This Resort with its astonishing art collection, heated outdoor swimming pool, water park, profession staff and mind blowing atrium (best when viewed at night) . The Anatole is an experience- One everyone should have at leave twice in their life!

It's a nice hotel and the staff is wonderful! There's a bit too much ambient noise from the lobby area for my liking. The rooms are around the perimeter of the lobby area and events were down there.

Amazing

Went for a conference it was ritzy and seems way over priced for my cheap ass. The art structure in the plaza was cool though I'm sure that's why it's pricey. We had dinner and I thanks the "waiter" for taking my plate and he seem shock that I would acknowledge him.

Checked In. Provided my confirmation where I booked online and payed. Was charged again for room and double charged for drinks purchased at the pool. Called them and was promised a return call which I never received.

I attended a conference. Overall the facilities are very decorated and the rooms are big enough for groups.. unfortunately there was no wi fi access which was a disadvantage. There was plenty of conference material that was just not accessible because of the wi fi situation. There were also two large conferences going on simultaneously so getting lunch and finding a place to sit was nearly impossible in the allotted time. Plus, every food option in the hotel is ridiculously overpriced (think $11 for a breakfast burrito and iced coffee like one you'd get at 7-11). I ended up going to a grocery store (via Lyft, because there is NOTHING you can walk to from here) and making myself peanut butter sandwiches for every day of the conference. I guess I just expect a more user friendly set up when my employer pays more than a thousand dollars to send me to a professional conference.

Hotel is nice but very dated in appearance and very expensive. Not much around for meals and you have to pay to use their gym, pool, and parking.

Suggestion. Modernize and bring your color scheme and decor to date, it looks worn and old.

The Hilton Anatole is a beautiful place. They have great amenities , from heated pools to executive lounges with lots of extras. The staff are all first class. This wasn't my first time and diffently won't be my last....Thank you Anatole!!

Absolutely disappointed!!!!Stayed at Anatole for five days and the food was horrible. We stayed on the 14th floor/ATRIUM and the hallway was super HOT!!! Not to mention my spouse was stuck in the elevator on the 11th FLOOR and 911 and EMT was called to the scene. It was such a horrific, terrifying experience he endured for 39 minutes. I asked for manager and we filled out incident report. Manager gave us empty promises for our horrible stay and didn't stick to his word and never received survey about how incident was handled either. ONLY reason 1 STAR is because it wouldn't post until I clicked on the star. Otherwise, NO STAR for me.

Bad:

Bad:
1) Our room wasn't ready and it took them an hour and a half longer than it should. I asked what our compensation was and she giggled. I thought a late check out was in order but no.
2) I booked a spa package for my wife and when we arrived they had no idea why my room was more expensive on the spa day. Thus, they were charging me more for the room the second night for no reason.
Good:
1) They fixed the room charge with no hassle. I just paid the spa separately.
2)If you choose a room on a high floor facing the city it's truly beautiful.
3)Great ammineties.

It was alright, but not worth the 200 dollars a night. Everything costs money. The beds are extremely small, they weren't even double beds, then were more like extra wide twin beds. My friend who came with is about 6 feet tall and his feet were off the bed when he slept. I was there for a conference and the conference rooms were alright. But I wouldn't suggest staying there.

This is our second time for Breakfast with Santa but we have visited the Anatole on multiple occasions in the past.

This was a very, very special trip for us this time and the Anatole has accommodated us with great hospitality, awesome staff, and a wonderful hotel stay.

We have now made this our second home away from home when in the Dallas area.

I have NO idea what all of the others are complaining about at this hotel, especially with the hotel staff, they are great.

I would recommend this hotel and I have in the past and will in the future to anyone that is traveling in or thru Dallas to stay at the Anatole for a great overnight stay.

Stayed here for a week and sneezed like crazy the rooms are EXTREMELY outdated, sheets dirty, towels dirty, rooms very dusty, I am very disappointed for this being a Hilton Hotel I expected better. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in reguards to cleanliness. Also there was a Jumbo Roach in my room. YUCK!

This place is beautiful. The asian sculptures and artwork present a museum feel. The rooms are well appointed with asian decor, and there are several bars and restaurant choices. The sushi at the carry out cafe was extremely tasty, with fabulous presentation. The cafe also has a dessert case which has a lemon tart in a meringue that is off the charts along with many other choices.

I have been coming here for an event for several years now since around 2010. The staff is always phenomenal and the hotel is so beautiful and always clean. I can only assume that the rooms meet the same standard. The only thing is that it is definitely expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My first stay at a Hilton hotel. As I walked into the hotel i was shocked. the place looks out dated and lonley. I am staying on level 14 the rooms are very substandard and old fashioned the old carpet makes you feel like your in a hotel that was built in the 70s 80s which im sure this hotel was not.. The Gym is not free neither is the interenet. if your in the lobby the net is free.. Cheap motel 6 even offer free internet this is normally a standard these days "free interent"the bar stock is pay per item.. its all electroinc "80s style"you cannot remove items out and place your own items into the fridge. The cleaning services they offer are also High ranging from $7 just to get one item cleaned The breakfast is poor also. Im sorry to say i do not have anything good to say about this hotel except for i cant wait to leave the place... be careful going into the city taxi drivers have been ripping us off from the hotel charging $20 min fee to drive 1.4 mile. "it appears to me this hotel lacks what customers expect also be careful of extra charges they tried charging me for parking i dont even have a car.'for $230 a night i would save you money and go sleep in a card board box smells the same same service

The atrium in this hotel is incredible. Really enjoyed walking around and admiring all the Asian art. It was very helpful that they have a FedEx on site to ship things in and out. Super friendly staff that took the time to walk me around and explain the history behind all the at pieces. Very impressed!!

Wow this is a BIG Hotel. The Dallas Market Center across I35 is one of the largest wholesaling centers in the Northern Hemisphere. If you ever make you way to one of the DMC shows, Hilton Anatole will have a room for you. Probably. Great location, decent restaurants, lots of convention break out spaces. Parking is a breeze because you are virtually required to valet.

They charge you 50.00 in case you use something in room and do not give you credit. They also charge 28.82 to park your car. How else are you supposed to get there. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are small for what you pay. Do not recommend it.

Come here for a nice family staycation. The area is huge and there's something for everyone. I love their jadewaters pool area. It has dedicated adult only area, a lazy river and fun activities for kids.
