Very beautiful property. The complaint I really have is communication with the guests is fairly lacking. A couple examples: we went to the fireworks show last night. It was great. We cut out a bit early to beat the crowds to the elevators. We hopped on with a few other families and started up. As soon as the doors closed, the fire alarm went off. We got the elevator stopped at the 16th floor, then all carried our toddlers down 16 flights of stairs. The only employee we encountered was asked if we should be concerned and he replied that he didn't know but he needed to get back to work. We finally got to the bottom and went through several employees before finding one that dismissed our worries and said it was because of smoke from the fireworks. No one seemed too concerned, but no one was really telling guests what was going on. It was almost surreal to see everyone just acting like the fire alarms weren't going off. We came to bring our toddler to the splash pad. It's raining off and on, which is certainly not the hotel's fault, but we have no way (that we've been told) of knowing when and why the pool areas will be open, or even what the backup plan is when we noticed some of the attractions had moved inside. It seems like in 2018, an updated social media presence would make planning our day easier. When we finally figured out the pool areas were closed for the night, we decided to just watch a show in our room after dinner. Would have been fine, except the TV didn't work. We told the front desk and went to dinner. Came back and it was still broken. Called the front desk and the guy that showed said he didn't know how to work the new boxes that were installed. As he was just turning it off and back on, I figured we would probably just watch a movie on my laptop. But the internet wasn't working either. When I asked him if it was down, he just said probably and went back to the remote. Finally decided to remove the box and put it back on, which seemed to fix it. There has been a couple other odd things. Just don't be afraid to ask anyone and everyone until you get an answer. It's a huge place, and everyone's knowledge base seems limited to their own task and no other. It really is an okay place. We have two nights and days left here. I was asked to review this through Google opinion rewards. Without that I likely would have waited (or not reviewed at all). Excited to see what tomorrow brings!

Impeccable hotel, can't wait to return! Intriguing art everywhere with art halls distributed nicely, beautifully decorated rooms - totally unexpected. On the weekends one of the lobbies has a Wii projected on a large screen, great addition! Executive lounge was a very nice touch, some of the best desserts I've had in my life.

There are fun lawn games outside of the water park as well. Jade Waters was wonderful and very well kept. The swim-up bar and adults only pool were pretty quiet and very convenient. There is a walk-up food stand that is noticeable imediately, and a menu for poolside ordering that offers a slightly larger selection. They had out large ice water dispensers, which was nice because it was very hot! The water slides are the perfect size for small children and adults, and the lazy river can be as lazy or active as you make it! Jade Waters is also beautifully decorated with statues, themed bridges, and foliage. Something we don't often discuss, but the quality and cleanliness of the restrooms was a major plus. There is also an activities schedule for Friday-Sunday for the lawn and the water park.

When we arrived, one of our adjoining rooms was unavailable due to a guest overstay. The staff was very accommodating and courteous.

On our last night we enjoyed the sushi bar and were very impressed by the quality of the sushi and the staff! We roamed the art halls and it was incredibly peaceful. Truly a pleasure to stay.

Went to the Anatole for a wedding. It's absolutely gorgeous and seemingly unending in size. During the event, however, there was water leaking from two pillars over the marble floor that caused me to slip and fall. Other than that everything was top-quality.

Visited for their Christmas activities. It was amazing! The hotel was nice but there needs to be better signage. We didn't know where to buy tickets and when leaving had no idea how to use the parking gate. FINALLY someone had to come show everyone to put their debit card upside down to get out

Love the historical artifacts scattered around. The pool and lazy river area is nice. Not a huge water play area compared to a full sized water resort, but large enough for a few hours of fun. The resort style water side service is.

Great stay, bed was comfortable. The rooms were themed but I found them very dark which was helpful when sleeping in but bad when I lost an earring lol. Didn t get to try the water park but I was turned off that it s not included in the price of the room. We had a king room which conjoined to a double (other guests stayed there) and when they had a party we could tell. Called front desk to change to another king but all were like that we were told.

Staff was awesome. Rooms were clean. Overall experience was wonderful. My only downside to the stay and this is a personal reason... The bed was hard for my liking and made me real sore in the AM. We planned 3 nights so we didn't have to rush home on our event after night 2 checkout but decided to go home before night 3 because of the bed reason. Other than this... This hotel was excellent!

The Hilton Anatole is a very nice and elegant hotel but, I think they may want to consider having an esort take you to and from your destination. I had to literally walk seemed like 3 miles just to get to the nearest elevator to get to tower 2 elevators.

Hands down one of the best hotel stay experiences I have had. My family and I did a staycation and enjoyed the Jadewaters park as hotel guest. If you ever travel to Dallas, at least stay here one night.

Sprawling hotel with basic amenities, pricey coffee and terrific art displays at no charge. Very nice staff except the guy who lied we would be charged for parking so better prepay for discount. Normally $16.47 he said, but prepay just $7. When I drove to gate, it just opened without a ticket.

Highly recommend the hotel, solid service, excellent food served during conference. Only negative, I don't recommend Media restaurant as our service was very slow and food was subpar for cost. That being said Hilton refunded as part of their Make It Right campaign, therefore I would provide an overall 5 star.

Stayed here in November of 2017 and the staff was very friendly. The hotel room was really clean and spacious. We got in late at night and was able to order room service with a full menu available. They told us as long as people are ordering they'd accommodate. The food was delicious ( very pricey but expected that).

Went to my brother 40 year Anniversary appreciation luncheon. It was truly beautiful inside. It's a great atmosphere. I wish I could live here. For some reason my phone is not allowing Google to asset my gallery. Hopefully I can fix it and add the photo later.

Pool area was great. Service was excellent. I just had a couple of problems in my room. The first, was the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The second was they had alarms in the rooms that off at 6 am. They were in the empty rooms next to mine and they went off both the mornings I stayed. Had it not been for those two probmens, I would have no complaints.

For a 4 star rating I expected better service. I stayed at this hotel this weekend for my friend's wedding. We had a special rate if booked before November 2nd. The groom had a block of rooms reserved and all we the guest needed to do was call and request one of the rooms. Easy right?!? NOPE. I called 4 times total. And each time I was given conflicting information.

Fast forward to the day of my check in date. I arrived for my early check in I requested. And was told my reservation was cancelled for a no show. I finally got a room 10 floors above where I requested to be which would normally be okay. But I needed to be close to the bride to assist on her special day. The room itself was NOT ideal. I specifically asked for a king bed I got two double beds, the room had no natural light windows, felt clustered and there was trash left in the room from previous guest.

There are no water bottles free or to purchase in the room, no robes or slippers, which I have come to expect when I stay at any hotels.

The morning of check out I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign placed on the door. And at 11:30 sharp there were three knocks on the door then three more knocks, then three more knocks. I finally opened the door and the lady apologized and said I'll come back later. I was so annoyed but was too tired to make a fuss and she scurried away too quickly for me to unleash my wrath.

We requested a late check out but decided to leave early. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It does NOT deserve those 4 stars. At check out I was not even asked if I enjoyed my stay.

Disgusted! Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Let me just start by saying if I could leave negative stars I would! If you are even remotely thinking about staying here on your wedding night DON'T!!!!!!!! We had a HORRIBLE experience. The moment we arrived my husband had to go hunt down valet. When we finally found someone communication with this person was non existent. To the point we wondered if they would lose our luggage. Then headed to the front desk to check in we stood at the counter for over 15 minutes. After we made it to our room we waited over an hour for them to locate our luggage and bring it up to our room we went down stairs to the restaurant/ bar where we sat for 20 minutes for our waiter to even come to our table. When he finally showed up he came back once to deliver the food and we never saw him again till we had to track him down to pay. Please don't even get me started on the room service. You will wait over an hour for them to bring you watered down drinks and cold, crusty food that obviously has been sitting there for way too long. (Mind you, they charged $17.00 gratuity on a $93.00 bill) and also had to call back for condiments that we requested when we ordered and had to wait another hour. All of this would have been OK and I would have over looked but when we woke up we called to verify what time we were suppose to check out due to we requested late check out when we made the reservation and confirmed at check in.... We were told we are not going to honor your request. At that point I sent my husband to talk to the manager who was no apologetic at all but more rude and put out that she even had to talk to him. She also had no reason for the all of the horrific experience on our wedding night. What put the icing on the cake was when we went to go ahead and check the staff that my husband had been talking to before getting the manager involved decided to get extremely snotty with me and so rude that I could not help to inform the internet to STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

Place is getting long in the tooth. The staff was great however they couldn't make up for the fact that this place needs a serious refresh. Broken stopper in the tub, trim pieces 20 degrees off level and banged up and beat down moldings and furniture.

I meet up in Hilton Anatole because there was an event hosted by World Affairs Conucil. We watch the head historian of CNN have a conference over the presidential election and related it to presidential election in the pass. The food was great and museum was amazing. My favorite part about the museum was seeing a section of the Berlin Wall.

Don't stay here. Broken elevators and a rude staff make for an unforgettable experience. Place is like the shining. Desolate and run down. Overpriced food and wine. To top it off they double charged for the room and it has taken weeks to clear up. At this point it's easier to fight with the credit card company than their staff.
