It's nothing more than a candy store. All the candy they have can be bought in any normal store. Nothing special about what they have for sale.

Great place for kids. Lots of complimentary Hershey's candies. Loved the chocolate tasting experience and the tour.
Fun time with the kids. The freshest candy ever! Bakery had large selection of fresh cup cakes and they are absolutely amazing!
People there are so nice. So much to choose from. Will be back
You are definitely coming out w a cavity and a belly ache
The walkway is longer than it used to be due to expansion..once it's completed, it looks like it will be amazing..several times we had rain delays, but there was no rain or lightning..just a looming cloud..It was disappointing that we drove several hours to get there and there were many rides closed..
Nice stuff but as all amusement parks/shops are, it's veeeeery expensive
This was so much fun! I loved all the activities, but a little word of advice, don't do the chocolate tasting!!
Fun way to spend a day! My family came here to spend the day. It cost $217 for 4 people for the bundle pack of all attractions and a meal. The food in the food court was ok. We enjoyed making our own candy bar, the chocolate tasting and the movie. The trolley ride is always fun! It was crowded but, we were able to do everything in about 5 hours.
Me and my 6 year old princess simply love being there. Time well spent. Would visit anytime.
Great place for kids, esp the make your own chocolate bar. Nice selection of souvenirs, food was not warm enough
Every year they keep adding to their attractions, so even if its only been a year or two since your last visit there will be a lot of new things to see. They have good Covid precaution measures, my family felt very safe there. The Chocolate World ride is free so you can save your money for the stuff that really matters, the candy!
Has always been fun to go hear, the staff is helpful and nice.
Fun things to do for the kids! Loved the 4d movie and the free tour and ride!
Have to visit Chocolate World when visiting Hershey. It's free, and so worth it! Tour is always relaxing, and great for kids.
An amazing experience. Everything is so cute and fun. LOVED IT!!
If you like chocolate you'll be in the right place.
The Chocolate Tasting experience was interesting. Learned about the types and how to experience each variety. Build your own candy was okay. Not many selections for addition. The free tour is made for young children.
Beautiful park! Great rides! Expect long walks and waits, as to be expected! They need to provide shelter/shade when you are in line. Luckily, it's only in the 80's today, but it felt almost unbearable while waiting in line. If I were older or had a health problem, I could see sunstroke or heatstroke being an issue. I have been here many times, it's a family favorite! I will be back again and again!
Great place, the only place you can buy full sized golden almond bars. They also have every Hershey product there too. Fun to see everyone from all over the world. Free 2 hour parking. Take the free how-they-make-chocolate ride and get a free treat at the end.
The milkshakes are awesome and the chocolate tour is free for those on a budget.
Very nice. Lots of improvements since my last visit.
Sweet place that is. Good chocolate experience. Specially for kids.
Fun place. Free riding tour. Unique Hershey products offered in the store.
The ride is delightful and the store has tons of chocolate
Awesome experience! All kinds of Hershey brand things for sale from shirts to mugs to candy and so on. The free chocolate making tour from cocoa bean to chocolate bar is fun and informative... complete with a sweet treat at the end. Large food court with hot sandwiches, soups, cold cuts, pizza and even ice cream! A little pricey but that's to be expected. Most of the sandwiches, pizza and wraps are $9 before sides and drink. They do have children's $5 meals for ages 6 and under. Other neat activities here too but not free like the chocolate tour. Overall a great family, church, or school group activity
Love the new "Unwrapped Experience!! Holiday Chocolate House #11 is beautiful!!
Hurts me cause me an my family have a fun experience we are from the area but we were there this past Sunday for my b-day we waited in line for about 30-45 min to get on the ride an it jis stopped. Saying it was a maintaince issue in which there was another issue going on in which I felt was why it stopped. The customer service after was not appreciative even though it was the free tour the whole experience was just bad..
Very unique experience. Great atmosphere and the 2016 remodel looks fantastic.
It is chocolatey fun! I had to get a Hershey chocolate milkshake after shopping.
no matter how many times I visit chocolate world (grandparents live there) its still just as fun as the last. From the make your own chocolate bar to the chocolate tasting room to the FREE chocolate tour. Amazing for mainly being a chocolate store
It's simply a ride that lasts about 10-15 minutes, then you walk out into a giant store where they sell the same candy you can get from store for a good 150% more.
Kinda cool, but don't go expecting much.
Visited here in 2013. It was a lot of fun. Every thing is extremely pricey.
Unbelievable selection of Hershey, and related items. Always very crowded, and you're not going to save any money.
Had an incredible time with my daughters, spent the entire day from Chocolate tasting to, the trolley tour, to enjoying the tour ride, 4DMovie and my favorite making your own chocolate bar definitely will return!!!
So much fun. Weather wasn t great but lots to do indoor.
Place is wonderful welcoming and friendly immediately Charlie and the Chocolate Factory came to mind. Although the only reason I don't have more to say is because this was my first visit here and I am a truck driver who had to deliver a load there. If I was there on a more personal journey definitely would check out.
I'm glad that I have this job . And serounded by great people.
Thank you
Its always a good experience to stop here, even during the summer when its full of people. We always have to go on the ride where they show you how their chocolate is made, its super cute and they almost always have a free sample at the end! Also, they tend to have pretty good deals on candy, like 5 bags for 15$ where the bags are usually a little over 4$ on their own. A great place to get your sugar fix! I wouldnt get anything from the cafeteria though, the prices can be a bit high, like 3$ for a small fountain drink. Overall, this is a good place to stop, whether you're passing through or stopping for the whole day.
Makes you feel like a kid in a candy store, except your grown. Great atmosphere and candy everywhere!!!
The tours were AWESOME. My wife and I had a great time until the very end of the day. When I asked the cashier do you ever get tired of chocolate and his answer was yeah I hate this hole place and and I am ready to quit. That was just a buzz kill.
