Good stay. But WiFi was unfortunately not functional.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and answered all my questions. Even though I was close to the elevator my room was quiet.

The room was clean, the bed sizable, but I prefer to have some distance from the doorway to the bed itself. The door opens and there's no privacy, you see the bed right when the door opens. Also, it felt disconnected from mainstream because it is located on the other side of a freeway.

We have stayed here twice in the last two years once with the Emergency 51 supporters and then with family last year. We found the staff helpful and polite. The only thing i did not like was the restaurant was not very good. My husband sent his meal back because it was so bad telling the waiter that his wife cooks better food to which the waiter replied "You sir are spoiled" The rest of the facilities were very good.

Really comfortable bed and pillows. The location is close to stores, restaurants, and a mall. I enjoyed the food served during my stay. Staff was responsive, helpful, and friendly.

With accommodations starting @ $179.00 a night. It was way too expensive for me.

The front desk staff was exceptional. House keeping was very much appreciated and the service in the restaurant was pleasant. However the food in the restaurant was bland and left something to be desired.

Great place to stay, very polite staff, awesome breakfast, has a descent pool, ok fitness center and comfortable bed. I will stay here again.

The rooms are good, but they don't have all the amenities that can be found in normal hotels also. It would be better if they add more services for the overnight guests.

It's always well kept and friendly staff make it easy to book our rooms regularly.

My company has a corporate rate that kind of force me to stay there. But it will not happen again if I help it.
I spent three miserable nights there, unable to sleep. The AC was too noisy and got a horrible headache. When I tried to find why the AC was so noisy the cover just fell down revealing the most disgusting, filty unit I had seen in my life.

Great hotel for the money. Rooms could use some updating but the great bar and atmosphere made it a great place to stay after a Chargers game

Or first room allocated did not smell all that great, but they willingly moved us to a room which smelled fine. The room is spacious and has a good number of accessible power sockets (great for laptop power supplies, chargers, etc.). It's a fairly low-key place. A luggage cart was available which we used to bring our own luggage up. Parking was free, which can make a huge difference to the overall price of a hotel stay. I think I would stay here again.

This has got to be the best Double tree in the LA area. The workers really make you feel like you're a celebrity. And the rooms are clean.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was very friendly but the location is not great. There's barely anything next to it and the only view you have is the 405. It's not even a convenient location for tourist attractions or the airport there are much closer hotels.

Well it is an excellent five star hotel to make business meetings very elegant and its staff is very capable to cater to everyone who arrives at that place

Upon arriving on Christmas Day of 2016, I was greeted warmly at the ground floor lobby by two concierges. The staff was courteous and a joy to have around. I would go there again.

The fresh cookies are a nice touch!
Had to knock off one star because some people on our floor were smoking and the rooms the microwaves near the ice machine were a little askew when we went to use them. But would stay there again for sure - they were very accommodating !

I had a great time here,!! Room had a fridge and safe. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've sleep in for years. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was open for use. I had a great rate and given the chance to be a guest here again I would absolutely go back. No complaints only compliments from me.

I like staying here on my business trips. It's a nice hotel.

Stayed here this past weekend with my cousins visiting from San Diego. Absolutely love the location of the hotel, it s proximity to the freeway and to StubHub Center! The service and amenities were terrific and the $12 shuttle ride to StubHub Center, round-trip, to watch a Chargers game was an awesome added touch. Thank you DoubleTree!

Junior suite is nice and big, plenty of room.

The lobby and fountains looked nice, but parking can be a bit crowded though.

A bit dated, pics shown are highly touched up with camera tricks/magic to make em look newer/more appealing than the place really is. Perhaps maybe it was just the room I was given even as a Diamond.

Very clean very professional environment. There was a bit of the hiccup with our room however it was worked out by the manager so we're very appreciative

Outside bar is the spot. Drinks, cigars and a TV. Bartender G is the best!

Amazing beds!! But kind of in the middle of nothing.

Stayed for the UCI World Championships. Everything was outstanding. Great rooms, great food, friendly staff.

Customer service was excellent..I called ahead of time to see if I could get early check in..no problem...needed extra towels...got them in 10 min...wanted extra cookies...was able to order fresh in a tin ready at 7:30am. Room was spotless and AC worked very well. Be sure to ask about what is open in the hotel.. due to Covid the restaurant was closed.

when I went for the 8th grade dance.. my only complaint it the tables. they werent enough for everybody to sit in. and the food needs to change. I mean it was great but I want there to be more classy not just quesidialls and a hamburger, we are graduating, we need to eat other foods like that. but my 4 hrs there was really great. and it was spacious. every on was in the dance floor.

I little bit of Italy was very nice too. The gondola ride was great too.

Decent quality hotel, very welcoming staff Stayed here as a guest and used the conference and catering facilities. The conference /catering team went out of their way to provide excellent service. Found my room a bit noisy facing the freeway, but wasn't too bad. Bed was very comfy, and rooms are very clean.

Sally and consuelo are the best. All the staff is helpful and friendly

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was clean, and bed comfortable. Water pressure wasn't great and the thermostat seemed to fluctuate. Breakfast was suitable, if pricy for it.

I received great service at the front desk from very friendly staff. My maid service was great. My room was quiet and comfortable.

Rooms are fine, nothing special but reasonably well equipped and spacious. Bathroom amenities are at a bare minimum, although additional things can be requested from housekeeping. Staff is very courteous and welcoming. The main problem with the hotel is that it's very loud.

The walls are paper thin, and some rooms inexplicably have adjoining doors on both sides. As a result, you can hear every noise your neighbors make, to the point where it seems like they're standing in your room.That is, until the AC kicks in, which sounds like a truck engine.

If you're going to stay here, I would strongly recommend bringing earplugs.

Clean, comfortable, big rooms, not as noisy as the Doubletree in Torance.

Nice and clean rooms great food recommend the chicken wings. they have a bar by the lobby great for sports and events.
