Do NOT take your car for service here! They broke ...

Do NOT take your car for service here! They broke my car. I drove away with it being in unsafe condition and someone could have died. When I came back my service representative, Tony Yuen, refused to believe that the car was broken or even to look at it and said that I was crazy even thought they broke my car! If you come here make sure you have a good lawyer because they will break your car and you will need to take the issue to court. Not a business that you can trust.

I stopped in for a quick oil change for my 2005 Acura TL and was greeted right away by Robert Hall. I did not schedule an appointment so I had to wait a little longer for my oil change. Robert was very professional and fast! Instead of just sitting down in the waiting area and not doing nothing I was going to walk over to Toyota next door and look at the New Camry. As I was leaving Trevor approached me and asked how my visit is going, which led to me telling him about my interest of the new Honda Accord vs. the Toyota Camry. I told Trevor I am not buying anything today, which usually gets the sales people to walk away but Trevor smiled and still insisted on answering my questions and also allowed me to test drive the 2019 Honda Accord. I am coming back to buy my Honda Accord from Trevor Veerana!

Had a wonderful experience at this place! Was treated with so much love and hospitality, that I didn't want to leave. Upon visiting, I was taken care of by Victor Olivares, I would fully recommend him to anyone who is attempting to visit this place. To me, he is the "Best" at what he does; he's hospitable, takes care and would go far and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Victor Olivares and Herb Chamber Honda in Boston to anyone who is looking for a great car with a great price!!

My experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston was incredible. This was my 3rd time leasing a new car. Keith Banks-Obanor was patient, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the entire leasing process. I'm so happy with my new car and I'm thankful to the guys at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston for everything they did to make this such a positive experience! I will most certainly recommend Keith Banks-Obanor and the entire Herb Chambers Honda in Boston to anyone and everyone that I hear speak about getting a new vehicle. I recently purchased a car from Herb Chambers Honda in Boston. I was immediately greeted by Victor Olivares, who was the nicest sales person I have ever met. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and honest. I didn't feel any type of pressure to purchase or buy. He was awesome when it came to communication and let me know when my car was ready to pick up. He even stayed late so i could get my vehicle. Again I never felt rushed or pressured and I am over the moon for my car. I would recommend buying a car from Victor to anyone and everyone interested!!! Thank you again, VIctor for everything.

This was one of the worst customer service experie...

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After numerous calls from various managers to get me into the dealership to lease a new car, I made an appointment but the cars I wanted to test drive weren't available to drive with the specs I had mentioned when setting the appointment. After deciding on a car, I was told a pick update for the car. When I showed up on an agreed upon time, the sales manager I worked with wasn't there so I had to call his cell phone to find out I wasted a trip to the dealership and the car wasn't ready (even though 3 days before they called to say the car was ready). Turns out, the dealership made a mistake with the interior and tried to convince me to accept a car that was not the product we agreed upon because they didn't want to eat the cost of the car that they messed up on. After two weeks, I finally got the car that I wanted and while I love the car, the experience soured everything. The lack of process and communication at this dealership is easy to see and it's definitely not worth the headache.

-Liers, they listed a car online and when i scheduled appointment went to see it they told me it got sold and offered me similar vehicle with more mileage and more expensive!!!
I have read many reviews on cargurus about people had the same exact story as i had, this people post a car which isn t real to attract customers to go and then try to sell them different cars which is more expensive and more mileage on it so be aware.
-A week later i decided to buy new Honda and i got a great deal from Prime Honda and i wanted to see if this people can gave me better deal because it s a new vehicle and they can t play around (But i was wrong again) they said they will give me better deal because they have a programs called best price guaranteed but when i went there they said we can t match this price in very disrespectful way and the salesman man said go buy it from them ((which i did and now i have the car)) after promised me on the phone that if i come by they will give me better deal, they wasted my time twice and i swear I haven t lie about a single word in this review so people be aware of them.
i will go everywhere i can post a review about you and warn people from you, and i will call the business bureau and notify them. shame on you

Watch out.

Watch out.
In this moment the pricing policy at Honda Herb Chambers is higher than in other area dealers. They will give you a price (after a lengthy negotiation) and they will tell you that you won't find anything better. Make sure you double check. We walked out of the negotiation, and got two highly competitive quotes at local Honda dealers over the phone. In the end, we got a very reasonable deal at one of them with no hassle.

Highly recommend Brian Mccaffrey at the Boston dealership. Just overall a very nice guy and, in terms of car salesman, one of the most straightforward/real that I ve encountered. I definitely felt that he respected us and tried to make a deal that could realistically work for both sides. Overall, he made it a pleasant and unexpectedly good car buying experience.

My wife and I had an appointment today at 9:30 to look at a specific Nissan rogue 2012, and I can say with certainty that was the worst experience I have had at a dealership. We first drove to the warehouse to see it but the car wasn't there. It was being test driven by another person who was there to look at other cars, and when we returned to the dealership, they told us sorry the other people are buying it, tough luck. We had scheduled to come from New Hampshire to Boston to look at this car and especially since it wasn't even sold yet to be told our appointment didn't mean anything is a very bad way to do business. When we pulled up out front after coming back from the warehouse the people who ultimately bought the rogue were just pulling in from their test drive so it wasn't technically sold either. Our budget was $12k and the sales man kept trying to sell us cars that were 15-17k (as a way to rectify, ha!) no matter how many times we said our budget was 12. It was just a huge waste of a Saturday and a long drive to be treated like a Craiglist sale. We will certainly not be doing business if a simple appointment can not be honored. The sales manager said he had no power to do anything either and couldn't stop the people from buying it, even know our appointment was made. You made the sale to those other people but lost a potential customer for life. -christian

I purchased my first vehicle at Herb Chambers Honda and I am 100% pleased with the transaction. I should've written this review much sooner but I've been too busy enjoying my new car. My first visit at Herb Chambers was much different then my experience at the other dealerships. Felix was very helpful. I felt like he was being honest with me and didn't feel pushy at all. Sam in finance did a great job answering any questions I had and took the time to explain things I should've asked.

The only issue that came up was a problem with the titling of my car. For a moment I thought the team at Herb Chambers was jerking me around because I waited a little longer than expected. I soon found outt that the issue was not in their control yet they went to great lengths to rectify the situation. Brian the manager was readily available anytime I had questions.

I would recommend Herb Chambers to anyone. I also want to thank that other guy in finance. Sorry for blanking on your name. Enjoy your holiday season!

As a pessimist I was expecting the usual dealer experience.I bought a car from them a little over a week ago as of this review. The sale went smooth no issues staff was professional and friendly my salesman was John Feeney. I had a minor issue with the vehicle after the sale and brought it with up manger Chris Purcell. He listened to my complaint and worked with me to resolve the issue and was up front and honest with me. Also I would like to mention every employee I dealt with was genuinely helpful and friendly from the valet to the service dept.

My overall experience was pleasant, no pressure and smooth; that's why I have recommended this dealership and sales guy Patrick Comerford to my friends.

Tommy and his team delivered on their promises! I have only had the car for a few days but the compliments have been nonstop. The price was good for a used 2013 Honda Civic. I have never had such a good experience when it came to purchasing a car like I did at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston. My salesman, Mike Kelliher, was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He exhausted every option to help me get the Accord I really wanted. I wasn't the easiest customer, seeing how picky I am with what kind of car I wanted, but he stuck with me every inch of the way. In a business full of sharks, he made me feel comfortable and not once did he pressure me to go in another direction. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know. I couldn't thank him every for all of his help.

Don t even bother....Theresa in services is extremely rude and has no patience to explain anything to you. They make you sign up for so many different warranties just for them to void them behind your back. I m waiting on someone in finances to call me back to explain why is my CNA warranty insurance that I have a signed copy to is voided without my acknowledgment and my payments are still the same. Seriously Andy and Brian? We had this whole spiel about me not appreciating no phone calls with updates. You just closed and you don't call me back again? For context Googlers, I bought a CRV on Wednesday. We're rolling into Saturday and I still do not have it in my possession. Yes Mass has silly laws and they told me this, but they keep bs'ing me about the amount of time it takes for registration. They said Thursday. Had to call in to check. Said they'd call me back. Never did. Call them Friday. Excuses? I'm busy and computer problem something something. Call you back. It's Friday and they're closed and didn't call me back. I hope I get the car they were happy to take my money for sometime in July I guess.

Now it's late July and I've been waiting for Ron, who was supposed to mail my paperwork, for an hour to just pick it up! You guys are seriously awful

I had called BMW in Peabody regarding a roof rack key that I was missing on my X5 and they were not helpful @ all, so I call the one in Boston. They help me through the phone to order the key for me. I went there to pick it up, everything went smooth. I had a chance to meet Jeff Tucker in Finance and he was so helpful. Great experience. I have always dreaded going into car dealerships for the sole fact that I had never had a positive experience or relationship with any dealer/salesman I had met. However, that quickly changed within 2 days all because of one specific sales man. Trevor Veerana made me feel welcome and showed me how a true car buying experience should be. He listened to what I had to say and met every single need I brought up. He has helped me more than I can express with acquiring my new car. Do not use this dealership, people in sales department are not professional. I made online request to look at the car, Jenifer from the sales department called me and scheduled appointment. When I arrived it appeared that this lady already left, nobody in the office knew about this appointment and the car I was interested to buy was not in the dealership. The manager apologized and told that things happened. Nobody even asked me if I am still interesting to buy a car ...

The car had to be transferred from another dealer. We were led to believe we could come back, sign paperwork, and have the car. It turns out they did not start the dealer add-ons until after paperwork was signed. After waiting almost five hours my wife was told there was never a chance we could have the car that day.
After several days of heated phone calls and a variety of finger pointing (including blaming my wife and me for not coordinating with each other, blatantly false) we did get the car, and it seems fine. Would not use this dealer again. We went originally because they are one of few open on Sundays. My advice: wait a day and go somewhere else.

Terrible service from intake process to not really getting the job done. I had a specific problem and engine indicator light...all they did was turn off the light and told me the problem would go away. Guess what? It didn't! They were supposed to do a full service that included new wiper blades and didn't put them on. I will never. Go. There. Again. Take your car to Audy's Mobil on Cypress/Rt 9 for real service.

Absolutely painless process.

We were at lease end on our 2017 Honda Accord Sport manual transmission. I w/out appointment popped into the dealership and meet w/ Brian Mccaffrey. While they did not have the car we wanted on the lot and needed to locate it, we did go through the EASY negotiation process. 2 weeks later, the car was at the dealership. We showed up, 90 minutes later we were driving off the lot with our new car - 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 Manual. Total time at the dealership did not exceed 3 hours. SUPER EASY!

My wife and I recently purchased a Honda Fit at Herb Chambers. Our sales associate was Caduste Michaud. We had a very pleasant experience in our transaction with Caduste at the dealership; he was very accommodating and was able to answer all of our questions. Through him and his colleagues in sales, we were able to complete an agreement on the car that we wanted without hassle. Caduste even went out of his way to come to our house after hours to drop off some additional paperwork which would help expedite the receipt of our new car. We are happy to provide a hearty endorsement about this dealership as a fair place to do business.

I made an appointment here to test drive a car a couple of days in advance, and when I arrive, the car was sold. I was really upset, I drove an hour to see the car and they could not even give me a courtesy call. They wasted 45 minutes of my time before telling me the car was sold. I viewed a couple of more cars because I wanted to make the trip kind of worth it, but then, they proceeded to waste my time by giving me the run around about the prices of the other cars I was interested in... I arrived at 8:30 am and left at noon. The sales person and manager were trying to fix the situation, and they were courteous, but time is valuable, and that's why I am giving one star.

After driving 175 mi from Burlington Vt. to Boston for a prescheduled appointment Sun. 8/14 at 12:30, the vehicle of interest was essentially sold out from under us. We learned upon arrival from Julie, salesperson, vehicle was sold to a woman who was scheduled to see it at 11am Sun., 90 min. before we were scheduled to arrive for our 12:30 time. Neither she nor Mo, finance manager, were honest enough to tell us the woman had called for an appointment the day before and instead, simply explained "she just happened to drop in". General Manager Dana informed us her appointment was made Sat.8/13 24 hrs. after I scheduled mine Fr. 8/12. In fact Julie called me Sat. pm at 3:30 to tell me what her manager offered for my trade in vehicle and never spoke a word about about it. No effort was made to notify us, as a courtesy, despite our long journey. When I called and offered a deposit 24 hrs before my appointment, I was told.."you'll be fine." It truly casts HC sale staff in the classic mold of "used car salespeople". Apologies were superficial, defensive and disingenuous. I want Herb Chambers to know how his employee's behavior today undermines his so called reputable image. I know they are in business to sell vehicles, and have the right to sell to sell on a first come first serve basis, but I am offended to know that this staff blatantly and patently violates ethical practice and common decency. It leads me to believe they customarily draw out customers in the belief they might sell additional vehicles (which they offered me) despite personal hardships incurred. Thanks for the opportunity to be heard (or read in this case). By the way, I checked one star because the receptionist at the front desk was very kind to us on a very hot day.

After I showed them the email, the manager showed up and told me the previous price was a "mistake". Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bought my fourth vehicle from this dealership yesterday, and the excellent service will keep me coming back. My salesman, Paul, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hardworking! He went above and beyond to help me when we hit a snag with insurance paperwork and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Since I purchased the car the day before my birthday, he surprised me with balloons tied to my mirrors along with a giant birthday card signed by everyone in the dealership and was genuinely excited to see my reaction! Great salesman, great service and atmosphere over all..I will be back!
