Nice place to take the kids. Free admission and a nice ride for a tour.
Due to all the kids, the bathrooms are disgusting- make sure you go before you arrive. In addition, the stall doors don t latch. Definitively put a damper on the visit.
It does have a large selection of chocolate at good prices though.
Beautiful place, lots of chocolate.. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY....
Such a fun experience! An absolute must, even if you're not a fan of candy.
The bus tour, to me, was the best part and worth the money ! !
Always fun to take children and out of town guests. Gets busy on weekends. Completely free.
If you love chocolate you have to visit Hershey world! Every flavor of every kind of candy you've ever loved. Everyone is friendly and professional!
Only 35 ppl allowed in at a time. All wearing masks and social distancing. So much candy! The store setup is easy access and young staff is a pleasure to talk to..
Love it. My kids had so much fun. They even got to make there own candy bar.
We love this place,,, BUT and that's a big but. Line too long for shakes and only 3 workers there.. not good
Lines are way to long to get served. Way way under staffed
I hadn't been since I was little, and both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was very educational and we appreciated the glimpse into what the production of chocolate entails! You can just do the tour which requires no admission fee, or if you want to make a longer day of it, there are other programs requiring admission that you can sign up your kids for.
I've been here at least a dozen times. It's a great place for kids of all ages and adults have a good time also.
A large gift shop and food court, the largest amount of chocolate you'll find, a free ride, and many things for kids and family, hours of fun.
Great food! I highly recommend trying a brownie, but the prices are high. Lots of items in the gift shop. And, nothing beats taking a ride and getting a Hershey bar at the end! The Chocolate Tasting and Make Your Own Candy Bar are not to be missed, especially the latter. You're able to choose two different chocolates and add up to 3 (I think) items (i.e. pretzels). You also get to design your own label. An awesome experience!
What a great place for families to visit - any age!
Free family friendly trip. Not actual chocolate factory, but fun tour shows you how it's made complete with chocolatey smells and free chocolate at the end. Several paid activities are available to allow you to get more hands on if you would like to. Huge gift shop, chocolate lover's paradise. Parking is free if you stay for less than three hours. You may proceed directly to the park and leave car there if you desire.
It wasn't what we were looking for. We were traveling with our pet. Short visit to grab something to go. Looked like family fun.
Could use more food area and different type of food in general
Chaos ensues but more chocolate than you can shake a stick at... Have fun
The goods are so delicious! Didn't try the new ride. Heard it's better now.
We had a great time! If you get a chance, make your own chocolate bar.
Great experience, lots of chocolate to choose from. Very expensive!
Always a nice place to visit. Lots of chocolate and plenty of things to do.
Its was so interesting being shot the history of chocolate coming to America basically
Every product made by Hershey chocolate is available as well as the best milkshakes.
My love for reeses is beyond anything in this world....and to be able to experience all the history of how the chocolate is made was worth the trip all the way from pittsburgh!
Nice to see how it is made but would have like to have a sample of each candy that they made a small snack bag.
Great time with kids . Very interesting and engaging activities (must for kids)}.
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.... Need I say more? I don't think so..
Exhilarating experience. Trip tastefully arranged like their chocolates .
Very nice and clean. The smell of fresh chocolate is amazing. Remember, you are walking into a giant gift shop for Hershey but it is pretty cool. You can but just about anything Hershey related from sweat shirts to Christmas ornaments.
They offer a free animated ride with singing/dancing chocolate that takes you through the history of the company. It also teaches you about how they make chocolate and where it comes from. Great for kids and adults are entertained too.
Additionally, they have paid attractions like chocolate tasting, customized chocolate making (including custom labels) and a "4D" movie. My kids made the custom chocolates and loved it.
Great free tour of the history of Hershey Chocolate. Nice, busy, but clean facility.
We love going to Hershey! Tons of fun...take the tour!
Great amusement if you have kids, or are a kid at heart .
Parking is hoot. $40 bucks & yes it is very crowded. Chocolate World is mainly Souvenirs & all types of Hersheys Candy. A few indoor rides but nothing like the Outdoor Park.
Okay it was super busy when we were there. The tour through the life history of chocolate was okay, it's all fake and not a real factory. Just so you don't have any expectations. It was free and there quite possibly might be a line. A long line. You get a free chocolate bar at the end....a mini chocolate bar. Basically the place is set up to sell you stuff. Lots of toys, chocolate and souvenirs. So be prepared for that. Parking is free for up to 3 hours if you are there for just the chocolate factory.
It was nice and not too packed even during covid-19.
Beautiful experience ,know how the delicious chocolates are made .
Disappointed. The tour was cute but not what we expected. We wanted to see an actual process of making chocolate. The food court was a real downer. Two kinds of pizza to choose from so we moved on to the hot sandwiches. Nothing looked fresh. I thought it was expensive for what we got which was actually cold. No break on the candy either. Paid more there than at the grocery store.
It was amazing and so beautiful the rides were great. Keep up the good work!
Very crowded and some things are pricey, but they have any kind of candy or related collectables you could want. Check for less busy times before going if you don't like standing in line. Also have a few fun activities appropriate for a family vacation or kids party.
This place has so much chocolate. More than I knew existed. Of course it has all the Hersey chocolate we know. The chocolate factory tour is interesting, as well. Along with the amusement park, we had a great day.
Always fun to visit! There's a free ride that shows how Hershey's chocolate is made. There are a few experiences that have a small fee like a Trolley tour, a 4D show and a chocolate tasting. There's a large candy store area, a bakery and a food court. Even if you're not doing Hershey Park, there's plenty to do at Chocolate World.
Best place to buy Hershey products. Extremely fresh. Fun for everyone to design their own chocolate bar. Fun ride for the kids to see how chocolate is made. Huge gift section.
Great fun for the whole family. It's impossible to leave without buying at least a few sweet treats.
Very nice place to see and experience how chocolate bars are made at Hershey's.
Best Milkshakes ever. I cannot recommend the special dark shake enough.
Had a lot of fun, not a lot of people right now. Enjoyed the experience with my son.
Nice tour about how they make chocolate. Get free chocolate at the end of tour.
Right way to spend a day...an appropriate "a la carte " sensory sundae. You only need partake in the experiences that interest you. There is a chocloteer certification course, 4-D theatre, Trolley ride, Build your own candy bar, a walk (and ride) thru tour, infinate retail with Hershey products and keepsakes. Photo opportunities galor and countless smiles to inspire. There is a food court that gives options for all taste. And it's Hershey so ofcourse a plethora of chocolate inspired treats for your sweet tooth. The history of Mr. Hershey and the legacy he created will amaze you.
I love this place. Great customer service. A little expensive but the portions are large so it's worth it!
A bit crowded, but otherwise good attractions and cheap ticket prices.
What a fun experience! The factory tour was very interesting, followed by a huge gift shop. The food court has a wide variety of food and delectable desserts. Allow yourself a lot of time here, there is so much to see.
