Decent Hilton hotel for being close to the airport. The gym is rather large so that's a plus. The best part of this property is the staff, they are so nice!!
The manager on duty 9/9/16 between 8-5pm needs to be retrained on how important it is to talk to a guest when the have an issue. I waited 20 mins for that person to come to the phone and I was in the hotel is one of the training rooms with a group. All I did was left a expensive bottle of conditioner in my room and all I wanted to do was get it out. I had two heavy suitcases of cloths and stuff (four days three nights). I had to go down to the front desk to get a key because "it's policy if the room that I have checked out of, I had to go show my ID because the system shows that I am not fully checked out," Went down to the front desk did what I needed to get the key. Had to stand wait behind 3 people checking in. Got the key, lady asked me to bring the key back. Well it the room is not checked out why couldn't I just leave the key in the room. Better yet because I had all the suitcases, why couldn't someone "customer service" follow me to the room. I refused to bring the key back because why I am running around and waiting in line to get another key, I am missing time out a very expensive seminar that I paid for out of pocket $999.00. I did let the lady know this at the start of the first phone call. Well needless to say by time I got to the room she had deactivate the key and I could not get into the room. Well by now I have wasted 45 mins. I went back to the seminar and called. I waited 20 mins on the phone for a manager. I hung up and called corporate and again "customer service" was a joke.
Never again, I never got my conditioner I left the seminar and didn't get the credit I needed for the course. I left because I could not believe that people are just that stupid. Thanks so much for the experience. All someone from the front desk or even the manager had to do is go to the room, get the conditioner and I could have picked it up after the seminar was over for all the trouble I had to go through. No one from management made that suggestion nor was it made at the corporate level. Something so small turned into the worst experience ever. I know "customer service" is lost but in this case common sense and the lack of education also played a part.
Good location near the airport. But there are problems. The property needs attention. Torn carpet in the room scratched /missing paint on the walls and doors. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was stopped up when I arrived in the room. It took almost an hour waiting for the maintenance person to fix it. It took 3 calls to the front desk also. When I checked out, another person waiting in front of me and I had to wait while 3 front desk staff waited on a Hilton honors customer. The guy who finally checked me apologized but what difference does it make.
This is great on so many levels different resterants in side. Housekeeping are awsome they take care of you when you need them. Plates are always clean and food always fresh. Management handle things with priorities. This place is different than most they aim high. And far as clean omg there the best!!!!quote me on that! A young man kevin in the kitchen tall slim really knows his job and plays his roll all things that any business should have a great leader.
Tired hotel. Fitness center was average. Shuttle service was nice.
Very well maintained airport hotel. Nice rooms with update bathrooms
We stayed here for night, plane was leaving @ 5:30am. Front desk said call for shuttle 10-15 min before you need it. Called down @ 3:20, for a 3:40 shuttle. Its 4:00. We're still waiting. Going to miss flight.
This was terrible waited 3 hours for my room then when they did give me a key to go up the strong stench of marijuana lined the hallway. Breakfast is $17 and was cold the bacon was jerky. If you ask a question you get snapped back with attitude. The one star is for the bartender he is super friendly and personable and folks need to toss back some cold ones to stay here.
This is my first time experience with the Hilton motel
It's really wonderful experience moments with that's Hilton motel staffs and rooms are really awesome.
Thank you...
The location of the hotel was a perfect distance from the airport. We only had to make a short drive to get to the rental car center. The room was a good size. It was clean and well-maintained. The only qualm I had with it was that the indoor pool area was not quite as kept up as other areas of the hotel.
Huge hotel. Has restaurants inside. Nice and convenient to the airport.
Nice to have such a nice stay after a long flight. Thanks Hilton... I can always count on you!
I was not impressed. Zero personality from the man at the front desk. He also gave me no information regarding amenities other than the location of the elevators. The mini fridge didn't work. Shower door won't stay opened or closed fully. And to top it all off, it's 2017 and the Wi-Fi isn't included.
Stayed at this hotel for one night, it had mold around the tub, then the queen size beds looked like full size beds. I'm going back to the Marriott hotels.
Overpriced, beatup rooms, rude employees, $19 parking for guests, save your money and rent a room at a roach motel.
Good, clean, convenient hotel, with on site dining. Not much within walking distance, unless willing to go several blocks. Rooms are decent, but showing a bit of wear in some cases. I've stayed here 10+ times in the past 5 years.
An absolutely classy Hotel beautiful Lobby with Restaurant and Bar the rooms are very nice to
Excellent consistent service. Friendly staff and clean rooms
We were in Atlanta for vacation. Staff was amazing, hotel was clean, beds were comfy and shower was nice. We have stayed here before, and will again next time we are in town. Also, the coffee shop was very convenient. The downstairs restaurant has wonderful bar food. Try the wings!
Internet cut out constantly on all devices that I had. One of the elevators would "come" but the doors never opened preventing me from trying to get another one. Another elevator had doors that would only shut after the maximum time no matter what.
I went to eat at Magnolia Grill. I heard they had a very good buffet but there wasn't. The food on the menu was, ok. If I return to this hotel, I will try another restaurant before I return to Magnolia.
The Good: Everything was fantastic about this hotel from the staff to the room to the restaurants. The Bad: Nothing. The Ugly: Nothing.
Disappointed with this Hilton! It doesn't hold the same level of standards.
The public bathrooms are dark and outdated. Not somewhere you want to hold a conference or event.
The rooms are dingy. Rust on fixtures, mold surfacing on tub caulking. Although, they have the Hilton quality linen, I just never felt the room was clean. Its not due to the cleaning staff but maintenance of the property.
The rooms are great, the staff is excellent. The restaurants are extremely slow.
Whoever answers the phone at extension "0" needs an attitude adjustment, maybe talk to Jesus, purchase a set of Chinese stress balls... something. What kind of respectable business allows their employees to hang up on their members? I definitely won't be booking my executives in such a ratchet place.
Nice Hotel overall. Comfortable and clean beds and pillows.
Little details in the construction threw me off such as the terrible trim paint job on some of the doorways into the rooms and the old brown wallpaper peeling off In the bathrooms.
There was an issue with checking in but the workers were nice and somewhat helpful. The room was decent, but definitely not the cleanest. The breakfast was pretty good. Atlanta was very busy and there were a lot of people trying to do their own thing which is why I think the service wasn't too great. Overall, it was a good stay, but probably not worth what I was charged or the hassle.
The staff here is beyond amazing! Always clean and well maintained. Sterling and Anthony always go out of their way to help and that's what I loved best about the hospitality at this specific Hilton!
Recently we spent one night at this hotel. We left some personal items behind when we checked out. Unfortunately, now of the items were recovered. I strongly recommend customers not to trust cleaning crew or leave behind any valuable items. I have inquired the hotel staff to ratify such behaviors. As Hilton Gold Honor member, this is the first time I experienced such dishonesty, that will not reflect the good name of the Hilton Hotel.
It was a bit run down. There were no coffee cups in our room and only one bath towel and one water glass. I'm not sure they swept the bathroom, or maybe just not very carefully. Service was ok but lackluster, except the barista in the little store who was wonderful.
Great place and friendly staff. Minutes from the airport ! If you are trying to get to midtown or Downtown area. Get a shuttle to the airport and catch Marta/train. Avoid between 3 pm to 7 pm as it s rush hour if u are going to drive.
Close and conviently located near the airport and international convention center. Staff was plesant. Plenty of parking in back lot. Parking is extra, not included in cost of room. Room was nicely designed but the lamp shades and headboard had a significant layer of dusk. Please proper clean or prepare your rooms for checkin/new arrivals. I was told that mobile key not available after I checked in at front desk. Must be setup prior. Like huh?
Overall, stay was decent. I did not use any amenities at this hotel.
Great hotel. But 20 bucks for a 3 inch hamburger really
Would only stay here again if I have no other option. Clean hotel but staff was rude and seemed to be bothered was asked if my room was ready
The manager got me milk for my crying toddler at like two in the morning when we were stranded there because of a missed connecting flight. Lifesavers. Great staff. The carpet has some wear in it and it's really showing, but other than that it was a good quick stay
Nice hotel, right next to The crab spot, one of my favorite places to eat in ATL. The staff was friendly, professional and made sure I was safe when standing outside all by myself late at night. Very eager to help me find a taxi or ride share if needed. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient. Also, the shuttle took me around the corner to pick up my pizza for free!
Great hotel, great price and they put me on the quiet floor :)so I could sleep during the day.
Rooms are in poor at best condition but the staff was extremely helpful and very professional.
Hotel is very nice. Didn't stay in the rooms but I had lunch at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the good food.
Great first day at the Hilton for the Just Gospel conference.
Was there for a three day conference. Nice venue, great food.
Very nice place but pretty pricey for a draft beer @ over 7$.
For a Hilton Hotel I was surprised by what kind of service that I received. The fact when we arrived to the hotel and after checking in we found that our room was left open by housecleaning they had the door latch holding the door open after it was cleaned. When I first called down to order more towels since 3 people were in the room I was put on hold so fast that they forgot about me, so I had to hang up and call again. Once I did I was hung up on and had to call a 3rd time. That process took over 45mins. Then we had to call down for pillows and a bed set for the pullout bed. That was day 1.
Day 2
We get back from having dinner and not even 1 minute after we walk in and close the door. Security is knocking on the door and telling us this is our first and final warning on being loud. How could we been loud if we had been gone for the last 3hours and not in our room. I had to call 2 times for towels and waited over an hour before a set was even brought up.
Day 3
I had called and set up an morning wake up call that was never received, so glad we all put an alarm on our phones. We had 30mins to make it to the airport and checked in before we missed our flight. The shuttle driver we had almost got into 2 different accidents. It was like they were driving their own vehicles and not a bus with guest fron your job.
To be honest, If this would be my last choice of hotels to stay at then I would stay their again. But i would choice a different location first. The service was not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel.
Upscale stay with a good price. Nice gym, pool, and rooms. Not excited about the restaurants but every experience is different.
Not very impressed with this Hilton. On the one hand, it s nice enough. The rooms were good and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. But on the other, lots of the little details we re just way off. E.g. They gave us the wrong room, hand sanitizers were empty, the elevator coverings were in shambles, fitness center was closed, pieces of printer paper were used for signage, and the overall decorations were skimpy. The list goes on. All the details just felt far below what you d expect for a Hilton. Pretty meh overall.
The food was not good, but the rest of the stay was fine.
Clean comfortable rooms, excellent staff, nice facility for conventions.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Waited 30 min for my fish tacos at the sports bar and was brought an order of French fries Instead. The lady looked at my like I had two heads when I told her it was wrong. She was rude and completely incompetent. No wonder why I stay at Marriott properties. Never again
This is very good Hotel , with great conference facility, just a 2 minutes link ride from airport, attending conference from last 5 years convenient location and amazing service. Very good ambiance.
This Hilton hotel overbooked my room. They relocated me to the nearby Hilton Garden . This hotel was nice but I think I will stay at the garden Inn and save the trouble.
Felt the lobby could be a little cleaner and more organized. Did not like the vibe in the lobby.
Honestly did not feel the Quality and will try other options to see if there is something nicer or more well maintained.
A HOT MESS from the delayed airport shuttle to having to move rooms, not just once, but twice (third room's a charm?). Shuttle driver didn't show, so there was a lengthy wait in the chilly airport shuttle area while competing hotel shuttles came and went without ceremony, picking everyone else up and then circling around and around for new guests while I waited. When I called the hotel, they said the driver said "traffic was bad"... Apparently just for him because everyone else's shuttle was doing great on a quiet Wednesday night at 11 pm. First room had urine on the toilet seat. I called front desk for cleaning supplies, so I could just wipe up and get to bed. The front desk agent said I would have to move to another room since no one could access the housekeeping supplies for the clean up. I asked if they could make new keys and bring them to me. They said "you can move as soon as you come down for the new keys". They ended up bringing keys to a 2nd room... that had a non-working TV. I called or request new batteries for the remote, but apparently battery replacements require the expert installation of a maintenance engineer. So I was moved a second time. As a diehard Hilton girl and Hilton Honors Diamond member, I am mystified. The last two weeks in Hilton hotels have been the worst stays... Sigh.
The event was well organized and staff was very courteous. I will return in the near future.
10 minutes tops to the airport by shuttle. Rooms are nice and clean. There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel if you don't want to venture out.
We stayed at the Hilton due to a delayed flight. The staff were very friendly but the room we stayed in was not good. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and we were given room 1725. The room was very hot when we got up there and the A/C unit was open, posing a hazard to my 3 children. The A/C ended up not working and when maintence came up he informed us that that room was not used for that same reason. There was only 1 bed for my family and we were 5 including an infant. We went back down to the lobby but were told there was nothing they could do that night, but they were nice enough and brought us a little separate bed, and a fan. We slept a hot night and then left in the morning. The staff was great but the accommodations were not.
I stayed one night, and I had a business training the next day.
Yearly convention, the new Magnolia grill is very nice. Also all night canteen in the lobby, plus 24 hour room service. Valet parking and shuttle service, plus restaurant are within walking distance. Spondivits is the best, has valet parking in the rear, behind McDonalds.
The executive level room is excellent. Clean, well-furnished, comfortable. The service at the front desk excellent as well. Despite having hundreds of other guest, the desk attendant remembered me and was very helpful. Did not eat in the hotel (except at the executive lounge, which was surprisingly good). The location is lame, but I knew that when I booked the room.
Everything about this hotel is great! Customer service, cleanliness, and comfort.
Attended a convention here. The facilities were great for the purposes of the con. The place where you pay for parking was broken so I got to park for free one day. There are some restaurants nearby and a couple inside the hotel, though The Finish Line sports bar inside the hotel had a limited menu and it seemed the tacos, cheeseburgers, and cheese steak were made from the same meat.
Excellent place to stay before flights. Offer long term parking with good rates
The hotel was in very comfortable including the bed. Great hot water and water pressure. The staff was also friendly.
