Due to all the kids, the bathrooms are disgusting- make sure you go before you arrive. In addition, the stall doors don t latch. Definitively put a damper on the visit.

It does have a large selection of chocolate at good prices though.

I hadn't been since I was little, and both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was very educational and we appreciated the glimpse into what the production of chocolate entails! You can just do the tour which requires no admission fee, or if you want to make a longer day of it, there are other programs requiring admission that you can sign up your kids for.

Great food! I highly recommend trying a brownie, but the prices are high. Lots of items in the gift shop. And, nothing beats taking a ride and getting a Hershey bar at the end! The Chocolate Tasting and Make Your Own Candy Bar are not to be missed, especially the latter. You're able to choose two different chocolates and add up to 3 (I think) items (i.e. pretzels). You also get to design your own label. An awesome experience!

Free family friendly trip. Not actual chocolate factory, but fun tour shows you how it's made complete with chocolatey smells and free chocolate at the end. Several paid activities are available to allow you to get more hands on if you would like to. Huge gift shop, chocolate lover's paradise. Parking is free if you stay for less than three hours. You may proceed directly to the park and leave car there if you desire.

Very nice and clean. The smell of fresh chocolate is amazing. Remember, you are walking into a giant gift shop for Hershey but it is pretty cool. You can but just about anything Hershey related from sweat shirts to Christmas ornaments.

They offer a free animated ride with singing/dancing chocolate that takes you through the history of the company. It also teaches you about how they make chocolate and where it comes from. Great for kids and adults are entertained too.

Additionally, they have paid attractions like chocolate tasting, customized chocolate making (including custom labels) and a "4D" movie. My kids made the custom chocolates and loved it.

Okay it was super busy when we were there. The tour through the life history of chocolate was okay, it's all fake and not a real factory. Just so you don't have any expectations. It was free and there quite possibly might be a line. A long line. You get a free chocolate bar at the end....a mini chocolate bar. Basically the place is set up to sell you stuff. Lots of toys, chocolate and souvenirs. So be prepared for that. Parking is free for up to 3 hours if you are there for just the chocolate factory.

Disappointed. The tour was cute but not what we expected. We wanted to see an actual process of making chocolate. The food court was a real downer. Two kinds of pizza to choose from so we moved on to the hot sandwiches. Nothing looked fresh. I thought it was expensive for what we got which was actually cold. No break on the candy either. Paid more there than at the grocery store.

Very crowded and some things are pricey, but they have any kind of candy or related collectables you could want. Check for less busy times before going if you don't like standing in line. Also have a few fun activities appropriate for a family vacation or kids party.

This place has so much chocolate. More than I knew existed. Of course it has all the Hersey chocolate we know. The chocolate factory tour is interesting, as well. Along with the amusement park, we had a great day.

Always fun to visit! There's a free ride that shows how Hershey's chocolate is made. There are a few experiences that have a small fee like a Trolley tour, a 4D show and a chocolate tasting. There's a large candy store area, a bakery and a food court. Even if you're not doing Hershey Park, there's plenty to do at Chocolate World.

What a fun experience! The factory tour was very interesting, followed by a huge gift shop. The food court has a wide variety of food and delectable desserts. Allow yourself a lot of time here, there is so much to see.
