I just bought a 2016 CPO Ford Explorer Limited at Hennessy Ford and had a great experience. Ricky my sales rep was able to answer every question I had and he knows his cars VERY well. He found me exactly what I wanted in a car plus features that I didn't know existed! He was persistent at times, but I am so busy with work that I appreciated having someone that followed up with me.
