Wonderful experience. Having had a not so great experience closer to us, we decided to head to Boston to check out Herb Chambers. From the initial phone call to car pick up was great. Dianna was so nice and knowledgeable. Hank answered all questions about finance. Everyone went above and beyond what they needed to do to get us a new car! The experience was amazing! You have a new customer!!
