggs being cold The wait staff was visible, and let each person know they were about to close. One bit of advice for the still cut oatmeal just a little more water. Because the oatmeal is not like regular it does not puff up as much as still cut does. So it needs a little more moisture to live up the party. That is just a quick check back every two hours to help this issue. I am a Chef so my review is more technical than others. Thank you for your hospitable staff everyone was great!

Stayed here for business. It was sufficient for that, but expensive and not very polished.

Outdated, I didn't feel any energy in this hotel. Not welcoming.

I was attending a job fair.at the Hotel without a working cell phone . Normally their Wi-Fi is for guests only but they were gracious enough to provkde free WiFi. That was a life saver staff was professional and sharp. The facilities were clean; comfortable and attractive .

Clean room, pleasant staff. Good comforter, weirdly large bathroom. I'll stay here again if I have another trip to LA for work.

The place was beautiful for s wedding. We enjoyed how clean the facility was. Some of the staff however were very unsociable. Not very friendly. Just there to work.

Just spent a night there. Everyone and everything was great!

Better than any hotel in miles. Best of all is the Cookies they have behind the counter. Bring some disguises so that you can maximize your cookie collecting. I purposely changed out 4 times to trick the front desk into thinking i was different person. in 1 day i came away with 16 cookies. So how delicious are they? I'm in town for 2 days, to visit family i haven't seen in years; and i spent one of them days getting my cookies on.

DoubleTree has such nice rooms and the best beds ever. Loved the experience.

Went to a birthday party there. The bartenders were very attentive to us. He was cracking jokes and fixing drinks. I had a great time

Comfortable hotel with an acceptable price. He needs a remodel.

Room was not ready when we arrived and when we did get the room it smelled something awful. But the Clerks were Nice and my money was refunded right away. ALSO THE COOKIES ARE BOMB!!!! YUM!!!!

Good day! 5 stars! I have no experience at this Double Tree by Hilton and I do have experience with Hilton so I am going on previous experience at another location. Why? People are mostly kind and the Hilton training is over all excellent. I don't deny there are employees who do not serve to the standards of Hilton.
They are rare. They leave.

Close to highways .. good food .. pleasant staff .. clean well taken care of rooms ... I'd stay again

Easy parking with plenty of spots. Really nice bar and outside area. Wide variety of hard liquor, draft and bottle beers. Though the kitchen had just closed, they didn't hesitate to bring us food. Would recommend for evening spot even if you're not staying there as a guest
