Nice shop if you like to spend a lot of money for the pleasure of wearing a brand ... which is not my case.
But the staff are quite friendly and helpful to the customer.
It remains all the same the ideal address to make a gift without too much risk of making a mistake ...

The worst experience ever. The sales person looked me up and down while I were talking with him with what I want, he was more like an interviewer rather than a sales. He brought the cheaper version bag which is not at all what I described, and ordered me to try and take a picture. When I asked for another larger bag for my mother, he said there is stock but I can't have it since I don't buy it for myself. So I can't buy a gift for my mother in this holy shop?? Probably that's their internal rules. Quite insulting and arrogant. I think they only craving to have millionaires customer to match with their band.

I got there at 10:45AM on Monday the store was already pack with customers, there was a line of 30 people waiting to purchase handbags, If you have patience, you are more likely to get what you want there "except the Kelly Bag", as most of their other store selves are always empty. I was able to get a belt, a bag and a silver cuffs. The sales associates are very very polite and patience.

One of the last houses of real luxury in Paris. Of course everything is VERY expensive and you might be intimidated thinking that the staff might be a little haughty. Not at all! Everyone had a very friendly and cheerful attitude and were very helpful. Even if you don't buy anything, it's a pleasure for the eyes especially during the festive season.

I went there they told me take an appointment through the website and they will send the details after 7:30pm. afterwards, they send an email that an appointment cannot be done due to them having a busy schedule. the issue is that when I went to the store 3 employees were sitting there doing nothing. worst shopping experience ever.

To flee. The same day, there is more stock of the bag that I seek, but 5 minutes later there is for a friend of mine. I'm coming back, but there is no more stock. It's called sales discrimination and it's punishable by law. Especially since it has surely made on a religious ground. Bad experience in this Paris store. 50 minute wait to retrieve an order placed 2 years ago. While waiting, not a glass of water offered. Is that the courtesy of Hermes for a client about to spend more than 10,000?
Shameful.....
But that's not the worst .... Once it's my turn .... I discover that my order is incomplete! Only one bag received instead of the two ordered. No seller knows why or when I will receive my second item.
This is not a luxury brand.
