Good hotel next to the civic center. Nice but dated rooms. Good staff and decent restaurant. Overall good value for the money.

My GFs work xmas party was there. Had a great time and the venue was great

Rooms and staff are great. Have been coming here for years.

Vending machines are horrible. Most selections empty. Since I had no change and needed to take medicine, I had to use my atm. It charged $5 which sent a fraud alert to my card and locked it up. Not good when you are out of town.

DOUBLE TREE IS STILL MY GO TO SPOT.. PRESENT THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING YOU WANT OR CAN THINK OF AS OF AMENITIES ALL STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CLOSE TO NEARBY STORES AND FOOD

I appreciate the quality of their facility and the cleanliness. There's a level of prestige and upholds the doubletree brand name.

Vary clean and accommodating the staff was nice and friendly enjoyable experience

The breakfast buffet can't be beat. The staff is awesome.

Had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie . I enjoyed a WONDERFUL lunch at the Refinery Restaurant.... I'll be there for Mother's Day for Brunch.. The Hospitality, Customer Service is AWESOME....Soooo, if you're not busy on Sunday BRING A MOM for BRUNCH...

Brunch was delicious many different types of food. We really enjoyed it nice setup and they had a Easter egg hunt.

Doubletree is one of my favorite hotels to stop by in carson!! Not only for the stay but for the delicious Doubletree Chocolate chip cookies!!!!

The staff was great, my room was very clean and sanitized. My room didn't have a microwave but it's ok. Pool was open and the patio was open with 6 feet distance.

So my update to review for my stay on October 12, 2020. My credit card was charged again by Carson Double Tree October 14, 2020 and posted today October 16, 2020. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS!!! I had to file claim with Hilton Honors Cooperate office to get reimbursed.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! All the staff at the front desk had their masks below their chins, there was over 30 people without masks drinking and grinding on each other in the lobby! Anyways, we checked in and when we entered our room, it was FILTHY! The blankets were all over the floors, towels on the bathroom floors, used cups on the tables, used tissues everywhere, and it reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor! What a HORRIBLE impression for first time guests... especially during COVID! I will never stay at this hotel again. I wouldn't be surprised if people got sick from this place.

Service has been great with nice rooms. I have enjoyed my stay.

I slept very good here. Housekeeping gave me very thing I requested. I stay their every couple of months

Wonderfully clean and comfortable, with a great staff. The restaurant and bar was also nice.

Will kept hotel. Friendly staff. It feels like they might be understaffed as many times you might have to look for someone to attend to you. Clean room and hallways.

Don't stay here. Facilities are dated. Prices are too high for such poor service & unresponsiveness from front desk staff. Plus, cleanliness is subpar as well. I literally stay in Hiltons everywhere I go, nationwide. This is undoubtedly the worst one I have EVER encountered. Lastly, bedbugs. Like verified. Bonafide. I have pictures. Do yourself a favor & don't book it. Please. Just travel further. It's worth the gas and traffic. Trust me.

Place looks nice, it's clean, although their hot cookie promotion had a cookie with walnuts which I am allergic to. Was hoping for a view of downtown LA, but there is a building it the way.

Friendly staff and professional. In addition, great location. Close to the highway and within walking distance of Carson Center. However, the hotel is run down. Why are many Doubletrees needing a remodel? Come on Hilton or owner, please update this one because it needs it.

The pictures on their site are completely deceiving. The place reeked of cigarettes in the lobby and the entire hotel feels and looks unsafe to stay in.

The staff is modestly clean and the staff is very friendly. When I checked in, I got a chocolate chip cookie that seemed to be just baked. I got a room on the second floor, but the sound of the building was on the side of the building vent. I did not have a coffee pot and I had a coffee machine, so it was hard to get something to boil. There was a microwave oven and an ice machine in the hallway.

Room snd service were great but the breakfast was $17. Thats too pricy for me. Usually the Hilton serves complimentary breakfast.

A nice hotel, a bit on the older side by seems to have been updated recently. Friendly staff too. Not in the best area. Rooms are comfortable.

I had a nice stay here. Wish there internet was a little better like it was at the Holiday Inn I started at but it worked well enough. Love the cookies though!

Overall I love the service, and it is very comfortable. The ambient is calm and relaxing.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast. Very accessible being just along I-405. Not sure why the A/C need to be placed right next to the office table blowing directly in your face but other than that, it's a nice place to stay in.

The overall ambience is good. I like the way they set up the room to accomodate our group for the meeting. The only thing I think they can do vetter to separate themselves from yhe crowd is to provide internet for the guests.

My stay at Doubletree by Hilton Carson was comomidable. I stayed for a day but I would like to say that the litters were comfortable and the workers were friendly and professional.

The location was good. The rooms were ok, but not great. The service and the complimentary cookie was great. The wifi did time out at times, which was a bit sad. Overall a good place to stay.

Stayed here for work, friendly staff, rooms were clean and pool was open!!! Would definitely stay here again!

No coffee in the lobby, unless you are willing to pay over 3 dollars for a cup. Breakfast is 17 dollars. Rude woman stands guard near the breakfast room. When I asked the price of the coffee she was selling outside of the breakfast rokm, she gestured to the board on the wall. When I said I couldn't read it, she said I could come stand closer, as if simply telling me the price was too much effort for her to expend. Evening check-in staff was nice and welcoming, but the morning desk man did not like to be troubled with questions. Unfriendly. I will not stay here again.

It was a great hotel. Spacious rooms and an excellent shower.

Nice Pool, Covered seating, outdoor firepit and t.v., Bar is Cool, kinda expensive, little over priced for outdated in room options, No USB Ports, but All Good, Fitness Room, Clean, Quiet, Good A.C., Best Hotel in this area as there are limited hotels in Carson,CA.

For the amount of money that I paid for a Wednesday night stay ($266), two beds, there was no breakfast included, and, the walls near the window was peeling.
I'm just glad the Jack in the Box was working walking distance for breakfast.

I will say that the bus ride to the game was convenient, but with the traffic, we could've just walked and got there faster.

They did not have a room available when I called but they found me one sister property. I already called about 10 hotels that were completely booked and was getting very discouraged. The man I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. I really appreciated it!

Nice little spot to grab a bite, have a cocktail and relax after work. They have a daily special of drinks and usually a food item for Happy Hour. There are big screen TVs for folks who want to watch sports. What is really cool and convenient about this hotel is that they have free parking and aren't trying to nickel and dime you for every little thing.
