A very expensive luxury leather store in Paris, but not for common people. Still you can take a tour to see how they made a bag so expensive.

Went there 2 days in my trip to Paris !
The first day when I went to buy the wedding ring the service was fine and fast , but since the ring I bought was too tight, I went back the next day to change the size, and incredibly they made me wait for more than 50 minutes !
I was told by a staff to wait at certain area , but every time when the staffs become available they just kept skipping my turn and kept attending another non-Asian customers.
I was angry and made my complaint for more than 3 times and they were only telling me to wait more and not trying to help at all, and finally when I was about to get skipped again, one of the French female customers waiting behind me told the staffs that they should really attend me first instead of her since I have been waiting here for a long time.
Worse customer service ever, shame on you.
Despite the purchase made in the store and the suffocating heat, we were not even offered even a glass of water. Too bad because the place remains pleasant.

If you ever visit the shop, please ask for the Chinese sales person Desi (pronounced dee-see or diZzy; not sure), she will make sure to insult and belittle you while throwing in a bit of superiority into the mix when you re purchasing. She will ask you for your passport, but will not touch it, then she ll tell you to open your passport and show her but will push it aside after she sees it, especially if it s from a country she obviously dislikes, like Taiwan.
Interestingly, this is the service you get when you buy a bag... makes you wonder.

If it was already a fact that there was no Berkin
then why did my staff make me wait about 20 minutes? Did she go to the toilet or chat with other staffs? Have no idea what she did for a long time

Very nice shop with small tiles on the floors. She is very tall and has many references. The sellers are very warm and very good advice.
Walked in and asked someone for help and the host pointed me in the wrong direction. I only realised after the SA couldn't find what I was looking for. How can they not know their products?? When I asked for a specific purse, the SA literally gave me a different one to what I asked for and didn't apologise when I called her out.
I decided to speak to the store manager to give feedback and she served me personally and made sure I pointed out the relevant people- however she did not update me on the situation. She then got another SA to bring me to each item I was looking for, which was fine.
It's ridiculous to think that I need to complain about unacceptable service and then be treated civically.
So if you've been victim to being treated by snobby SAs (as i hear is not uncommon) find the manager and let him/her know- they should uphold their brand's reputation. But I'll seriously consider purchasing from them- it's not worth it.

I like this store where the staff is very kind and available.
Did not see anyone using gloves while handling leather goods, at least not the person servicing us. It was raining that day and you would expect they have plastic covers for the bags but they don't.

They never know how to apologise to others about their mistakes but just blame their system. They mistakenly wrote the name of the other country in my tax refund and when I went back to their store and complained about it, they said it s not their fault but the system s. However, the tax reform of the other items that I bought in Hermes a few days ago had my country written correctly whixh showsnthay they were obviously lying . If you want to experience a True french service you are more than welcome to go there and buy stuffs.

For shopping other than backpacks, you should visit slowly from the afternoon.
We had a lovely time visiting the store. The staff are attentive and very friendly to everyone that we saw, including us. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are so kind in bringing you anything you wish to see, no matter your budget. We were very well looked after and I was impressed with the quality of the items in the store and the friendliness of the staff! The store is also very interesting to just walk through, even if you are not there to buy, there are many interesting pieces within their collection!

We believe in a supermarket and not in a luxury store. There are too many people, nobody takes care of you, unless you insist. There are stands where the sellers are not busy and they are not reallocated to the other stands according to the attendance. Also the layout is not very well organized because it does not give the impression of space but an impression of confinement. It is also too touristy.
Regarding the use of assets, you must pay attention to the name of the beneficiary because if you buy something that is worth more than the value of the asset you will be asked to pay this amount in full. This can be tricky and not very flexible.

Very nice house but if you are under thirty the reception will be poor. After checking with customer service, a Gavroche model was in stock. After finally being able to find an advisor (a crazy world in the shop), she seemed disappointed that I came "only" for this part. She checked in the drawer, but my scarf was not there: "Ah well I have to check the stock then". With that I told him that I also came for a 90x90 square (which they had but showing me the models required a Herculean effort) and there, oh great miracle, "I will see in reserve and I will come back". I told him I called customer service and there should be some. It was a failure and she comes back empty-handed.
Once at the checkout, I ask if they have a specific service for cleaning the squares as is done for certain luxury brand of leather goods. The cashier was on purpose not to understand my question (thanks to the Chinese saleswoman next door for answering it!).

Very good and welcoming staff but... I could not buy the bag I wanted for my wife for our wedding anniversary... I understand that a Kelly or a Birkin is a precious gift that Hermes want to be exclusive and only carried by very happy fews but not having enough stock!?!

I went on an open day to purchase: Need to book an appointment to be able to buy (no question/interaction nor advisory on potential stock, or any interest in what you would like to purchase for a matter of efficiency). When you get a "precious" appointment, You have to come at a time you are imposed with... You then need to wait because there are some delays. Finally, you are taken care of by a sales specialist (nice person though). She/He will ask you what you would like to purchase. My sales specialist looked on a mobile terminal, told me she will be back with available products. 10 minutes later, she came back explaining they had no stock.
In short: your Time is precious - why would you lose it with such a "customer management"?
