Yes, the appointment system is a little nuts. But after 3 attempts I still could not get one. Finally on the day before departure I went and pleaded my case. I only wanted an Evelyne bag, the saleswoman was amazing and found someone for me on the spot. I truly believe it s all about how you approach someone. They get over 200 requests a day from tourists, it s bound to be irritating! Selection varies by day, that day only two colors were available and one happened to be my favorite!

Huge store great selection but the tall black guy at the mens belt section was very arrogant. He acts as if he owned the whole freaking company but the other salesperson that we encountered were ok though.

You would expect a different approach from hermes but i've been to different hermes in other countries but never met a more aloof, uninterested and arrogant salesperson. This was after we bought a couple of belts, shoes and a bag too. Definitely expected better customer service from hermes paris.

I wanted to get a bag for my mother and stood in Line for hours , I can't believe I was really to spend 8.000 for something that only allowed for rich and famous ? Pretentious place , no one will open u a door , will not offer a drink , nothing . I almost passed out when the guy with a smile said " we are out of stock " and then the guy who were standing behind me got a bag . I get it many people want to resell them and they will and find the way if they want , but to treat someone who just spend few hours of his life standing in line , didn't even gave me his card or just said " maybe they will have them tomorrow " to stand a line like this again ? No , thank you !

One of the worst shopping experience I've ever had! The staff were rude, they treat me like I was begging for a bag! They've ask me about my passport I think just to see if I ever bought from their branch before. I've waited for more than 50 min just to ask about the availability of the bag. I repeat they are the rudest and racist.

It s certainly a very busy place that many customers want to get the luxury stuff. We wanted to buy a handbag and we finally got a reservation the day before we left Paris after multiple tries.

The sales associate Julie was very friendly, acted in a timely manner to make sure we were able to catch our flight.

The greatest news is that she helped us find the dream bag we wanted! Thank you, Julie!

We ll definitely visit it again when we travel to Paris next time.
