Very nice hotel with impressive architecture and art. Massive space with incredibly large atriums with beautiful decor. The old side of the hotel could use new shower heads in the rooms and the amenities (food like fried Mac and cheese bites , gross) in the executive lounge are subpar. Overall, nice hotel that could just use a tune up here or there.

Nice staff and beautiful inside. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The bartender at the bar close to the doors to go to the pool provided great service. However, our floor (9th) smelled funky and was humid.

This was by far the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. I arrived yesterday evening to find that food trucks were blocking the signage pointing where I was supposed to park to check in. when I found a spot at the end of the very full check in area a parking attendant immediately accosted me and insisted that I turn my parked car to face the other direction because me being faced that way would "Confuse other drivers making them come in the wrong way".

The check in process was relatively easy except that the clerk failed to tell me that since I was self parking that I would need to keep a room key in order to exit the parking lot. After check in we left for our evening activities, returning to the hotel just after midnight to find that EVERY self parking lot was marked as full. I asked (thankfully a different) parking attendant where I was supposed to park. After I told him three times that all of the lots were marked as full, he finally acknowledged that they weren't really full, but they had put those signs up "getting ready for tomorrow". (There was a gaming convention being held in the hotel.) He then said he knew there were some slots available and he would move the sign so I could get into the parking lot (This would have been another great opportunity to tell me that I would need a room key to get out of the parking lot!)

Since all of the "kid friendly" areas were closed at this hour and my kids were hungry we decided to call for pizza delivery. We were not happy to find that the concierge wouldn't let our pizza be brought to our room. For "security" they wouldn't let the pizza delivery man in the elevator. Never mind that the hotel was overrun with Quake Com participants in various stage of dress were given free reign with no question as to whether they were actually guests in the hotel!

The hotel was very noisy late into the night/early morning, but I will place that responsibility on the guests that were holding their own convention in the elevator area. I didn't bother to call management about it.

We waited several minutes for an elevator this morning when another guest came out and mentioned that he had heard that only 2 of the 6 elevators were working. Finally after waiting 15 minutes for an elevator, we took the stairs. 20 FLOORS!

We were glad to reach the car to leave the facility when we found, by way of a sign at the exit that we needed the keys we had left in the room. I was on the phone with the manager to tell him about our other unfortunate experiences when I realized I couldn't get out of the parking lot. At his instruction I pressed the "call for assistance" button and waited for a response. Finally he had to call the valet station himself to get someone to raise the gate so I could get out.

To add insult to injury he let me know that because I made my reservation through a 3rd party that he would not be giving me any points on my HHonors membership. Really!!!! Oh, but they did refund the $15 they had charged me to "self park". Gee.... that makes up for it all..... (NOT!)...

By the way, I let him know I would be posting my review and he promised to have a prepared statement ready.

I probably would choose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn nearby over this Hilton next time I am here working. They really nickle and dime you here...High cost for (slow) internet, charge for gym, fees for parking (even when you don't valet.) Even a grill cheese is seriously $16 plus delivery charge and service charge (yup, thats a $20 grill cheese in the end). Its a confusing hotel lay out, concierge ignored me twice when I tried to ask where something was located, they were too busy on personal phone calls, never even looked up and acknowledged by presence. Hopefully my stay here will improve..

Thanks

Went for a convention, it was a beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and warm. Melissa at the 24 hour counter/ bar was absolutely amazing at her job. The hotel did not have Wii fi like it said we could never connect. As well as t.v. signal was lost every time we tried to watch a movie. That was a little frustrating for this world of technology. However over all it was a pleasant stay.

Okay hotel.dated decor. Nice shopping and amazing it has a real gym. Nice waterpark. Parking lot is a nightmare though. It won't let you out with your room key and makes you pay each time you leave and you're supposed to get some kind of 50% discount on parking but the staff conveniently forget to tell you how.

The food was excellent more than we anticipated. The service was extremely attentive and made me and my date feel welcome and comfortable. The view from the 27th floor and the pianist were perfect to set the mood. After a day of walking around the trader's village amd the outlet stores, it was the perfect way to relax and end the day.

Great place to stay & play, but policies make it hard for employees to do their jobs. Check in & check out take forever because of this. The pool area is worth the waiting times in the hotel.

Clean!

We came here to celebrate my son's 9th bday since we didn't have a bday party. The Jade Waters Waterpark was so overcrowded we couldn't even find 2 chairs together. There is no way that they only allow 4 people per room to be admitted nor social distancing in between chairs. The waterpark manager was awesome and that is the only reason why the hotel got 2stars. We knew that 1/2 of the restaurants were closed but didn't think due to my gluten allergy I couldn't eat anything half way decent. The hotel has some really neat statues, sculptures, etc., but the hotel rooms have been the least of their priorities. Loud a/c, running water in tub and the carpet is something I chose not to walk on without shoes. The smell was like an old folks when you weren't sure if mildew was present.

Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous artwork throughout, incredible art installations, extremely clean main areas and rooms. There are gift shops inside, convenience store, and 3 places to eat. Only down sides are the restaurants. One is super pricey and the other cant get anything right. Poor service, ordered items arrived incorrectly, cold, and slow service.

The hotel made two seperate reservations for me instead of one reservation and quoted me with the incorrect amount for the rooms each time I called. They then cancelled one of the reservations before I got there and gave my second room to another guest. They refused to get me a second room for the price I was quoted and then promised to give me a bigger room to accomade the eight people I brought with me (eight including me). When I went up to the room it was a tiny double bed room that would NOT fit eight people and I'm pretty sure is a fire hazard. I then went back down and spoke with management who advised they could give me a suite if I paid 90 extra dollars, which I ended up doing because I was tired of fighting. So I paid 90 extra dollars and crammed eight people in to a suite. Then it was practically impossible to get extra towels, blankets, etc. To accomodate said 8 people. It was an awful experience and I will NOT be going back.

Needed a place to entertain a few guests. The premier parlor was wonderful. Great view of the city. Wonderful staff. Seating for 15+ open space would accommodate at least 30 for an intimate gathering!

This hotel is very good. I did not stay at the hotel. I attended convention at this hotel. The meeting rooms were nice and clean. The main ballroom was very massive.

The hotel has lot of amenities and very kids friendly.
I will be returning here to stay with family.

Nice hotel, but I got put in the annex part. Was a little disappointed in that. Heard the views were real nice in the tower. Nevertheless, plenty of good options, 7 different restaurants I think. But the stores do not let you room charge! That's the only draw back that I saw.

I booked stay for my wife and I without our kids. I chose a large room with a kingsize bed and a view (which I paid extra for). When we got to the room, the bed was slightly larger than a full size and the view was of the gravel roof with zero view and a rollaway bed we had not requested. I called down to the front desk and the person said she would be right up to see the issues. She introduced herself as Beverly Anderson and agreed this was not the room we booked. She told us to stay there for a few minutes and she would see what she could do. She came back up to the room and said she had a different room for us because she wanted to "turn our frowns upside down". She put us in the most amazing room I have every stayed in! Her great disposition and wonderful customer service skills saved our weekend. I have stayed many times at the Anatole and this was the best yet. I hope the Hilton Hotels and the Hilton Anatole Dallas recognize her professionalism and ability to make your customers feel like they matter.

Forget the Gaylord and Great Wolf Lodge, this place is amazing and at a fraction of the cost. The water park is really great and the lazy river is very nice and relaxing. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the food and drinks pricing. It's comparable to the others mentioned, but still too high.

Five stars not enough. This is one of the best hotels in the country. The staff is not only proficient at their job they are the friendliest people I've ever met. And that's saying something.

I had a full SUV of things for an event at the Hilton Anatole and Steven in the valet/bell hop was EXTREMELY helpful on arrival and departure!! He was so nice and even as cold front was blowing into North Texas, he did not seem at all frustrated unloading and loading three carts of boxes and bags. Steven is an amazing employee with excellent customer service skills!!

Twice they lied to

Twice they lied to
The impression left was that they are sneaky. Enticed by their amenities we booked. When we got there found that the amenities were not available. When paying $400 a night you would of thought they cared. They told us that there was another pool open though that had a bar on the property. Enticed and burned again. The high price matches there sneakiness.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in tower section and room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurant options. Enjoyed all, particularly SER steakhouse and the Terrace for breakfast. Was there for a conference so never left the hotel to know proximity to downtown.

Terribly disappointed in the staff here, they charged me an extra $800 on top of a $2500 4 day stay because apparently buying water and snacks affords them the right to class these small purchases as a high spend and want to hold onto it for 10 days. In relation to your response you have completely missed the point, Im not upset with the in room charges im upset with the extra $800AU in a single transaction that you charged my credit card , your front desk explained this was because of my high spending. All i bought was a couple of coffee's, and ice cream and bottle of water and this was on top of the $50 a day you already took out to cover this. I still have not received this back and not one of your staff seemed to be even remotely helpful and made me leave the hotel very upset. Ive continued to follow this up with feedback to your office and its been interesting that you seem to think im at fault and like your response below support the rude staff who would not help me. So no i had a horrible time at the hotel and im still spending time trying to sort it out.
