You get in line at Chocolate World and if you don't want you picture taken they make you stand in line with all the people that do. They need a better way of getting you in another line so you don't have to wait with those people.

Awesome place to go to, every person's inner child's dream to go to the chocolate factory. Beats Charlie's chocolate factory and down. Any kind of chocolate you can imagine they got it and this place does not disappoint.

Informative, fun, and cheap candy! My friends and I also got randomly selected to test out new Kit Kat flavors in a back room. If they come out with a new flavor you don't like, don't blame me though

It's a fun place to get away and have fun with lots of rides and games, but my one complaint is how expensive everything is there, they sell bottles of water there for five dollars. But otherwise, it's a great place to go on a vacation and spend time with your family.

Great for kids. Not so much for adults, unless you happen to be a die hard fan of Hershey products. The chocolate tasting experience was a little expensive for what you get, given that you only receive tiny bars that are readily available elsewhere (one Hershey special dark and one Hershey milk chocolate, two others). I was hoping for something I couldn't find anywhere else.

Ok so if you have young children, no doubt they would enjoy this place, it s kid driven. We expected that a little but didn t realize how much. We were interested in learning and seeing how the chocolate bars were made. We were a little disappointed with the free tour. I know it was free I shouldn t complain. It tells you how it was made but you are not looking at the real factory. The only thing that we really enjoyed was the make your own choc bar. That was neat. That will cost you $28 a person. So it s cheaper to do the package to get all the other cheesy shows for not much more. It was worth saying we have been there and seen it.

So packed buy the free tour was nice and my kids really enjoyed it. Workers were all helpful and very friendly. Was disappointed that there wasn't more options on the ways to buy candy but it was fun for being a free activity :)

Overall fun, but I was hoping for some candy that wasn't sold in stores. Everything could be found in a grocery store and for the same price or cheaper. I did enjoy learning about the process of making the chocolate and the timeline for when each candy was added.

Family fun for everyone!

Family fun for everyone!

Chocolate world offers shopping, eateries, and attractions such as a ride, an interactive cinema show, and a build your own chocolate bar experience.

Prices can get a little high, but what can you expect when connected to such a major amusement complex?

Chocolate World has always been a personal favorite of mine, and will always continue to be!

Stood in the 15 min line (according to them) for 15 minutes only to realize that that was only the tip of the iceberg...probably would've taken 2 hours to complete the tour.
No thanks, useless tourist trap. If you're into that sort of thing then you'll love it . But i'm not so i'm rating it poorly.

Chocolate world is my autistic 5yr old's favorite place to go. We go pretty often, at least a few times a month. We ride the factory tour first. He is always super excited as if it was the first time seeing it. He loves the Hershey characters that walk around. We always buy a new Hershey stuffed animal for his growing collection. We recently bought the chocolate world version of the Candy Land game and he absolutely loves it. He likes the Create your own chocolate bar but it can be pricey...I originally only bought one ticket for just him but had to buy a ticket for myself or they wouldn't let me in with my son. I thought this was a rip off. I didn't want to make a candy bar and I spent almost $60 on both our tickets. It's not worth it and I'll never do it again. The 3D movies are also pricey so I don't do it often. Mostly we just go on the tour ride, buy stuffed animals, merchandise, bakery items/food and candy.

Lots of fun with the kids. We did it all. Kids had fun with the 4D movie and make your own chocolate bar. As an adult I'd skip both and go on the Hershey historical trolley ride and the tasting experience. Tasting experience was great, even though I didn't like some of the chocolates.

If you have little ones with a stroller, there is only one elevator. This place is packed with lots to do! I can honestly say it's best if your child is a little older to enjoy. Tons of coloring and creativity happening but just hold off if he/she is 3 and under.

GREAT selection of all Hershey's chocolate items available. Expanded gift shop. The chocolate tour entrance is upstairs inside this building. Also houses the entrance to "make your chocolate bar" experience as well as some fresh bakes chocolate dipped goodies.

The perfect place.... if your in the mood for disapointment and getting ripped off!!!! Take note google won't let you post your review without any stars highlighted. In PA from Ohio we drove two and a half hours one way from where we were staying. Did the chocolate tasting and spent $75 bucks for 9 of us (4 kids 4 adults 1 senior) to take the chocolate tasting. Thinking we were getting a chance to sample a bunch of different chocolates we went into a room and was "taught" how to taste chocolate with 4 funsize candy bars. Two of which (three arguable wether you like hershey's dark chocolate) tasted horrible!!! Sucking on baker's chocolate is more appealing. I should have bought a couple of Russell Stovers expensive assorted boxes and got our moneys worth. If you think the free tour is going to walk you throught to actually watch chocolate being made guess again. Hope you like halls with pictures!!! There's a 75% mark up on everything in this place that you can get out of Walmart. Then to try and cheer our kids up we spent $13 bucks on 4 cupcakes that were extremely dry and $15 bucks for odd tasting peanut butter fudge!!! And was told by a guy on his way out as we were walking in that make your own candybar was priced for a giant chocolate bar of your choice custom ingredients but only get a 4" bar of limited choices and not to waste our time!!! Best example of an over priced tourist trap you'll ever see!!! If your on a budget scratch off lottery tickets for the family are more bang for your buck.

My family came up from down south for my daughter's funeral here in PA. Hershey Chocolate World was her favorite place so we all went there in memory of my daughter. We told a couple of the employees why we were there and they were so gracious and sympathetic. My little 8yr old niece even made a chocolate bar in memory of my daughter with my daughter's name on it.

Came here with my family and had a blast! Making my own Hershey bar was definitely my favorite part. Beware, there's alot of souvenirs and merchandise to choose from in the shop so it may be a bit difficult to choose. The 4D Movie is fun for adults and kids alike so I'd recommend doing that too!

Parking is free for up to 3 hours and is next to the front of the park. There is a tour monorail in the back that takes your pic and you can put it on a large bar and at the end of the ride you get free candy. Lots of eateries inside to the back
