I went on an open day to purchase: Need to book an appointment to be able to buy (no question/interaction nor advisory on potential stock, or any interest in what you would like to purchase for a matter of efficiency). When you get a "precious" appointment, You have to come at a time you are imposed with... You then need to wait because there are some delays. Finally, you are taken care of by a sales specialist (nice person though). She/He will ask you what you would like to purchase. My sales specialist looked on a mobile terminal, told me she will be back with available products. 10 minutes later, she came back explaining they had no stock.



In short: your Time is precious - why would you lose it with such a "customer management"?
