The repair and service counters are very good. If you want a bag, please go and queue at 7am in e morning. The store opens at 10.30am.

During the last 10 years I had bought a number of different things from this store and had a great experience except the last visit in 2016. After a long wait for a text message to confirm my appointment only to be told the purse Is not available and the Asian lady was cold and unfriendly.

I guess my disappointment was derived from the absence of a particular jewelry item especially after I was told in Los Angeles that this store could very well accomodate my request.The sales person could only apologize.It could not and was not available in Paris.

The main store is young~~ The amazing reality that you have to line up. I bought it, but I couldn't even see other products at the main store.

Very welcome and served, no expectations, staff available and smiling behind their mask. One downside for my purchase few color choices in my size, but I still found my happiness!

It is a complete and utter ripoff. How can these people justify charging over $100,000 for a purse that probably cost less than $1,000 to make. It makes me sick just thinking about it.
