Great hospitality. Inside pool and out side pool. The lazy river is not opened year round , memorial day weekend to labor day. So it's not open for our stay.
Very nice hotel - great restaurants, banquet facilities, etc.you could stay here and never leave!
I went there for a job fair and was surprised that my parking wasnf validated. I had to pay $8 for 45 min. They said they discounted it by half. But the job fair didn't warn us we had to pay on the event page and when your unemployed its just another thing I have to pay for with money i don't have.
great room. clean. great gym. close to everything. great food.
Great service, lovely center plaza, and beautiful rooms.
Nice convention center. One excellent steak restaurant. Is a bit bare and restricted internally. Also would benefit from refurbishing. Looks a bit last decade's. The staff were very helpful.
Had dinner at DEAR Steakhouse, warm kale salad, elk, excellent.....
The Hilton hotel I very beautiful and upscale. I came for a Team National national conference the greatest company in the world. Changing lives!
5 Star hotel experience. Most unique with priceless decor of Asian art pieces and a section of the Old Berlin Wall.
Staff is wonderful, great experience my first time staying at a hilton, most of all my first time in Dallas
Absolutely love this place. Prices are better near ends of the season
Is there the forth-coming conferences, which will be held from August 20th-23rd in Texas - United States at the Hilton Anatole Conference by Organized and sponsored by the World Foundation for Human Rights Organization WFHRO in collaboration with other benevolent organizations in the United States of America.
Only went to the roof bar, great views and nice selection of drinks
I was there for a T-MOBILE Event. Hotel is beautiful! Room was a motel hot and took awhile for the a/c to cool the room.
A great hotel to stay in. Amenities are great. Although it a little far from surrounding restaurants, it is still within walking distance.
Nice location for business events. The grounds are beautiful with an extensive art collection works in throughout. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is friendly and impeccable. I had placed a service call that was promptly answered and addressed within a few minutes. Would definitely look to stay here again as a regular guest.
I didn t stay at this hotel but I did call for my wife to see where gym was because she couldn t seem to find it and the lady gave me perfect directions to the gym and she repeated it 3 times and she was very happy to help me so by that I chose to do a wonderful reviews for that call because small things matter. 10/20/2019
The hotel is an extravagant space that is well suited for conferences, but their parking is atrocious. Waiting 25 minutes to get out of a blockaded in parking lot that costs $15 was ridiculous.
Good service and clean. Only issue was the fact it is a VERY loud in your room. You can hear everything that is happening outside your room.
The resort pool has revived the soul of this hotel as one of Dallas' great hangouts. Loiter in luxury.
The hotel is a mixture of a grand museum, a water park, and home. What else could your ask for?
Big, welcoming, and impeccably clean! Excellent location for events...the staff seems to be able to predict our conference needs before we realize.
My girlfriend and I live in the DFW area and were looking for a quick get away. As a Hilton Diamond Member who stays exclusively at Hilton properties across the country; I have to say that we were both completely disappointed by our experience. I'll first start off by saying I used points and I wish I could get every point back because it wasn't worth the points let alone spending actual money to stay here.
The decorations are mismatched throughout the hotel, we couldn't tell if they were going for an Chinese, Indian or moden American theme. Our hotel room was a mess there were several issues. 1st the door knob on the front door didn't get the door stop on the wall (because the door stop was two inches higher then the door knob), the lights in the bedroom didn't provide enough lightning in the room and they were all different tempetures, the water took about 10 minutes to actually warm up (not even get hot; we didn't bother taking a shower because it would have taken too long to get to a decent tempetures). The rodent traps in the hallway's were evident that they needed to clean up. They have obviously had several roof leaks and did a poor job of patching the repairs. The carpets were musty, granted it was raining so the humidity will do that and we tried ignoring it since it was partially out of their control.
We went to eat at the grill restaurant on the main floor and took 15 minutes to even get water let alone a drink. We then felt rushed to make a decision for dinner and get out. We just ended up purchasing our drinks and going somewhere where we didn't get rushed. Our breakfast wasn't any better. The pastries were not very good (tastes and textures were awful), took forever to get a refill of coffee and again felt rushed to clear out so they could get more guest in even at 10:30 when people were thinning out and lack of tables were not an issue. The waitress was argumentative when we questioned the bill (we apparently had a miscommunication with the gentleman who checked us in) and sent a manager in who was much more friendly and we were able to figure things out.
While the pictures online look amazing the truth of the matter is they just found someone amazing at photoshop! This hotel has had some upgrades but for the most part is vary dated and it shows once you get past the front desk.
We won't be back until they get a major overhaul or new management. I'm half tempted to contact their district manager or Hilton corporate office to get my points back. Don't waste your time or hard earned money.
Crappy Bed, someone banging with hammer woke us up every morning and when me, my wife and daughter were getting ready to go out to my me and my wife's anniversary dinner the turned the water off. I guess running water isn't a perk at this hotel and most of the staff had an "I don't care" attitude about the fact that I didn't have running water ing room and I am trying to get ready for my anniversary dinner. I have had more enjoyable stays at a la Quinta
The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were what you would expect the hilton to be. I was very pleased with my stay.
Nice location, large hotel. Would recommend others to stay here.
It s a Nice hotel , rooms are spacious and staff are friendly.
Recently visited to check out Jade Waters and was really pleased with it. What really put a damper on our stay was the hotel room. The bed was not the quality of what one would expect at this caliber of hotel. The room was very hot and although the thermostat read 65 it had to be at least 80 degrees. What really took the cake though was the dried up contact we found in our bedding. ( No one in our family uses them) Absolutely disgusting especially considering the pandemic going on.
We checked in and there was a bad Odor in our room. Food was left in warm refrigerator. Called and they said that someone would come remove garbage but we wanted to switch rooms. They told us our new room and said they would be there in 5 minutes. It s been 30 and no one has helped us even though we were told several
Times they would be right up. Hotel is huge and it s not a quick walk back to reception.
Good experience. Organized event. Professional staff.
Everything was great except the parking lot. Very small spaces and they make you park on the ends if you dont vallet..
Great food and ambiance. Service wad good but definitely not great.
It is very big but with all the artwork, it is a nice and beautiful place.
Wonderful big place. Almost looks like a palace. Highly recommend.
Rooms very relatively clean, however hallways were very hot and elevators were broken
While I was here for a work conference, not personally. I had that opportunity to walk around and scope out the environmenT... Pretty ground layout and the water park , as shown.
One thing in particular for a one star rating....customer service. I had to have a package sent off and was looking for someone at the front desk I waited for them for 10 minutes at 5:30am and when no one showed I actually called the hotel from my phone.... only to find out that this massive conference style Hotel closes its front desk....
... come on, Only teeny tiny Mom and Pops do that...not a Conference Center.... I was told if I wanted to take it over to the other side of the property at the other front desk and they would take care of me ....however, my ride had already arrived and when I had told them ...I couldn't believe the desk is closed.... they hung up on me...
I did end up calling back speaking to a manager who said that he would have packages sent and also have that employee spoken too.. regardless on a personal level I would never go back.
the room was great. the art in the hotel was fantastic. But the desk people were rude! They charged my account 2 times for two different amounts. When checking out I showed the person checking me out the 2 charges she just said, Hmmmm" then said should only be charged one charge the other one would fall off. No explanation why I was charged twice to begin with. No help with refunding the the one charge. We reserved the room that said to have a buffet breakfast and due to covid we understood no buffet but there were only 4 choices of what we could order for breakfast. Very frustrating. Will not be going there again. People there were just rude.
One of the best hotels I have been to. The rooms are huge, the only problem is they don't have any king beds
Nice hotel. Decent restaurants, though like all hotels, a bit pricey. Meeting team is decent, though we're not completely done with event yet.
We came because we are displaced from our home due to no running water. We stayed here on our wedding night in 2018 and loved it, so we came back. I would appreciate some transparency when booking which I did over the phone with the hotel. When folks are coming in looking for a comfortable place to stay in a crisis when their homes are unlivable, I would expect them to disclose that NOTHING is open PRIOR to selling me on an upgraded room. A hot meal would have been great, and I would not have booked here if I had known this. I am staying here again tonight in my very downgraded room. Not thrilled with Anatole and the blatant lack of transparency in a pretty desperate time for many of us.
We took a short road trip and ended up staying the night here. The staff we had interactions with were wonderful! Customer service is top notch! The couch in our room had seen better days, it looked worn out and dated. The room never cooled AND THE WALLS ARE THIN. My 9yo wasn't impressed, heck neither was I, he wanted to go back to the Holiday Inn Express. That being said this isn't really a hotel for kiddos. The rooms seem overpriced. ZaZa beats it hands down!
The smallest bathroom I have stayed in especially for a room meant to fit up to 4 people. It was smaller than even rooms in Europe and Asia. Literally only 1 person can fit at one time.
Great service , fantasic rooms, great view from upper levels.
Amazing beautiful view. Great staff. Great service.
Beautiful hotel. Room had a great view but neighbors were noisy.
The hotel was nice, and it had lots of interesting artwork
Huge facility. Amazing watermark. Beautiful art. Great choice for when visiting Dallas.
Great place for Early Childhood Educational Training.
Can't wait to get back. For me and my wife it's an awsome weekend getaway.
There were a few bumps but nothing serious. I was at the Santa breakfast with my daughter and granddaughter on 12/13 and there was one waitress in particular that went above and beyond with her kindness and sweetness I hope I got her name right I'm almost positive it's Jessie. I give her 5 stars! It's people like her that make an organization stand out. Just one example of what she did, she got a balloon for my granddaughter but she let go of it at that point she could have moved on she was very business but she took the time to find another one and tie it on her wrist. Thank you Jessie for making a special day even better
Beautiful place to stay at. They even have a mini water park.
Great hotel would recommend getting upgrade for 25 dollars
Very friendly staff. Still lost our quiz bowl tournament
The hotel is nice and the common spaces are great. The staff is friendly! Great place for a conference
