Beware! No VAT Refund.

Several members of our family and a friend purchased Goyard bags this spring in Paris. Each purchaser filled out the appropriate VAT refund forms and mailed them from the airport. Not one of us has received the VAT refund. After nearly five months we contacted Goyard and were told that they know nothing about it.

I'm far to be a specialist in leather bag, but quite sure you'll find the one your other half is looking for... Ah, just make sure you bring ID with your biggest credit card... and be patient, long queue waiting to get in!

My little wallet that I only use when I travel (probably 15-20 days in the last few years I have owned it has started peeling where the wax bends over the wallet. Goyard admitted that the wallet is in excellent condition but they refuse to repair it for no charge. The shipping and repair will be 2/3 of what I paid for the wallet!!! They have lost my business. Louis Vuitton and others stand behind their product and will repair at no charge. I am disgusted by Goyard s customer service.

Dreadful experience. Sales assistant did not know anything and had to keep going to ask his colleagues. I wanted to see a bag and was told that he was not allowed to touch it so I cannot show it to you . I decided to buy another bad that I wanted to have monogrammed and he told me it was not possible to do this with that model - even though the bag was in a display case with a monogram!!!! I told him to keep his bag and left. The worst customer service I have encountered in Paris.

I was just at the main store and I felt that they were very unprofessional and unpleasant with customers. I was waiting for sales person to help me but they just ignored me.
So I asked one of the salesman who just finished with his customers but he said he is busy and walked away.
I didn t see him helping other customers.
Goyard won t be in business without customers.
I don t understand why all the Goyard sales person are so rude, even in the USA.
Goyard is just another simple reasonable price bag.
If the Goyard is for famous brand, it should stand for their names.
Don t be a cheap brand bag.

This is a high end store specialising in bags and suitcases. They are located on Rue saint honore along with all the high end luxury brands. They have a particular pattern that they employ on their products which make it easy to see that it is a Goyard. You can have bags and suitcases made to order over here as well.

Waited in line, even when people were coming out of the store, the door was closed in front of us. Once in, we were ignored and treated with disrespect. I was going to make a purchase but were not even acknowledged. I asked one sales person a question and he said he couldn't answer my question because he was helping someone else. But then we had sales men just walk past us. The doorman was also very rude. After 10 minutes, we walked out and were disgusted. We were dressed for walking around the city but I guess I did not wear the right clothes for respect. We were the only Caucasians in the store as well. I have a St Louis tote (which I love) but I guess I will not be purchasing anything else of this brand.

Before other famous luggage makers Maison Goyard was the originator and the innovator. There luggage is the top of the top. Timeless and stylish. Not to mention exquisitely manufactured. The shops ambience perfectly captures a Paris long forgotten. The staff are immaculately turned out and extremely helpful. The luggage is very well laid out. Even if you are not buying and you are just visiting Paris. You must go to this location it's amazing.

Horrible services!!! I was about to buy something but gave up because of the bad services. When I got in the store, I tried to find someone that could help. The sales assistant was so rude when I tried to reached out, saying don t you see I m busy right now . Sorry, but I didn t. She literally stood there doing nothing instead of helping the customers.

Staff don t know when the sold out items will be available. I don t know if they pretend that or they actually don t know. Too much pride I guess. Nevertheless the employers not being really friendly, their bags, clutches, and wallets are nice.

Is the doorman the shop s manager? He decides who gets in and who has to wait. Once inside he s also the one to introduce the shop assistant to the customers, and of course he chooses who gets the service first or who doesn t get any attention at all. And don t even approach the shop assistant yourself, you ll be ignored or just glanced upon.

Certainly nothing to do with the customer s appearance and attire. I saw a few customers wearing a pair of ripped Levi s with a pair of dirty trainers and sports jacket, they were still introduced to the shop assistant ahead of someone else.

A few years ago the service was not this bad, and of course I got my stuff without frustration.

I came here with the intention to buy something for a special occasion. They ruined my mood completely. But luckily I came out without wasting my money for such arrogant service, and ready to splash out elsewhere.

Great product, horrible service.

Had a great experience here. There was no line. Once I entered, I looked around and was soon approached by a sales associate. It was pretty crowded but there was order and overall the process was very efficient. When I left, there was a line.

Excellent experience at the Spring Goyard! I was received and taken and charged by an extremely attentive salesman who was able to advise me wonderfully about my research. If you have the opportunity to go, do not hesitate to ask Julien, he will be the little caring for you with his charming smile. I will come back to finalize my purchase :-)

I went on determined to buy a bag and a pouch but I changed my mind after the horrible unwelcoming service provided. They make you feel they are paying for your purchases. If this is their idea of high end brand,then it is silly because they will lose many customers.

The queue to enter the store is unbearable to me for this level of range. I would prefer that they work by appointment rather than waiting sometimes 40 minutes outside, which I have never done but I spend every day in front and I see the slow progress of the queue.
Once inside, the staff is very friendly without being obsequious and they do their utmost to meet expectations. Another point of vexation is that you have to be lucky to get the object you want in the color you want. Quantities are very limited and not controllable. I understand the principle of exclusivity but it is only leather goods, not jewelery.
Nevertheless products of great quality and resell very well so good investment.

When I walked into the store a sales person was very helpful and showed me everything I asked to see. She seemed like she enjoyed working at Goyard and was enthusiastic about her job. Although the sales person was great it took about 30 minutes for the item to be packaged in a paper box with a cleaning cloth which is way longer than it should take. So if you would like to visit this store I would recommend coming when it is less busy for optimal service.

In this store, the clerk will not laugh, the manager will not laugh, although things are expensive, but the service is not as good as Carrefour.
Basically, this store was lacking in products and good customer service.

Goyard is pure high-end French leather goods craftsmanship: here you can feel and breathe quality and luxury, which is synonymous with investment. The reception and care of customers is of a high standard, at the height of the prices. The marking and personalization service is very well mastered: quite an art! Unfortunately for me, this time around, the desired motif for my item was not available on my last visit.

I love the interior but everythings seems so slow here. Start from the waiting to be served till the cashier s respond and performance. Even to do payment we need to wait till 1/2hours or maybe more. If there are lot of customer then i can understand but itis only two client at the moment i visit and do payment. Please improve ... didnt mean to force but feel like time wasted here.
