Visited here for 3 days for a conference; I did not spend the night, so I can only comment on the conference facilities, which were fine. I had no problems with the conference rooms or other facilities, except that it was unusually cold. I had to wear a jacket inside, despite it being almost 80 degrees outside at one point. I will say though, the 2 lunches that were provided for the conference by the hotel were outstanding. Overall I would certainly not hesitate to attend another conference held at this location.

This is the hotel that brought my family to Dallas. My dad took a job as one of the original sales managers here when it was a Loews property before it ever opened. Official opening was in 1979. Timeless, gorgeous, historical. I love that they've retained many of the original architectural elements while mixing in tasteful, modern furnishings. So much lovely art to see, and wonderful places to eat. Parking is limited & quite costly, regardless of whether you're a hotel guest or not. Be prepared to log some steps across marble floors; lots of walking involved but well worth it!

Had a company christmas party here. The catering, the staff were without any issues. The rooms upstairs are very nice and they got us a contracted rate for the group. Would enjoy having it here next year.

The location is a little off the beaten path but was well worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are also spacious and clean. I stayed four nights, so appreciated the drawers in the bathroom to avoid clutter. The grounds are gorgeous, with trees, walkways, picnic tables and a fire pit. They have a pool, a great fitness center, shops, restaurants, and bars, there's plenty to do. This was my second stay and I will definitely be back.

A/C in room was warm. Never cooled room lower than 75ish. Called 2 times for extra towels and still waiting for them. They did give me a credit when I left because of issues, but when you spend $300 a night for a room you expect better. Have had better service at a Super 8 forb$75 a night.

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and informative. Great location close to downtown. Our room was really nice. Two downsides were we had to pay a lot for parking, and usually that's included with hotels. We also had to request a crib 4 times before they brought it to our room. I'd recommend bringing a pack and play if you have a baby. Overall good time.

Visited in May and what a neat hotel! This hotel is HUGE and has wonderful eateries, artwork and a very calm atmosphere. The staff and rooms are impeccable and I would certainly stay there again. The moving art that hangs from the ceiling is mesmerizing. This Hilton is clean, neat and extremely spacious. Highly recommend the Anatole!

Beautiful conference hotel with interesting common areas and art work. Only reason for 4/5 stars was that the rooms were not up to par with the rest of the hotel - slightly outdated, cable in the room wasn't working. But enjoyed my stay immensely for a work conferences for 3 days.

Beautiful restaurant, and the Jade Waters pool is truly spectacular. We were here for a conference, and only wished that we'd had more time to enjoy the beautiful artwork within the hotel, and the Fantastic swimming.

Great location, big comfortable clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and at a great price! All the makings of a 5 star hotel experience. No it isn't a 5 star hotel, but they earned my 5 star review here.

I'll give 2 stars for the guy that worked there that helped us take our stuff to our room from the elevator. i wish I had your name and I'd get you placed at a better Job . But aside from that having to have paid almost $400 just to get kicked out after the first noise complaint is ridiculous. Having spoke to a manager and I was just there for a night. And him agreeing to it. Is a scam. Save your money. Go else where. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone trying to save money and time. Go elsewhere. They don't care

We mentioned that we were staying there for our anniversary, and they gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and wine. It was very unexpected and wonderful! We loved walking around the enormous facility and swimming in the outdoor pool (that had a water bar). My husband and I decided it felt like a resort. We were sad that we had to pay for parking, but other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

This place is so amazing!! From the front desk Tony who was so kind and made sure we knew everything the hotel had to offer to DeMarcus our server at media for dinner , try the chicken flautas, was so amazing we also had breakfast, pancakes at media and Delores was amazing as well. Jeff at Jade Waters went above and beyond with popcorn and snow cones!! We will definitely be back! The best part, the pools were heated!!!

Stayed there this past weekend with my kids and my kids got bit by something while sleeping. My mom and her friend were in a room a few doors down and experienced the same thing. It was horrible and think they were bed bugs. Everything else at hotel looks beautiful but the cleanliness isn't up to par when spending so much money each night. Don't look under the beds either, it's filthy. The food was delicious and everyone working there were very friendly but they need to get new beds and better maids. So disappointed and disgusted.

The management and customer service of the SER restaurant was unfortunately some of the worst I have ever experienced. I am not one to be bothered by that usually but will definitely not be going back. Food was great and so was the waitress but other than that, top 5 wprst experiences I've had at a restaurant.

Staff was awesome. Rooms were clean. Overall experience was wonderful. My only downside to the stay and this is a personal reason... The bed was hard for my liking and made me real sore in the AM. We planned 3 nights so we didn't have to rush home on our event after night 2 checkout but decided to go home before night 3 because of the bed reason. Other than this... This hotel was excellent!

What a great hotel. On top of being a nice destination to sleep, they have a full blown water park as well as museum quality art pieces. If you don't want to leave the hotel, well just walk around the inside. Everything was great from the sleeping accommodations to the wifi. Try the fried chicken at Media! Very tasty. When I wanted some coffee and Cobb salad I just dropped by Counter Offer late one night which hit the spot. Looking forward to my next visit to Dallas.

Very nice hotel and conference meeting space. I love my room. First night ate at Media Grill and Bar and macaroni was ok but not what was on the menu.Just had overcooked bits of brisket on top. Counter Offer grab and go was good.

Conference food and all hotel staff were wonderful. Really l liked this hotel.

Great place in Dallas TX. The rooms remind me of an indoor motel--but in a good way. There are these huge glass domes that enclose entire "courtyards" at the hotel and it is beautiful. If you have the extra money to go there I highly recommend to. Went there for an event that was inside the hotel. Great location for local events.

Hotel itself is great however I can t say the same for service in JadeWaters. They offer
Full Service at the pool but then wait staff will blatantly ignore you for hours on end, I literally had to flag someone down after to get some service only to then be given an attitude.
Sad to say this was not A one-off . It happened multiple times in just a 2-day stay.
There are too many other options to deal with such low lever service.

The finest private art collection in the United States. Classy Hotel. A hundred times better than the Dallas Museum of Art. I've lived in Dallas 45 years. I'm 73 years old. I get excited everytime I think about going to the Anatole Hotel. It has gotten better and better over the years. Slow down, don't walk too fast, stop and look at the art. Better yet actually go on your own private tour where you do see the art. And don't forget to go up to the 5th floor and just stare out into the lobby at the nebula. Then go online and watch 4 movies provided about the creation of the nebula at Anatole / nebula. See the nebula after sunset when the lights shining on the nebula are turned on.

Beautiful hotel, just what you d expect from a major brand like Hilton. Clean room with stylish decorating.
The in-room coffee is about what you d get in a budget place by the interstate.
Shower didn t drain as fast as the water came out of the faucet, and it s not adjustable, so I took a shower standing in ankle-deep water.
No USB ports in the room for charging devices. I brought one cube for my phone but forgot to bring one for my watch charger. It s 2018 even the airplane I rode getting here had a usb charger at every seat.
