Caddyshack Bar & Grill Review

Cold beer.. Great fresh salad.! Service sweet. Golfers bar. Could use an uplifting.

Pleasant place to spend some good time. Drinks and food are tasty and prices are cheaper than other bars. Service is very good. Only thing, they need to change those old couches.

This is a gem spot in Plainsboro. Off the beaten path on a golf course. The service is great and the wings are definitely up there with the best of them. The food is always fresh and comes out piping hot just the way I like it. Whenever I m in the Cranbury/Princeton area I definitely bypass all the other chain restaurants and head right here. Excellent atmosphere too.

Great food I come here after my shift at work the chicken wings and a French dip sandwich on my favorite highly recommend! You won t be disappointed.

The place has potential, good wings, cold beer on tap, but they have young bartenders that put Disney movies on the tv and when you ask them to please change it.they say no i like this movie.. hello??? Grown men and women do not want to watch Disney movies at the bar. It's about the patrons not the bartenders ..

They have tator tots and beer. The new outside porch built after quarantine is a really nice upgrade to an already fun dive bar. If you are in the area you should definitely stop in for a cold one and some good food. Super chill spot, which is on a golf course. Good selection of beer and booze too. 10/10..would get blackout and stumble home again! JK, keep it classy y all.

Food and service is fantastic. The spot as an event venue is absolutely fantastic. They are accommodating and the view is nice. Staff works to make sure you feel at home.

Went In here with the family for food. Sat down and waited. Never got approached for drinks or anything. 20 mins later we get told to put order in at the bar. Not family friendly and the service is horrible.

Service is good, weekdays slow food is really delicious had their buffalo wings and garlic fries, they were delicious! Good booze nice little dive in bar!

Awesome place to watch a sport game. Not too crowded. They have a good collection of beer and sprits. Their food menu is also good. You would find all the typical bar food and meal items. The people who worked there also nice. Couldn't think anything less than 5 starts :)

Good food, comfortable and a good place to relax before or after a round of golf.

For what it is, the Caddyshack is perfect. Clean draught lines. Wings are great. Nachos are totally bad for you and delicious. Garlic fries are crazy. Crowd is a mixed bunch and decent.

Great food and great people, highly recommend trying it out, specially during karaoke on Wednesdays or trivia on Tuesdays

This place is not like the regular chain bars/restaurants and has its unique nice ambience. It is located close to a golf course. The food menu is long and most of the items are tasty, especially their wings and jalapeno poppers. They also do have happy hours and it covers some nice variety of beers and other drinks. They also have dart and a couple of pool tables to relax.

I ve been looking for good wings forever in this area. I got tired of Buffalo Wild Wings quick and every other place that offers wings I m not a fan of. This place is through a neighborhood and near a golf course I believe. You may wonder where you are but don t worry keep going you ll find the spot!

I was surprised to see the their hours as they close at 10 PM. Interesting for a spot that advertises themselves as a sports bar. I called to confirm and yup 10 PM AND the kitchen closes at 9 PM. That s some major KEY info right there especially for me because when I called it was 8:45 so I was too late.

The next time I wanted to go I had a meeting till 8:30. We left around 8:35 with an ETA of 8:55. Realized this was cutting it super close so we ordered on the phone and ended up sitting there to eat which they were cool with.

Food:

Wings - got the bucket of 20+ wings with Buffalo and Garlic Parm. You know it s fresh when you see nice diced chunks of garlic all over the wings. Mhm. Best garlic parm wings I ve had probably and I m not a huge fan of the flavor either. Buffalo was classic and tasted great. These wings are juicy and crunchy. How a wing should be! And they have a decent amount of flavors to chose from. No Asian inspired though which are my favorite (they do have Teriyaki though but I m not a fan of that).



Drinks - they have a solid beer selection. 6 beers on tap and a ton of choices from bottles. They had Dogfish Namaste which is one of my favorite beers too.

Atmosphere/Service:

The spot isn t fancy at all. It kind of reminds me of a food hall at a water park or mountain. I have no complaints cause I came here for tasty wings, not the decor.

It s probably not crowded too much but it seemed like they only had one bartender who was also acting as the server. She was doing her best at keeping it moving but if you re impatient then you may get frustrated haha. She was super nice though and got us anything we requested.

They do have a decent amount of TVs so it s not a bad spot to watch some games but since it closes at 10 PM, watching basketball doesn t really work there. I m sure football on Sundays would be solid there.

Food and drinks are awesome. Shrimps are good. Love their comfortable sofas and TV. And of course friendly staff :) Great happy hour deals. It's walkable from my apartment, around 0.3miles. Will visit again and again as long as we are here in this apartment ;)

Local watering hole with good pub grub and drinks, nothing fancy.

My home away from home! Great hidden gem for the locals, many of whom walk. Great food, awesome bartenders, the owners always take care of their patrons! They're even open for breakfast. Come once, you'll be family! PS- They're open right now during the snow storm.

Service was very sweet and the outdoor area perfect for covid conscious dining. Nice selection and overall chill vibe. Nice setup for football games on Sunday. Wasn t crazy about the wings (maybe ask to be cooked with more sauce if you order them) but overall a good experience.

Really neat little bar/lounge/restaurant residing within a large converted room inside the clubhouse. It's hard to describe it's layout exactly but it kind of does it's own thing and it really works. You can sit by the bar, at a table, or on a comfy couch with a wonderful view of the golf course. There are TVs and the place is comfortably furnished. The staff was friendly and kind. We sat on the couch for lunch with our 6 month old and really enjoyed this place. We had some of their burgers and they're definitely good enough on their own to keep us coming back.

Standard townie bar. Nothing to brag about food-wise, though the wings are pretty good. Alcohol is decent priced and the bartenders are friendly!

Ambience is good and on a golf course. Was not crowded with loud noise. It is a good place to have a discussion

Caddyshack Bar & Grill was the best place we've been with my friends in the area. We really love the food and the drinks was good so far we have fun and full at the same time. Great people and and good customer service.

The on going search for decent wings continued at the Caddyshack. Three of us took the ride out to Plainsboro to see if these wings were as good as people said. We were pleasantly surprised.

The place is right on the golf course and was practically empty on a Wednesday afternoon. They have different sauces, such as bbq and teriyaki. We went with buffalo. No insane sauces or super hot varieties here so if that's your thing, don't waste your time. However, if you want a decent, meaty wing with a bit of a crunch covered in a nice buffalo sauce, this place has it. Price wise was good too. 21 wings for 20 bucks. We polished off 2 plates.

We also added some cheese fries and pretzel pieces and washed it down with cold beer. It was all good. The beer was cold, the food was hot, the place is immaculate, and the service was on point.

It was worth the ride, though not a true wing joint. But what they do they do really, really well and worth droppong in if you're in the area.

Great local, hole in the wall type dive bar on a golf course. Quiet and service is fast and friendly. Food is pretty good as well. Drinks are fairly priced. Especially if you go during happy hour.

The owner Sharif and top chef Scott are always a pleasure after a round of golf. Scott makes the best French dip sandwich in the area. The customers are pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere is nice . Pool table and darts are available.

Good food. Deserted when I got there but they were still open. Food was great but a little expensive for a bar with cafeteria tables and picnic chairs as the main seating area.
