Parking is rediculously expensive. Not enough exits out if the ballroom and it was hard to find how to get downstairs. It would have been very dangerous in a fire situation.

The property was very nice with a spacious layout in the lobby, hallways and atriums. The rooms were standard Hilton fare, which were nice. There were 2 sinks in the bathroom which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly. The outdoor pool area and lazy river were VERY crowded. Tubes for the lazy river were hard to come by.

Great and friendly staff. The food was delicious. The room had me feeling like a boss. The view was great.

Excellent facility for meetings including very large groups. Have not started in many years but was excellent. Service very good and food excellent.

Great place to hold large conferences and events. The hotel rooms were spacious. Shops, restaurants and bars all within the premises made it quite convenient. Convenient to area attractions as well. Only four stars because the ATM was broken during my entire stay.

I stayed here for a convention with HOSA along with others in a large group. The service was TERRIBLE. The interior looks amazing, but everything else is AWFUL! You would think you could buy a day pass for swimming but you can't,they charge you for your entire stay whether you go swimming or not. And the pool area is just SAD it's a tiny pool area that does not even go deeper than 4 feet. Not to mention they include "2 Starbucks drinks" with the swim pass but it's just black coffee which is just thrown in as a sham. They kept telling our group different things regarding the charge for the passes and tried to sham our younger members. (Charged them $150 but charged the adults $85? And claimed to reimburse them 2-3 days after we check out. What a sham) Not to mention the tv sucks and doesn't even have a stable signal. We paid to stay here just like any of the other guests yet they do not treat us with the same respect. Just. Awful.

Amazing support staff! In March I attended a retreat with approximately 3000 others, having a very large event the day before we were told our rooms may not be ready when we arrived. But, we learned that the housekeeping staff came in 3 hours early to get as many rooms ready as possible. That is customer service!

Very nice views from the restaurant and lounge at the top of the hotel.

This place is like a weird town on its own... Sometimes I feel like it's unnecessarily big and decorated. There's a lot of amenities on site and definitely plenty of space.

A great stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful views and great food at Ser! Great Christmas events being set up but wasn t staying long enough to see the outcome.

Love it such an amazing place but the Anatole lobby smelled like mildew

Beautiful hotel with amazing museum pieces and it's own waterpark!

The hotel and pool were amazing!!! The security not so much!!! We stayed one night and our tailgate was stolen. We had to drive home with no taillights. Thanks, if we choose to stay again we will be ubering
