Walked in and asked someone for help and the host pointed me in the wrong direction. I only realised after the SA couldn't find what I was looking for. How can they not know their products?? When I asked for a specific purse, the SA literally gave me a different one to what I asked for and didn't apologise when I called her out.
I decided to speak to the store manager to give feedback and she served me personally and made sure I pointed out the relevant people- however she did not update me on the situation. She then got another SA to bring me to each item I was looking for, which was fine.
It's ridiculous to think that I need to complain about unacceptable service and then be treated civically.
So if you've been victim to being treated by snobby SAs (as i hear is not uncommon) find the manager and let him/her know- they should uphold their brand's reputation. But I'll seriously consider purchasing from them- it's not worth it.
