Customer Service makes an experience and the woman that i've unfortunately encountered each time I was in need of something or information was incredibly rude, uncourteous and unprofessional (Didn't catch her name but was working 10:30pm on 6/27/20). I understand working front desk can be stressful but taking it out on guests is not the way to process.

Location is near the airport off I-85. Hotel includes indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub and sports bar and a fitness room. The fitness room is small and the indoor pool water was disgusting. The outdoor pool was clean enough to swim in though. Hotel room smelled a little funny and the TV was glitchy. Other than that, the place was fine.

This hotel is absolutely the worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. The rates are overpriced. Beds were small. The carpet in my room had snags all over. The chaulk between tiles in the bathtub had mold in places. There was no microwave in my room. The elevators did not work properly. The service was very slow in the restaurants. Waitresses didn't check on my table. I had to hunt one down to cash out. Windows all around the hotel were dirty. Most of the door frames and doors on my floor had chipped paint.

Maintenance issues throughout the hotel. Hotwater handle in bathroom came off. Room could be cleaner, found someones hair band on the floor beside the bed. Buffet is overpriced and not good, eggs are runny, sausage taste funny and coffee is burnt.

This is one fabulous place to stay. I have never received such care and attention as I have hear. Everyone is so kind and professional. I couldn't have thought of one thing that could've made my stay any better. I highly recommend staying there and I will there again when business brings me back to Atlanta.

They lied about the parking fee. Receptionist told us since we were staying on a voucher, she would waive the fee. Then we were charged without notice upon checkout. The manager said "i wouldnt call that lying". Deceitful, despicable, dishonest staff. I would not recommend my enemies to stay here.

Nice hotel but far from the city. Free airport shuttle.

Everyone was very nice. Rooms were decent and beds were comfortable. TV in the room was severely outdated compared to other hotels

Not impressed with this hotel. My room was not very clean... it looked clean until you REALLY started looking. Corners unkempt, who knows what was on the ceiling above the bed. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and WAY over priced.

Elegant location but some of the rooms are showing their age

I was there attending a conference and the grand room. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff was courteous and punctual. And I can't wait until next year's convention. I'm coming back not only because the convention is special to me but the establishment was great. Biggest thank you the management she was absolutely attentive.

WORST! ! The floor our room was on smelled of mildew terribly. Our room did not even have a small fridge, the pool was green and the sitting area by the pool was covered in wasp nest which I did get stung from. The staff for the hotel was okay, I will say the gentleman out front standing outside to help was beyond wonderful and super friendly and the staff at the bar inside at the back entrance was Amazing. The hotel was a huge let down for my family.

Terrible hotel experience first time to atlanta. Room was spacious and besutiful but not very clean. Used wine glass was left in refrigerator, maggot looking bugs were in the let out couch so (grossed out) we asked for a different room, downsized room had a large spot in the floor whiched looked of dried vomit, house keeper told us she leave the big rooms for her supervisor to clean but tried to change her mind when we told her we tip our house keepers (no thanks ma'am). Hot tub was not at all hot (broken), A dirty ring lined the mop water looking pool, and the manager was nice enough to get us tickets to the downstairs restaurant and some sort of refund, which by the way wasn't refunded entirely. Will not be stsying at this location again.

Gym is decent and great for being close to airport.. not much for safe walking on Virginia Ave but a good bbq joint down the road and spondivits can be fun also

This place is terrible. A woman was murdered there in 2016 and no one talks about it. Its super unsafe. Decor is from the 80s, food is probably the worst in town and there are NO MICROWAVES in rooms. I am so glad your business is suffering right now.

We stayed 1 night and thought it was a good value because of the perks in the executive suite and fast, frequent shuttle

Reserved a king room 6 months in advance, confirmed the reservation one week prior and reminded the front desk that our flight was arriving at 11 pm and wanted it noted that we would be arriving late. Got to the hotel and found that they gave our room away even

Do not park or stay here. Two ford trucks were broken into last night one of which was mine.

Very nice and friendly staff. Overall cleanliness is way under what you would expect in that category.

As a diamond member, this is the worst hilton I have ever stayed at. After 3 calls from my cell to the front desk and 2 in person meetings with the manager on call, my shower is still leaking all over my floor and my phone will not dial out. So may other issues, I cannot waste my time to tell. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Room was ok, big bed and tv, but the cost of parking for a guest is outrageous.

While nit an actual guest in the hotel, I was visiting an out of town friend, I foubd the room to be very spacious, extremely clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. I woukd recimmend this place to everyone.

Good hotel in the Atlanta area with Italian restaurant and sports bar

Extremely rude front desk agent, uncomfortable mattress and pillow, shower drain that was slow, breakfast potatoes that were cold, limp soggy bacon, front desk wouldn t answer phone, billed me when they shouldn t, $25 dollars for parking, old furniture and fixtures, and extremely rude front desk agent.

Great environment, although things were a bit crowded and the nearby events were loud, drowning out our speaker a bit.

A bit dated but comfortable. Some noise on open atrium section, but nothing terrible.

Modern, clean, safe hotel. Weak WiFi in fitness room. Staff sometimes have loud radios/walkie talkies while on guest floors.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean. The staff were very professional and kind and service was excellent. The only irritant was housekeeping, attempting to come into the room even though the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the outside of the door.

Hotel pool was inoperable, most restaurants weren't open

A very worn down location. Multiple issues with the room itself and the property in general. Poor housekeeping of the facility and rooms. Employees friendly but overwhelmed.

Quick and easy service. No problems. They provided me a promotional wifi code no charge. I did not use any extra services, but everything else was nice. Free shuttle to airport too.

Nice hotel and fair pricing relative to the other nearby hotels. Parking isn't terrible, although it seems like it initially. Just park in the back. Gym is very good for a hotel.

Unfortunately my room had a putrid smell that was like a combination of mold with BO. When I asked a member of the cleaning crew that was outside my room to look into it, she said her boss did not allow her to use clorox and she handed me a cleaning product to clean it myself.

I went in to rent a car from Hertz and the Staff of the hotel and of Hertz was very pleasant.

Wonderful staff, lovely place. I went to a convention there and they were so kind and helpful and seemed super accommodating of our event.

Awesome rooms, bathroom is great! The price is right considering what comes with a room, breakfast, pools, fitness center, ect. The only thing that I would say negative about this hotel is the outdoor pool looked disgusting. It was a nice size pool and a pretty layout but the water looked murky and oily. It had a film of oil on top of it. But overall it's great a great choice!!

I thought the hotel was lovely. It was a great space for a convention.

The breakfast is so good at the Hilton! The place was freezing, but it was sufficient.

Worst hotel I have stayed on. The restaurant is half its capacity, is not worth the high price with no breakfast included, even with corporate rate. The elevators too old. The rooms lacking of good shower pressure. The personnel took my pancake, the coffee kits are not replaced even if you are for more than 3 days. Not recommended!!

The first room I was in seemed fine when I checked in. I went to dinner and cane back 6 hours later and the bathroom floor was extremely sticky and the room smelled strongly of mildew,luckily they are able to move me to a different room on the same floor,but that is still unacceptable.

Was a brief stay but the hotel seemed nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No real complaints.

My husband, daughter and I were staying at the Hilton Airport to attend a large, 3-day convention. We reasonably could have expected to have at least some issues when the hotel was as full as it was, but we were very pleased with everything from the staff down to the room and the restaurants. Prices are fair for the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again.

Both phones at the room were not working. I tried to call to ask about the airport shuttle. I almost missed my flight. Otherwise the room was quiet and clean.

Room was very spacious. Very close and convenient to airport. Never used the shuttle, but it was nice that it was available.
