This is our first purchase from Hickory Park and thus far the experience has been nothing but commendable. We were looking specifically for a Lay-Z-Boy sofa that my wife had seen previously at a showroom in the Charlotte area. We worked with Kirstie who assisted us with ordering the same sofa my wife found in Charlotte. Kirstie was very helpful and assisted with fabric selection to match our living room and existing chairs. We ended up ordering a Laz-Z-Boy reclining chair as well AFTER we had just finish placing the order for the sofa. Needless to say Kirstie had no problem going back and adding the chair to the sofa order. She has been very helpful and patient throughout this process. There was no pressure at all and the selection and order process was seamless. Our latest update from Kirstie was informing us our furniture had arrived from the manufacturer and someone from the delivery company will be in contact with us within the next couple of days. We are excited to get our new sofa and chair. Thanks Kirstie and Hickory Park!!
