Enormous hotel! I nearly got lost every time I left my room. I was the for a large conference so I didn't get to see many of the amenities, but the food was delicious , the hotel was pretty and well kept, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The area is not so wonderful. Going for a run in the surrounding neighborhoods was a little scary. Otherwise, a great stay!

Amazing hotel, with great indoor decoration. 2 indoor pools and one with child activities perfect for the summer heat. The only thing that they could do better is the breakfast. Especially when it is crowded you can wait up to 15-20 minutes in the line just to seat. Because they aren't enough tables you have to wait someone to finish to take his seat.
the restaurant near the front counter was EXCELLENT. the convenience shop was WAY overpriced (it does have what appear to be independent businesses in it). It is a very large hotel
The venue is very spacious and nice. Unfortunately the water slides weren't available at the time I was there but even without, it is quite well equipped.
Thanks!$! My Stay at Hilton Anatole is very comfortable as if it were my house/castle!!! I recommend to all Nations to visit once or multiple times! ! Is Really a/the House of the next Visit of A Traveler between Times and Castles, specially a floor called Steak+Spirits!! It was closed for maintenance during my stance!$? But well, I enjoyed the Bar, Couple Shoots of Whiskey and some Beers To Cheers Wordwide for the Antichrist $+% Visit on Earth as the Weather can Explain...
Enjoy More From Hilton Anatole!!! I Personally Recommend It !$! Y'all Friend Ricky Cry Baby!!! (((Antichrist)))
It is LITERALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY PLEASE DON T be FOOLED!! So unhappy already. I'm starting to think those reviews I read to get me here and spend $500 were all fake... After my 2 day stay, I'll come back an update my post with all the negative I have to say but so far, had to go and find a valet person and everyone that works the front desk, sound as if they are reading off q cards. They really don't know or even sound like they know or care what they are talking about and I swear, IT'S NOT WORTH $500!!! Not at all!! You will be in a standard small room and it's 4 of us. Also note, the water park is seasonal so make sure to check the dates if that's the only reason you want to come. The hotel is so outdated. The tv keeps losing signal and you may only have 10 channels to even watch. The dresser drawer won t stay closed so when I get out the bed, I hit my leg.
We have always had great customer service over the years at the Anatole until we decided to valet recently on Friday night. My boyfriend had just bought me a very expensive purse for our anniversary over dinner. We arrived at the Anatole at 10pm or so and since it was raining decided to valet. We were in seperate cars and i am not sure if valet was aware we were together when they parked our cars. My new designer purse in it s shopping bag was left behind in the car on the passenger side on the floor. Me and my boyfriend checked in the room to continue celebrating the wonderful evening. Well having the munchies 3 Hrs later we decided to go out for dessert. Valet took exceedingly long to bring my car around-when valet pulls up says " i m sorry we have a problem..your car has been broken into." Of course my purse was the first thing noticed, missing. I was furious and demanded answers. Valet guy was the same one who parked it and seemed very distant and quick to say it wasn t him. When asked he said he set the alarm yet not one heard anything. My car is a 2015 Infiniti SUV and there is no way if the car alarm was set it would have not alerted my phone or gone off. Police were called and admitted due to the small window of when and how everything happened it didnt add up. The grapefruit sized hole in drivers side window seemed staged and was not the way the car was supposedly broken into as verified by Infiniti the next day. The upper level management was absolutely insensitive, unapologetic and just leaned on the disclaimer on the back of the contracted valet service tickets. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled and to think that a well known and respectable hotel such as the Hilton Anatole would agree to contract with a valet service who basically stole my damn $3,000 purse plus all my other anniversary goodies and pretended they didnt know what the hell happened!! Not to mention the repair costs from Infiniti. an extra $2500 ! DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR at this damn hotel if you decide to stay there! Learn from my loss # stillpissed
Oh my God! This hotel is incredible! The outdoor pool is heated. Can't wait to stay here again in the summer when the entire outside pool area is open and the pool bar.
Huge hotel with nice accommodations and great customer service. There were a lot of employees and the all seemed very well equipped to handle any and all customer experiences.
I wish i had been staying here more often during my trips to Dallas!
This is a beautiful hotel. Art is displayed throughout. Grounds are full of plants and trees. It's hard to believe you are in downtown Dallas when you stay at the Anatole.
Better than Wolf Lodge. The water park is more than enough to keep kids occupied. Large trees provide additional shade. The hotel is well maintained, very clean, and has several restaurants. Plus we also had food delivered. It is a bit on the expensive side, but as they say, you get what you pay for.
This was my second stay here. I remember the first time being more pleasant. We got two adjoining rooms. In both rooms we found trash, in the bathroom and on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The mini-fridge also had someone's leftovers in it. Now I could get over that. But here's what I couldn't get over. On both days of my stay, housekeeping knocked before barging right in to my room asking if I needed the room cleaned. The first day it was about 9 a.m. The second day about 8 a.m and my husband and I were still IN BED! I have never had this happen to me at my stay any where else. I guess it's my fault for forgetting to put out the DO NOT DISTURB hanger and not using the lock at the top of the door.
We love Hilton however, this is the worst Hilton we have stayed in. From the lack of sound barrier between the rooms, the lack of accommodation for real food for gluten free food (no entrees, no desserts, only salad and one appetizer) and no flexibility to provide anything gluten free when asked. The beds are hard and our bathroom was dirty. Above reviews liked this to a motel, but in a good way. I would liken in to a motel to but not in a good way.
To be clear there are newer hotels in Dallas. I'd venture to say there are trendier hotels in Dallas. There is no hotel that screams of old money the way this hotel does. Everything done in this hotel is reminiscent of Northpark in Dallas or the Bellagio in Vegas. The rooms are great. The bed is luxurious. The poor is more than enough. The one of a kind museum quality artwork never ends. I do not know of another hotel in Dallas that works so hard to make you feel at home while you are outside your room. Comfortable and refined. Is a two word review, but if prices permit you owe yourself a room in the Hilton Annitole.
This review isn't about my stay at this famous Dallas hotel. I just wanted to tell others that I pass this hotel every night going into work. Since the pandemic, this building has lights on in certain areas of the hotel that from the outside look like lamps in different windows in the shape of a . Just seems like the Hilton family's way of telling everyone to stay strong, they feel for you. Just was great to see this "light" put forth in a dark time. Thank you Hilton for that message to everyone who can see it!!!!!!
Only there for a national conference, but everything was great. Other than the temperature of some of the rooms it would have been perfect. The staff was excellent. Even though I live in the same city as the event, the participants from all around the country were very impressed with the whole experience.
I visited the Anatole this past weekend for a conference. I am giving it a two stars for their lack of customer service. On the first night, I ran the shower and the shower head was pointing up towards the back wall. I am blind without my glasses so when I went to get out of the shower there was an inch of water that had accumulated on the floor from this mishap. Luckily I did not fall when I got out. I did however call housekeeping to bring more towels and a mop. I called three times and 2 1/2 hours later (11:30pm) they showed up. The next day I got food poisoning. Not sure what I ate but I ate from the buffet at the Terrace Restaurant and the Counter Offer for lunch. I was so ill and called to get someone to bring up meds and a drink from the sundries store.....no one ever showed up after being told they could do that! They were doing construction and during my moments of lucidness I could hear banging, hammering and screwdrivers all morning while trying to rest. On the final day I called bell service twice to get a buggy for luggage. Slow poor service. Our bellman was nice and heard me talking to my roommate and he apologized for the construction. He thought they too should be doing it between different hours! The room was nice, clean and temp was perfect. Linens, bedding, and lighting was comfortable. Other than the customer service it was a nice weekend and I learned a lot at my conference.
Huge huge huge. This place is massive and has everything. You could spend an entire stay just exploring all they have to offer day and night. Business or Vacation doesn't matter they have what you need. The pool is called Jade water and it could be it's own destination. It's got room for adults to relax or drink eat and party and a kids area that kids actually want to stay and play in. Water basketball, lazy River, grill, bar and wait staff so you can keep on floating. Parking is easy and close or valet is even easier.
All in all a good stay, we checked in very late, and our room was dirty, so we had to move. Was suprised that it took 20 mins plus and another call to the desk to get new keys, but that was the only blip. Food was good, all the staff was polite and accommodating. Also, although it was not printed in the in room dining guide, you can get room service after 11:00 on friday and Saturday nights. Runs all the way till 2, so that was a godsend for us as we were super tired and super hungry.
I travelled here for a company event & was quite pleased with most of my stay. The service was above my expectations, Blue in the executive room is a doll & very attentative. Dory & Caroline at jade waters are truly exemplary employees thwre service & kindness did not go unnoticed. The artwork throughout the hotel is stunning. The ballrooms where I attended my events were incredible, i would definently recommend it for any function. The food throught was not the best but not the worst, I would I will say the staff made up for it James in the breakfast buffet is worth mentoring he went out of his way to attend to your needs even though he wasnt a server, he actually got get me fresh blueberries & rasberries one morning even though they werent in the buffet. Jadewaters is great every staff member, bartender, server had great attitudes & they were awesome with the kids, & although I didnt travel with children I would definitely recommend this for a vacation. They had many different kid friendly events, puppet theatres, games, events, ect. They even had a kid concierge. The hotel lobbies were beautiful & overall clean, the rooms could use some attention, for example the bathroom vanity was old looking and peeling its finish in some areas just very unattractive & shabby. Unfortunately I did have 1 experience that was horrible the Spa. I went for a upscale spa pedicure & it was terrible. I arrived 25 minutes early so I could enjoy the relaxtion room you would expect in a spa, well not this one it was a majeshift open room with curtains forming a square, with unconfortable chairs & noisy. My attendant was over 15 minutes late, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable not at all what you would expect if you know your pedicures, the water was cold, my toe got cut, the paint job was not adequate, & most importantly it was done in 22 minutes when it was suppose to be 60 minutes. So in short the spa was definitely was not up to my standards or Hiltons, I have had many & this one was not what it should have been. However Blue in the executive room made me aware of the "make it right" policy & she took care of me the next day when she learned of my issue. I will stay here again for that reason alone because I felt valued as a customer. Again the staff makes this place rock you should be proud of them.
This place is awesome! Great family vacation spot. Lots of indoor activities, food options, outside water park and very friendly staff. We took a 4 day vacation here and never left the grounds.
Very very elegant and extremely nice place to visit. Exquisite art all over the place very large facility Waterpark included lots to do and see there perfect for the family with lots of amenities. Food is fabulous. Very helpful staff.
My stay at the Hilton has always went extremely well. The staff is top notch, and extremely professional in every way possible. There is a massive amount of art to see, and all the amenities you could imagine.
This is a beautiful hotel and our room was clean and spacious. There was ample parking but not free, however, it was discounted with my HH. The room service had pretty good food and the hotel is easy access to downtown.
Architecture is dated. Did not stay overnight. Conference areas comfortable and large as needed. Food selection is good. Staff is friendly. Artwork is very good. Some very memorable pieces. Check out the huge plate artistically decorated. Many small pieces of tremendous quality
My stay here was a nightmare however my kids did enjoy the water park, I wish I could remember the Black names maybe Camile( from LA) was very helpful, we called for small hand towels 3 times we never received them 1st time bath towels, 2nd time pillows and 3rd time nothing, when we checked in Friday July 19th the lady explained only 349 would be held on my card only to find out 1131.00 was held because they have an over night Audit that runs your card to see if you have the funds to pay for your rooms, not only that they charged be for a no Show because the front desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and just created a new one.
This was a lesson learned to ask ALL questions about hidden fees.
This is a beautiful hotel. I was there for the passport event. Walking to the ballroom where the event occurred there was astonishing art and art on display.
Beautiful hotel well-managed we're here for the Vitamin show convention let me tell you something really impressed with this hotel thank you for being in the Dallas area thank you for making our experience awesome
Elegant without being pretentious. Do yourself a favor and take a few hours to just explore the whole hotel, there's a wealth of artwork and artifacts on display. At night, the atrium is a really comfortable place to settle down and read.
Hotel is nice in nice terms. We were disappointed in the offering in the executive lounge. It was very minimal and cheap. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was always helpful.
Arrived for a professional event with participants meeting in bar area. Plenty of comfortable seating. Check out the amazing Asian inspired art collection, and part of the Berlin wall. Head outside to enjoy the night sky while sitting near the fire pit.
What a confusing place. Breakfast was fine, but getting where you need to go is almost impossible. Elevators are slow and it is almost impossible to find stairs. Lots of art in the building. Beautiful setting, but not enough signs to help you get where you want to go.
Annoying that there is an up-charge for the fitness center. And wifi - how do hotels continue to get away with that? But the Hilton Anatole is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The art collection is amazing.
Beautiful hotel! So big! Decorated so nice! The outside grounds/gardens and pool/lazy river are real cool. Two indoor pools are heated and one outside pool as well. Lots of Asian art and sculptures/statues all over. Ate dinner at the Media Grill & Bar and breakfast buffet at the Terrace in the Atrium. There is also a 24 hr coffee/snack bar called Counteroffer that has lots of grab & go items.
