Only 1 pool was open. The next day the pool had actual poop in it and nobody cleaned it out. Restaurant was outrageously high

My key card did not work on my door so I got bumped to Diamond status and complimentary full breakfast. I am very happy with my stay. Very clean and a very courteous staff. Thank you!
The air didnt get cold in the room and the fridge did not get very cold. Staff was very nice. Location was great.
The hotel was fine, we went for breakfast in the restaurant and while the food was okay, the service was bad and the meal was expensive. I was honestly happy to have a room though, as I was a hurricane evacuee.
This is the worst Hilton ever! I was charged for an executive room with executive lounge access but they conveniently forgot to tell me that the executive lounge is closed on weekends. When i complained, the lady behind the counter " did me a favor" by reducing my bill by $15. The nerve! Do not stay here!. I also chose this location because their website said they had complimentary airport shuttle, but they again forgot to say it starts at 5 am, so for those of us with 5 am flights, we had to pre warn, pre call, etc. I was also forced to pay an up-charge for their executive suite which wasn't different from the regular double rooms. I asked for an extra duvet and it took them 2 calls later and a long wait to have it delivered. The so called two bottles of water were also not delivered to the room on my third night and took two calls and another long wait to be delivered. Because the executive lounge was closed, i was given a breakfast voucher, which was limited to one bagel and one blond roast--never mind that I do not drink coffee. My room was not cleaned on Sunday, not even to pick up a paper that was on the floor, yet the bed was made. The night before i left, i went to ask if someone would be available to check me out at 4 am, since my flight was at 5, they said yes. I come down at 4 am the next morning and i'm told the system shuts down every night for an audit. I asked why no one mentioned that the night before when i came to ask if i could check out at 4 am, and the lady just shrugged! I am exhausted from just reliving this experience. I hope I never have to stay here again. Should have stayed in a different hotel. Worst Hilton ever, if i could give it a 0.1, i would!
Close to the airport, quiet rooms, a decent breakfast, very helpful staff. What is not to love?
I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. I chose this hotel based on what was advertised on line. The hotel brags about having three restaurants, two of which don't open until 5:00 PM. There is no room service unil 5:pm even though it is advertised and in the guest information book that room service is available 24/7. Also, most hotels, especially 4 star hotels have complimentary coffee. We asked for coffee packets to be sent to our room. They never arrived. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no place to sit while waiting for the shuttle. The rugs in the lobby as you come in were dirty. An unpleasant experience from start to finish
This most definitely is not a 4 star hotel.
I expect some sort of reimbursement for this stay at this at this hotel.
We booked this room as part of a weekend experience in ATL. We thought we were getting a good deal - boy were we wrong! EVERYTHING cost extra there! You may get a room for $99, but add $14 for parking, $10 for Internet (REALLY?!), $7 for a measly scoop of ice cream, and don't try to actually get a real breakfast - $15 for eggs! It is a scam that nickles and dimes you to death. Then to add insult to injury, the beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Our room was only cleaned once during the 5 day, 4 night trip. The staff is very friendly, but the management/owners of this second rate Motel 8 should be held accountable for their ridiculousness. In this day and age with people constantly online, you would think the Internet would be available for free, it is at Burger King and Dunkin Donuts! Also, to pay for secure parking at $14 a day, then have the car next to yours broken into...what a joke! Lastly, even boutique hotels in D.C. offer a continental breakfast! To pay for some week old Krispy Kremes for the least of the offerings is just unacceptable. Oh! I almost forgot! THE POOL (both of them) is a cesspool! When I stuck my foot in to check the water, which was risky at best, it came out literally slimy! My foot was slick with some oily covering from just touching the water. There was a murky green cloud to the water - it was disgusting! There were children swimming in this! I wish I had read these reviews before I made my reservations, lesson painfully learned.
Staff was very friendly front desk was great. Had drinks in the bar and played some pool. My only complaint was breakfast. They charge $23 for breakfast that you can get at any hotel for free. Very disappointed in that. Rooms for cleaning very nice again breakfast was the only issue.
Awesome place awesome staff. Nice rooms clean rooms.
Was stuck in ATL on trip home, airport sent me here for the night. Shuttle staff was friendly, once I got to hotel all I could smell was marijuana lol seriously. The entire building reeked of it. My room was beautiful and I felt safe (traveling by myself). Hotel staff was so friendly and I was able to get back to airport to catch my new flight.
Great meeting place. Very convenient. Wonderful, Friendly, helpful staff
Terrible will never stay at this pet hair infested hotel again not clean enough for me this hotel use to be nice not anymore and this is the truth not a 4 star hotel
THIS HOTEL IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! The customer service at this hotel is worse that Comcast customer service. To make a long story short (because I'm sick of talking about it) We didn't get the room we reserved and they were sold out.... I was offered a couple other choices and opted to pay an upgrade fee of 40.00 for a king suite that I was told had a separate living area and a fold out couch. It didn't even have a couch at all. I was also told I could request a rollaway bed, and when I saw that there was no couch, I requested the rollaway. They told me they didn't offer rollaway beds for the King Suite. I had to argue with them before they agreed to bring me one. I paid for parking and 'free' breakfast in my room. They told my husband the free breakfast only included 2 adults and did not include our children. They wanted 21.oo per plate for my 1.5 and 4 year old to eat breakfast. Then to top it all off, they charged me again for parking. When I called to explain I had already paid for parking, I was told that the parking only included 'self parking' and not valet parking. Self is 18 and valet is 22, so I said, ok whatever, then you should have only charged me an extra 4 dollars for the valet. She said "Uh, no it doesn't work that way" You have got to be kidding me, right??? Ill will never ever ever again stay at another Hilton. You get better customer service and a better value staying at a 1 star hotel than you do this joke of a hotel. I think Ill keep my 260 dollars next time, and stay at a Days Inn.
Hotel rooms at a certain level are all the same. What sets a hotel apart (for me) is the quality of the gym. For a hotel, the gym here is very good. Brand new equipment, sufficient for a full body workout.
Common areas are ok, rooms are showing their age. Stained and frayed carpets, beat up fixtures in the room I was given. They did not have the type of room I reserved so I was given a lower grade room due to overbooking.
Well, the service is great everyone I super nice there and everything is nice neat and clean.
Was there Saturday
10/7/17 for Bachelorette Party!!!!! Once we got food set up and heat ROACHES yes ROACHES (RM 1420)started coming out the walls and sockets!!!! We where moved and told our room would be comp!!! We where then evicted by Manger "Marcell" because he claimed we where to loud and he didn't know we where having a Bachelorette party, which was a little his staff and himself helped us move and was congratulated us and told us to have fun.... I will never visited this Hotel, Marcell hung up on my face and was extremely rude and disrespectful... too it off no refunds was given because they claimed it was a discounted room.... discounted or not Roaches and Disrespecting behavior like this is unacceptable.
Presidential suite was extremely small the Jacuzzi was broken, The older white haired female security guard came at 10:55 and locked the pool with us outside;and it was $20 to park after paying $200 for the room I will NEVER go back there again!
Worst experience ever at a reputable hotel. Had to actually cancel my reservation as I was unable to check-in for over 4 hours. At 10pm when the hotel still didn't have rooms made up for over the 40 people still waiting in the lobby I cancelled my reservation and booked a room elsewhere. The front desk staff remained calm and tried to dilute the problem, however a 4 star hotel next to the Atlanta Airport should never have this issue. Also not once did they try to move anyone's reservation to a sister property.
Delta put us up here after a flight issue. Real friendly staff and clean room. Front desk provided us with free toiletries. A simple but much appreciated gift being we didn't have any of our luggage.
Stay there a couple times East time do I stay the week is amazing love the place best place I've been to maybe besides the hotel to see the hotel in New Orleans was still great I had two rooms each time
We stayed the night at the Hilton Atlanta Airport due to our flight being extremely delayed. The staff was very nice and helpful, which was amazing after a not so nice start to our vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Went to eat at The Finish Line and they were closed. We live in Sharpsburg and would always stop for dinner on our way home from Atlanta. Instead we ate in the lobby restaurant and the prices are outrageous. They need to reopen The Finish Line!
The hotel wad lovely! Elevator moves quickly as well as the escalator that i stumbled backwards on. Strained my back and wrist. Filled out an incident report and no one called to check on me. Our room was spacious and clean. The nascar cafe down stairs had horrible service, they were under staffed after waiting LITERALLY 15 min for a menu i went to the bar for them. Our server came and got the drink order and brought them back and that was the last we saw of her. We waited another 10 minutes and i traxked down mgmt to pay for our drinks and stood there another 10 min before being acknowledged by one of the 2 standing there .
Drove almost 5 hours to get here and this is by far the WORST hotel experience. Paid for a certain room and did not get it! This hotel has a huge scam game they play. If it weren't for my nephew having his pageant, we definitely would not be staying here.
The worst hilton I've ever stayed in. I had to switch rooms twice because the first room the shower floors were dirty and the second room had dog fur all over the chair. The third room wasn't the greatest but I just took it because I was tired of moving my luggage from room to room
Great location, convenient to Interstate. We were skeptical about selecting this hotel from reading the reviews on cleanliness, but our room and other areas throughout the hotel was clean. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The shower offered a spa like experience. The front desk staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Nice clean rooms and reliable airport shuttle.
Customer service suck we was waiting 30 minutes to an Hour to be hand over a key to the room and still didn't get it so I cancel everything!
Great hotel, enjoyed our stay there for conference :)
Stayed on a business trip. Hotel wasn't bad but wasn't the best I've stayed at. Large conference rooms available. Breakfast food items on buffet were all cold. Room was spacious and appeared clean.
Very convenient to the airport with great shuttle service. Friendly staff.
Very nice hotel, although not convenient to anything except the airport.
Love.. love.. love!!! Room, staff, pricing... Everything was perfect. My fiance and I will be returning!
The first room I checked in to smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and the next room had thick dust on the carpet and needed to be cleaned. I didn't waste my time changing rooms again. The front desk was not helpful. They were not really friendly.
Sword of the Lord Seers Conference 2019... Savannah room
Front desk staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Arrived very late at night and was annoyed to wait 30 min for shuttle. Room was nicely appointed. Couldn't reach front desk for wake up call, then again couldn't reach them in morning to get a toiletry I had left behind. Waited too long for shuttle in morning too. Overall just felt service was lackadaisical.
The food was cold the bacon was cooked hard the biscuits were cold and hard did not enjoy the breakfast it wasn't worth $23.17
Clean and open spaces for our company training. A few downsides: we kept running out of water, and during the lunch rush the restaurant only had one server and one cook scheduled.
No issues with the service. The room was average and the price was good.
beautiful edifice. great staff. very accomodating.
Staff is superb. Kind and attentive. Hotel has great amenities, event spaces, and plenty of eating options.
Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Had an issue with a room and they immediately solved it.
Maids are really loud in the morning. Doors are banging and the yell down the hall. There's a lot of people that sleep in and do not disturb on a Sunday, and getting woken up by housekeeping is unpleasant.
The hotel food is freezer food. Not much made in house, the linen is clean. No proper fan in the shower leaves mold. Bottom of the line for Hilton. Staff are great and friendly.
People here were vary rude to myself and my wife. From the first guy out front trying to argue with me about how to load my own lugggage on a cart, then the next guy inside the door at the concierge desk tried to tell me I had to leave the cart near him while I walk over to check in because it's a safety risk to bring it with me to the check in desk 50ft away. Finally getting to my room the ac is another issue. It claims it's 68F while I'm sweating just sitting still on the bed so obviously not. After asking for someone to check on our air or bring me a fan it has now been 20 minutes and still no one shows up. My wife calls down to the restaurant to order food and bar drinks but go figure the lady that answered the phone was rude to my wife and spoke unintelligible gibberish on the phone so after hanging up she calls down to the front to speak to a manager and one more issue, they said they were sorry and would get a manager on right away but after 10 minutes....nothing. I stay in Hilton properties a lot but I can't stand Hilton airport locations. Hilton Garden Inn gives the best treatment of any hotel I have been with including SPG and Marriott. Hilton Corporate will be hearing from me next.
Where to begin? The lobby restroom wasn t stocked with paper products. The air near the sports bar reeks of old grease. The dresser in our room was damaged, the bathroom trash wasn t completely empty when we checked in, the towels are very rough, and the television doesn t work. The room is dusty, and the clock is off by 40 minutes, showing a lack of attention paid by staff. This has been neither a good experience not a positive representation of the brand.
Had to pay out the wazoo for the only room in town, then got charged $20 to exit their parking lot! Will never stay again!
Not as good as it used to be. I hope they step up their game again. Elevators are always sticky with trash in them.
Parking and Shuttle Buses to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Secured parking lot. Good price and location. However upon return the exit gate to leave parking lot was broke and nobody around to fix the gate's arm. Had to lift gate arm manually to exit.
Great airport, has a train connecting terminals. Has lots of places to grab a bite or have a meal. However, surprising there is only one clothing store here -- which was under renovation till last week. Not sure if it has opened since.
Delta lounges are comfortable, some of them have a spa in them which can be used with Delta miles if you like. However, most lounges shut at midnight and only one of them is open till 1am. So, of you have a delayed flight - you might need to make your own arrangements.
"AWESOME Visitation" I attended a Annual Prayer Conference Celebration. The conference was held for 4 days and what a time we all had in the Lord. Hosting Pastor and Founder Mother Viola S. Walker., Prayer and Action Ministry., Based in Atlanta, Georgia. Visit the Website: Prayer-Action-Ministry. The Hotel serves was great and the Hotel Staff was professional and polite. Amen
Very disappointed, I was charged an extra $60 on top of my stay which was $20 for parking (ridiculous) and if I decided to eat breakfast or order room service. The clerk was very stand offish and wasn't very helpful at all. My room was decent i ordered a single king size bed but when I got to my room i had a double full size bed. I was so tired didn't make since in complaining i just wanted to go to sleep. Unfortunately i was ready to go once i arrived at the check in desk. I expected so much more from a 4 star hotel
Placed in room for convenient early check in; however, it wasn't cleaned properly. Pizza crust behind chair, moldy shower and curtain, dirty carpet. Yet, it was quiet as the room was facing away from the airport. The employees were friendly, but took 3 calls for towels/shampoo. Went to desk to finally get them. Executive lounge cappuccino machine was down.
Worst experience ever New Year Eve!!!! Never again will I visit this hotel! Usually Hilton is good, not this particular hotel. Visits twice.
The security manager on 1/1/18 Is a joke.
Great hotel and staff, my only hang up was the parking and pricing of the items in the hotel shop. Almost $4 for one small bag of ms vickies!! And getting out of the parking lot was a hassle. All the guest in the room did not have a room key and weren't aware we'd need one to leave.
Blood on pillow...room was dirty garage key didn't work...cleaning crew didn't do job
My company uses this hotel when I come to Atlanta for training. The rooms are nice and clean. No smells. Breakfast is not bad. Only tried the food at the grill and it was decent.
Good Hotel 3km from the Atlanta airport. Room very comfortable, Colombian coffee delicious. Empty frigobar :(, nice gym and swimming pools.) Good option for the airline to pay you if you are delayed on a flight
A pretty filthy place, given the Hilton brand reputation. The first room we were given smelled like mildew throughout. We requested a room change a were given another room nearby. That room had a shower faucet that dripped loudly; it was past the point of being hand-tightened. So we requested yet another room change. THAT room, again on the same floor, had a shower drain that was stopped up, so that my family and I (who had driven all day and missed a flight due to ATL traffic) couldn't clean up.
Whatever - we told front desk about the issue (they were great BTW) and I went to get ice. Our floor's ice maker was broken/frozen - didn't work. Went down a floor - the entire floor (including ice room) STANK of mildew. Went down another floor - same thing (mildew stench). Went up to the floor above ours - ice maker broken. Finally two floors above had no stench of mildew and a working ice maker. The next morning, we waited for a shuttle outside; garbage was heaped up on and around the can by the entrance. Disgusting!
No microwave in room, dish was messing up while watching tv
Terrible service. Front desk does not pick up the phone, shuttle service to airport is not reliable. Worst experience at a Hilton hotel.
The hotel was really nice. However, the shower was cold and my toilet had issues where the bowl would overflow everytime it flushed.
Hotel service was adequate. If there was a few complaints it will be about the accessibility for the animals to roam wherever they want it. And the security features especially during the night time. Security needs to be upgraded tremendously as during my stay 11 cars were vandalized during the night.
I needed a place to stay for the night, and it fulfilled that purpose. No complaints.
